The reason i'm making this is because of 2 things:
1) I loved The book Tibs made so i'm supporting him

and 2) My computer burns out all the time, so i never get to finish that book
But i'l start now

Prologue: Before Time...

Nearly as long as anyone can remember, there have been the legends of the compasses. The Compass Legends have been discovered long before Gerald Robotnik created the Ultimate Life Form. They say in the Compass Legends there was a warp that held the universe together. This warp was known as the Chaos Warp. As said in the legends, there were four guardians who guarded the Chaos Warp and knew how to use their power.

Each guardian had a special gift. One guardian could wield Lightning Whips. Another was a princess. Another used the Chaos Warp's power gems called Sichic Gems and used Phychoneisis. And the last one used a power unlike no other. This guardian guarded the seven Khaoess(cha-hoes) Emeralds, a pair of emeralds unlike no other.

However, there's no such thing as a free lunch. There was also an evil god called Orgina(or-jin-ah). This god was king of the Nightmare World, a dimmension of hatred and judgement. The legends say that the 4 Guardians battled Orgina, but have went all but won. No one knows where the guardians are know, but they could be anyone, anywhere.

But the Freedom Fighters still support these legends.
Even though, I still believe in these myths, and one day i'll become a guardian of the Chaos Warp.

Chapter 1: The Distress Call

It all started when I got a call from the Freedom Fighters.

My name is Sonic. I am a Freedom Fighter and I am 15. You already know me as the fastest hedgehog in the world, well, I am.

I was just taking a nap when my friend, Sally Acorn called me.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hey Sonic, it's me, Sally. You need to get to Freedom HQ, and FAST."
"Alright, i'm on my way."

Sally Acorn is the leader of the Freedom Fighters. We have been friends for as long as anyone can remember. We were once Boyfriend/Girlfriend, but we broke up a LONG time ago. And we're going out again. Sally is a girl with light-brown hair and blue eyes. She always wears a blue jacket and sky-blue sneakers.

So i was on my way whan i litteraly ran into Tails.
"OOWW!!" Tails said.
"Sorry," I said.
Tails is a friend of mine, also. His fur was white and yellow. He had 2 tails, so he could use them to fly like a helicopter.

"Where are you going, Sonic?" Tails asked.
"Sally called me to get to Freedom HQ. Fast." I said.
Tails just went on, not saying a word.

That was when it started.

On my way, I stoped, only to see Tails again. Only this time, it wasn't Tails. THIS fox was red and black,and looked a duplicate of Tails. only I knew this wasn't Tails.

"Who are you?" I asked.
He said nothing.
"Answer me!" I said again.
I regretted saying that last part.

The stranger fox attacked me with an orb of power, and it hit me. I could feel its power surging through me. I fell on the ground, starting to pass out.

The last thing I saw was Tails using the same move the black two-tailed fox used, and I knew a duel was going to start.

That's the last thing I remembered before I blacked out.

I think this is good. I look forward to reading more.

Chapter 2: My dream tells the future

While I was passed out I had the craziest dream.

It started when I saw a war going on: as if WWIII started during armageddon.

I could see a general-looking person yelling at someone, only it wasn't yelling: it was a conversation.

Here's what I heard:

"-can't possibly be the one," said the yellow hedgehog on the left.
" Hush, he HAS to be the one." said the yellow hedgehog on the right.
"But the legends..."
"QUIET, Electrodon! He's the only one left, so he's the one to restore peace."

"He can't possibly use the power of Ultimato..."
I shuttered at the name Ultimato. That was in a Compass Legend: Ultimato was a TITAN in the myths.
"Yes, he can! Just wait: he will be the one..."

The conversation ended in an explosion.

I woke with a start.

"Sonic, are you okay?" Sally asked.

I was in Freedom HQ. This was the medical room.

"Yeah, i'm fine." I said. I saw Tails In another bed healing up. I was fine, so I went to see him. He was fine, but from that duel I saw him start...

"Don't worry, he'll be fine."

I looked behind me, and I couldn't believe my eyes.

It was the black fox that almost killed Tails and I.


All of a sudden I knew him.
"Nightmare Gemback." I said.

Nightmare was one of my pen-pals online. Tails has seen him before, they were best friends. Last time I heard, Tails said he went on a quest to find his parents. I couldn't blame him, the guy was 15 also, but he was an orphan. Tails said he would not come back until he found his parents, but I could tell that wasn't why he was here.

"What are you doing here?" I asked. "And why did you want to kill me?"
"It's an honor to see you, Sonic." He said.
"Answer me!"
"...look, i'm sorry, Ace told me..."
"Whoa, whoa, hold the phone. Who is Ace?"
Tails got up at that moment."We'll explain things on the way."
"WHAT IS GOING ON???" I asked again.
There was a rumble."Let's go. NOW!!!" Nightmare said.
When we went outside, we ended up running from meteors. Was it doomsday or something?

Then a meteor hit us.

But we weren't being crushed.
Nightmare saved us using PSYCHONEISIS.
At that point I knew what was going on.

One legend said that 2,000 years after the war, Orgina would rise again, and the royalty, the flight, and the swift would rise to try and stop Orgina.

It made all sense now. He HAS to be the one.
What had Tails said? He wouldn't come back until he found his parents. Nightmare used Pshychoneisis, a gift to the 3RD GUARDIAN OF THE CHAOS WARP.

The Compass Legends were coming true. The royalty, the flight, and the swift. That was Sally, Tails, and I.
But it was Nightmare that got me.

Nightmare was the 3rd Guardian of the Chaos Warp, special gift of Sichic powers and Pshychoneisis.

Chapter 3: I'm forced to battle the Guardians

When we got to shelter, we were able to start a bondfire, cause our shelter was in the woods.

"Nightmare, I think it's time to explain things now."Sally said.

Sally has also met Nightmare, but that was the first reply she said to him this time, not "Its been a while" or "Im so glad to see you".

"I've already figured it out," I said.
"What is it, then?" Tails asked.
"It's Nightmare. He's the 3rd Guardian of the Chaos Warp, and he thnks we're the 'chosen ones' in the legends. Isn't that right, Nightmare?"
"Yes," He said.
"So," Sally replied,"Who was this 'Ace' you said about before?
Nightmare shuttered at the name, Ace.
"It's okay, Nightmare. If you don't want to talk about it, we won't force you."
"No," Said Nightmare."It's time you know everything."


"Ace is the 1st Guardian, with the special gift of protecting the Khaoess Emeralds, so he leads everything."
"Wait a minute," I said."2,000 years???"
"Not exactly. Our ANCESTORS protected the Chaos Warp, then passed it on to us. Also, about the Guardians..."
"Electrodon."I told them about my dream.

"I found him," Nightmare said. Tails looked just as suprised.
"Who found me?" I said.
He and Tails had a conversation I didn't want to hear.
"Whe have to make him..."
"No!" Tails said. He'll be fine, as long as..."
"LOOK! I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE!!!" I said.
"If he is the one," Nightmare said."then there's no place on Heaven and Earth for him now, Sonic!"
I was freaked out. Even Sally didn't know what to do.
"Sonic," Said Nightmare,"take this sword. it is very powerful.
"Say, this sword looks familiar..."I said.
"That's because you do know me, you knave!!"
I dropped the sword, and i could't believe it.


How in Robotnik's name did he get Caliburn out of the King Arthur book?
"Don't you drop me again, you knave!" He said.
"Hey, what did I say before about that?"
"You may be King Arthur in the book, but in real life, you're still one of my students."
"Okay, I get it, just don't call me knave!"

"Sonic," Nightmare said," you might be the chosen one to defeat Orgina, but first to prove yourself, you must battle the Guardians. Ace thinks you are, but you must still battle him. after you're done with the first three, come to me and we will battle. Take Tails and Sally with you.

And with a puff of light, he was gone.

"How can I battle the Guardians?"
"First," Tails said,"you must be trained."
"By who?"
"By me."Tails said."I'm being trained by Nightmare to become a Guardian."

Just got caught up on the fan fic. I think you are doing a great job so far, you deserve more readers.

Chapter 4: I'm trained by my best friend

I was TICKED. Tails knew I always wanted to be a Guardian, so why did he get to be?

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.
"The more you knew, the more Ace would be after you. Like Nightmare said, he hasn't been himself."
"We havn't much time," said Caliburn."I can sense a Guardian coming."
"Alright," I said."How about the basics first, i'm out of practice with a sword."


That wasn't the hard part, though. Tails showed me how to parry Guardian attacks, and after Caliburn broke in half in our last encounter, I could tell he was nervous.


"Alright," said Tails."I think you're ready. How about battling me to test yourself."
"8 year- old against a World-Saving hedgehog?"
"Hey, Guardian powers are stronger than you think!"
"I was joking dude."


He used all his Guardian moves against me, and for once we were at equal strenth.

After a while, Caliburn and I got tired, so we got ready for bed, and I had another dream.

I was at some city that looked like it was ages old. I saw a billboard that said "Welcome to Saiba City". I also saw a fox running with his son.

"C'mon!" The adult fox said. " We can't let him catch us!"
"Daddy, what's happening?"
"It's them! They're after us!"
"Who?"

Then I saw a Hedgehog I'd seen before. It was the Hedgehog that had the conversation with this "Electrodon".

"He's found me..." the adult fox said.

Then the hedgehog used an orb of power, which started a fire.

"Go, son! Be safe! Run away from here! Don't look back!"
"Daddy, I'm not leaving..."
"I said GO!!!"

He tossed him under a cave, and the kid fox watched in horror as his dad was killed by the hedgehog.

"NNNOOOOOO!!!!"

Then the hedgehog hit the kid fox with an orb of energy, and caused the kid to black out.

"Well done," said a voice.
"What do i strike next?" asked the hedgehog.

And at that moment, the kid fox got up, and pulled a KNIFE out of a scabbard. I didn't know a kid like that could own one.

Then he stabbed the hedgehog, and an evil spirit came out of him.

"Thank you" the hedgehog said. Then he looked at his father.

"I'm so sorry," he said."I don't know..."
"It's ok, i just need to find a new family now."
"You're an orphan? How 'bout I raise you, in honor of your father."
"What's your name?"
"My name is..."

I woke with a start.

And from my dream, I realized something.

The fox I saw was Nightmare. And the hedgehog was Ace.


When I got up, I was about to tell Sally and Tails about my dream.

Everyone was awake, even Caliburn, because they were looking at a hedgehog.

She looked cream colored, and looked like SuperShadow without the super part.

I got up and took Caliburn."Who are you?"
"I am Princess Emerald. Nightmare told me about you."
"You're the 4th Guardian."
"Indeed I am. And just 'cause i'm a girl, don't go easy on me. I'm Nightmare's partner."
"Alright," I said. "Tails, let's put your training to the test."

And I was prepared to fight my first Guardian. No time to tell about my dream now.

Aside from some grammar errors I think this is a pretty solid FF.

^yeah, but my parents usually give me so much time, so sometimes i mess up a bit. *tries to fix errors* there!

Chapter 5: I battle my first Guardian (And meet a little of my Doom)

That girl was TOUGH. i wasn't expecting what happened after i told about my dream.

Oh, you wanted to hear about the battle? Ok, here it goes, but i don't have much time:


The first thing i was unprepared for was when Emerald had two knives with her. She was slashing at me a whole lot.

"Whoa! Easy." I yelled.
"Easy? EASY? I'm a Guardian! I don't do this EASY you speak of!"
"Jeez, you protect something for a while and then go bonkers." I mumbled.

The second thing I was unprepared for was her kicking power. Even CALIBURN was parried by the kicks.

"You fool! Don't lose me!" Caliburn yelled.

Then Emerald did something unpredictable: she used an orb of energy.


"Solar Rift!" she yelled.

Then I was prepared for my death, when something happened.

Caliburn got shrouded with light, and it was filled with a power I never knew.

"Whoa..." I said softly.
"How...?" Caliburn asked.

Emerald kept backing up, as if her boyfriend just broke up with her.

"No.. It can't..."

Then a shroud of light hit Emerald, and she fell to the ground.

"Conceed." I said.
"Yes..."
"FOR ALL TO HEAR!"
"I Conceed!"

And right there, I defeated my first Guardian.


"Sonic." said Emerald. "You just..."

Then she got inturupted by some one.

"Well, well. What do we have here?"
"Who are you?" I asked.


"Sonic! Get back!"Tails yelled. "That's Orgina!"


I wasn't prepared for my first Guardian, so I definitely wasn't prepared for the god of the Nightmare world.

"Orgina!" Emerald yelled. "You have no right coming here!"
"Ah, Yes, but HE thinks different."

Then a HUGE mettalic monster went out of the forests.

"GO!!!" Orgina yelled."DESTROY THEM!!!!!!!"

Then the monster fell apart, piece by piece.

"AAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!! My young one always gives me the wrong ones!"
"Young one?" I asked.
"Ha! It's none of your buissness. once my pupil becomes as powerful as I, no one in the Universe will STOP ME!!!

And with a shroud of light, he was gone.


After that, we decided to calm down a bit, and....

Oh, man. I'll have to tell you more later. Tails says we have to get going. I'll tell you later why I had to stop in the middle of my description.

Chapter 6: The guardian has a chat

...Ok, so i have enough time to tell you the rest.

So after the Orgina encounter, I told the guys about my dream.

"Sonic,"Emerald said."Who again was the hedgehog that was in your dream?"
"I think it was Ace. Why you ask?"

Emerald got a frown on her face.

"What?"
"Sonic,"She said."Did you figure out something?"
"What, that Nightmare grew up in a city with a dorky name?"
"NO! Sonic, before when Caliburn was shining, what did you feel?"
"Power.Lots of it."
"Sonic, Ace is still under Orgina's control! You think Nightmare, as a 7-year-old kid, suddenly forgave Ace for his father's death?"
"Uh..."
"Caliburn was fused with Ultimato's power. You might be the one!"

What did Orgina say? My Young One.

"So, I definitely have to defeat Ace?"
"Yes!"Tails yelled."Aren't you getting any of this? This is SERIOUS now, Sonic!"
"Alright. I'll try."

Emerald suddenly felt something across her, and nearly lost balance.

"What?"Sally asked.
"Go! Ace is coming"
"But what about you?" I asked.
"Ace doesn't know about your dream yet!"
"But..."
"Sonic!" Tails yelled. "We have to go!"
"But..."
"GO!" Emerald yelled."Go before Ace finds me, then finds YOU!"

So we finally listened to her.

Alright, Its nighttime, so I need some rest.Where I had ANOTHER dream.

I saw a castle, where a Queen was evily laughing.

"Finally, now I can rule this kingdom over hatred and punishment!Hahahahahahahahahaha!"

Then a little girl came out of her room.

"Mommy," She said."Isn't it wrong to do this? Ruling over Evil..."
"Silence Emerald!" She said. I was suprized that she was Emerald's mother.

"Get back to bed! I have buisness to endure with."

So Young Emerald went back to bed, not saying a word.

Then the Queen noticed ME, and pounced at me, waking me up INSTANTLY.

It was still night, and I was sure of something.

Emerald's mother was an evil queen, and I had to stop her from spreading evil to her kingdom.

After a while, I went back to bed, thus going to what's taking place right now. Emerald was explaining things and we needed to get away. THAT'S why I had to stop my conversation, 'cause we needed to get to saftey. Now we're back on track with where the story was taking place.

My computer crashed, so just know it might be hard to make the chapter through wii, but i'm making this chapter on my grandma's computer.

Chapter 7, part 1:Eggman apperars

The next day was a disaster. And I mean, a REAL disaster.

I woke up, only to see Nightmare again.
"Psst!"He said."Sonic, I need to talk to you!"

"What?" I asked.
"Emerald contacted me. I know what happened. You defeated Emerald?"
"Yep."
"Alright, because I got news."
"Alright,what is it?"
"Emerald was taken by Ace."


"What?!" I yelled.
"Ace contacted me saying he got my 'little friend', and I knew exactly what he meant. Ace has gone too far now!"
What did he just say? Ace has gone too far now!
"You like Emerald!" I yelled.
"Shhhh!"Nightmare said."Alright, you got me. I..."

Then we were interupted by yells of help.

"Let's go!" I yelled.

Then when we got there, I couldn't beleive my eyes.


Tails, Sally, and Caliburn were stuck inside a huge capsule of this huge serpent robot.

"Thats...!"

Then I saw him. My old enemy.

"Eggman!"Nightmare yelled.

"OHOHOHOHOH! Who else would it be?" He said.

Chapter 7,part 2:As if he didn't know

"So, Eggman! You're apart of this too?" I yelled.
"Frankly, I have no idea of what you're talking about. But how does it matter? GO!! EGG SHARK!!"

Then suddenly, I saw myself face-to-face at one of the biggest sharks I ever saw.

"We'll talk later!"Nightmare said. "Distract that thing! I'll get the others out!"


"Eggman! How long have you known about this?" I said.
"Known about what? I have no idea of what you're talking about!"
"Don't play dumb! I know you're also apart of this Compass Legend thing!"


"....Fine, you got me. I am working for Orgina!"
"So you're his 'young one?'"
"No, but that's for you to find out. Now, Egg Shark, attack!"

And out of nowhere, I was hit by one of its beams.

This beam felt just like when Nightmare attacked me. The last thing I heard was Nightmare breaking my friends out, all of them attacking the Egg Shark, then blacking out again. And let me tell you, it hurts blacking out from a legendary beam.

Chapter 8: A Guardian shows himself

Dream again. Rollback!

In this dream I saw Orgina.


"My pupil, I want you to go into this pod." He said. "I have an experiment to do."

No! Don't do it! Is what I wanted to say, but I couldn't move in my dream body.

Then I noticed something worse: The "Pupil" was Ace!

I saw him being shocked and screaming in terror. Then I saw a face I didn't want to see: The queen of Blackmail.

And right at that moment, Ace wasn't screaming anymore. He was out of the pod.

"What is your wish, master?"
"Go training. I have buisness to take with Queen Cieraa."

Cieraa. So THAT was her name.

After Ace left, Cieraa sensed something. "We have a spy."
"I'll take care of that." And he looked straight at ME, and tore through my dream. Don't ask why.

"Sonic! Wake up!" said a voice, and I woke up almost immediately.


"What happened?" I asked.
"He happened." said Nightmare.

In the distance I saw a hedgehog. And not just any hedgehog, it was Electrodon.

"I am Electrodon, 2nd Guardian of the Chaos Warp! And you are Sonic, warrior of the speed?"
"I wouldn't call myself warrior, but..."
"Enough! I shall battle you, just as Nightmare said. Except you need to hone your skills.
I looked at Nightmare. "What does he mean?"

"It means,"Tails said,"That I need to teach you some new moves."
"Like...?"
"Khaoess moves, which, of course, have power from the Khaoess Emeralds."
"That Ace guards" I said, and I told them about my dream when we were all settled.

"Don't worry, Khaoess powers come from your heart, like the Chaos Emeralds with friendship." Tails said. "Once you know them very well..."
"I can battle Electrodon" I said.
"Correct. We practice at sunrise."

Chapter 9: Metal Sonic Returns

It was crazy the next morning. Last night Tails told me why there were meteors crashing down(I'll mention that later) instead of teaching me.

"So Nightmare," I said to him that morning."When we were talking the night before Eggman attacked us... You didn't finish your sentence. What were you saying?"
Nightmare shuddered for a moment, then he looked around and said,"Alright. You got me. I..." He shuddered again.

"Alright. We'll talk about it later."
"Talk about what later?" we looked behind us.

"Eggman!" Nightmare yelled.


"What do you want this time?" I asked.
"Take a wild guess." I looked behind him, and I saw a sight I thought was long-gone.

It was Metal Sonic.


"SONIC THE HEDGEHOG," He said."PREPARE FOR MY REVENGE!!!"

So then I thought Metal Sonic wasn't going down without a fight, so I continued my everlasting clash with him. I heard Nightmare in the background.

"Eggman! What have you done with the Guardians?" He yelled.
"OHOHOHOHOH!!! I'm sure Orgina is doing some... experiments with them."
"I WANT YOU TO TELL ME! Emerald is in there! What have you done with my girl?!?!?"

Suddenly Metal Sonic and I paused.

"Emerald? You love Emerald?" I said to Nightmare.
"He loves Emerald" I saw Tails, Caliburn, and Sally running to my aid.

I guess it wasn't smart to say that, Nightmare nor I, because at that moment, ACE came popping out of the blue with Emerald. with him was Orgina and Cieraa.

These were the last words I heard, and they were Nightmare's.

"Uh-oh" He said.

Chapter 10: Romance udderly happens(And a friend comes back)

At that moment I got the chance to break up Metal Sonic.

"NNNOOO!!!!" Eggman said."It'll take another 5 months to rebuild him!"
"Eggman, your not our worry right now!' A voice said. It was Electrodon, who sent Eggman flying away with his electrical whips.

"Orgina!" I yelled. "Why are you doing this? Start explaining! Why were there meteors crashing at us days before?"
"Ah, yes. Ace has known about you this whole time. He sent out crafts from the Nightmare world after you"
"Wait!" I heard Nightmare yell."If this is it Orgina, give me at least a chance to talk to Emerald."

Orgina thought for a moment."You have 60 seconds"

"Nightmare," I heard Emerald say."Did what Sonic say is true? Do you really..."
"Love you?"
"Ugh. Romance."I said.

"Yes. Do you really love me?" Emerald said.
"...Yes. Of course I love you."

"Bllaaaahhhh!!!!" Tails said.

"Time's up!" Cieraa said. "Bring out Giga Supreme!"
"I don't think so." a voice said.

Suddenly, Emerald's chamber opened. Who opened it, you ask?

Believe it or not, it was Ace.

Chapter 11: Orgina gets plans for Doomsday and beyond

"Ace?!?!?!" I yelled.
"So," Nightmare said. "Did everything go according to plan"
"Thank you Nightmare, it did." Ace said.

Apperantly Orgina was just as confused as I was."What the h--"

"I'll explain." Nightmare said.

"Ace knew about your plans all along. He SABATOGED YOU, Orgina. The robot that suddenly collapsed: Ace gave you Giga Supreme."

"WHAT?!?!?!?!"
"Hey, i'm just as confused as you are."I said to Orgina.

At that point Orgina was flaming mad."I DON"T GIVE A CRAP IF ACE BACKSTABBED ME OR NOT!!!! GO, GIGA SUPREME!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!"

At that point a HUGE robot came out of nowhere, stomping mad, ready to kill.

Suddenly I felt something snap. Then it sparked. I suddenly knew what had to happen.

"Nightmare!" I yelled. "We need a summon!"
"Alright, what do you need to summon?"

I thought about it for a moment. "Sally, Tails. Get to saftey. Caliburn and I need to handle this on our own."
"Good luck" They both said.

"Nightmare,summon the Chaos Emeralds and Khaoess Emeralds. You're helping me."

Then Nightmare started to glow.


By the power fested in the Guardian spirit, And by the creation of the Chaos Warp, I here by summon the Chaos and Khaoess Emeralds!!!!

At that point I took the power of the Chaos Emeralds and became Super Sonic.

Nightmare used the Khaoess Emeralds instead, and I guess he turned into Aerial Nightmare.

"Ace!" I heard Emerald yell."Let us help!"
"No" said Ace. "This is Sonic and Nightmare's fight. let them do it."


"Alright, Giga Supreme!" I said. "Prepare for your fate!"

This is a great Fan fic, also quite mysterious with the dream sonic had and with the storysies of the compass I see you used characters frome the Satam show too I used to love that too so it makes your fanfic cool, too.

Of course you gotta keep making more as long as you keep making them I will keep reading them!

EVEN BEFORE THE BAD INCIDENT I HAD, I was still having a rough day.

Oh, my name is Tails, by the way. So, like I said before, I had a bad day. It all started when I went fishing with Knuckles.

So we got a good place to fish and set up our hooks. I had a hard time seting up.

"Hey, need some help?" Knux said.
"Sure, thanks!"

So while we were fishing, Knux suddenly got a bite.

"OOOOHHH, THIS IS A BIG ONE!!!" He exclaimed.

I helped him pull. Little did I know the fish was a SHARK. Finally, I let go and fell backwards, and I heard this awful scream.

"RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

I looked to see if the fishing pole was gone, but that wasn't the main worry.

"FOR GOD'S SAKE, CUT IT!"

I looked at Knux. the fishing hook got stuck in his CHIN.


And the shark was pulling the fishing pole.

Chapter 12: The War has begun

I couldn't even explain the battle against Giga Supreme. I hate to disapoint, AND break the fourth wall, but i'll explain this in the secret chapter.

Suddenly something snapped. I saw Emerald collapse.

"Hey! are you ok?" I yelled. Nightmare and I transformed back to normal forms.
"She'll be fine," Ace said. "But it was a memory cut. She has forgotten everything that happened in the last 30 minutes."
"So she doesn't remember that I..." Nightmare said tragically.
"I'm sorry." Sally said. Emerald woke up.
"What happened?" She asked.

We explained everything except what Nightmare said. Orgina and Cieraa got away, but they're planning something. Something awful...


hours later...

"Are you sure you have to leave Caliburn?" I said.
"I can't live in this world forever. I must go back to the King Arthur book. Tails told me he's crafting a weapon right now, so you could probably do something about that."

A flash of light and he was gone.

"THANK GOD!" I yelled.

And we all had a laugh.

Epilogue: The Afterward

For now, Orgina and his forces are gone, but a new war of the Compass Legends has happened: The Next War. Now we must complete a new task... To win this war.

I have proved to become a guardian, but now I must become the new legend. With the help of my friends and the guardians, we are unstoppable.

A new war has sparked. And it is calling for us... to prove ourselves.

To become a legend.
