It's the creature called Tail Strike (stupid name) from Spyro: Shadow Legecy.

Shadow Legacy is a DS exclusive game. It has a lot of strange creatures in it, including the Tail Strike. There is a creature in it that look like a shellfish smilie

Its attack is whipping its tail at you. I don't think its face actually looks like that in the game, but I could be wrong. I don't remember it having such huge nostrils, I'll have to get a closer look sometime.
