A Video Tutorial [CLOSED]

Seriosuly, someone should make a video tutorial of DarkSpyro.net. The video would show The following:

Making an Account
Leaving Posts
Sending PMs
Adding and changing avatars
Making and deleting topics
Navigating the site, from different threads, topics, user pages, etc
Posting links, videos and images.
An overview of the site rules
an introduction to all the different game threads and extras

Any other ideas?

I would, but I haven't got the program needed to record things from the PC.

Exactly. The help files are there and that's all we need.

If you want a video walkthrough so much, YOU do it.

Its quite a good idea but it takes time to make and you have to have a programe that allows you to do it. I dont think many people have that programe or can be botherd to do it.

This is not necessary at all. My new digital camera came with a small instruction booklet. Same with that game I bought. None came with individual videos showing where the power button is, etc.

If you want, you can just make a thread with all the necessary collective information that the help files on this site doesn't have.

Yup. For example, the smilie and pac-man smilies, and how to type in an ¬. Also, make the Help Files show up to new users after they register/verify their account, then make the rules show up.

Maybe some big box at the top of the forums that only new members can see and it says read the Help files and rules, and will only get removed after a certain number of gems the person gets - or maybe a certain number of posts...and it should have some important links as well - like the sticky topic in the nonesense section.

Just an idea.

Except for altcode (Which I don't know...), I didn't found a way to type it on CZ layout...
