I believe it was the year 2001 I first got the game but it was one of those chipped/modified discs. I didn't actually get an official PAL version till about a year after.

Huh. I still have my original copy! I got it as soon as it came out, and it still works fine. (Alright, maybe the music's a little messed up... Strange how scratched old Spyros work fine except for the music...) smilie

Yeah, I find that odd too. I got YOTD first, back in 2000 and the music for some levels doesn't work properly. Yet I got a used copy of GTG and STD the same year, and they work fine...

My older brother and sister got it and played it all the time, I just watched, too young to know what was. Then my brother tryed to teach me how to play the first level when I was six....I failed....epically. But it works on my PS2 so I play it all the time.
