I liked him in Spyro 2 but because of his change of voice in Spyro 3, I disliked him.

I don't like him because he always asks for gems to let Spyro get somewere. smilie
If he was in DotD, I'd bet he would be garding the door to the dark masters lair when he was about to destroy the world and he would ask Spyro for 1000 gem to let him in because love money more than the would.

He started a family in Shadow Legacy though. I wouldn't say he's all greedy once he started a family and became a father.

well i think that he is kink of funny. in several quotes, "Ah, spyro, my favorite wallet." "Same low quality, Same high prices!" "Well, if i saw ripeo I'd show him a thing or two." yeah right...

A great character.

Edit: Moneybags is legendary. Games don't spoon feed you with easy crap, it wouldn't be fun if it was too easy.

if moneybag was in doom 1/2 or 3 I would kill him even if he was a demon or a humen I was happy that he is not in the fist spyro game

when i was chasing after him in YOTD i fell off the cliff on purpose just so i can go after him again. and in AHT every time i run past him i'd charge him in the rear smilie

The only thing I liked about him was charging him and taking all the gems I payed back in Yotd.

Other then that I hate him. I found a way around him in one of the lvls though

I kinda hate Moneybags, but then formed a family sometime between AHT and SL, and was worried about them when they were trapped in the Shadow Realm.

I'm sure he was intended to appear more than once, since in the instructions manual you see him in a costume he doesnt wear in the game.

Shame smilie What level does he appear in again? The first one?

Also in the Manual, in a screenshot in the Dragon Realms, you see Spyro looking towards the castle and instead of two doors that are closed, there is a portal there.

Moneybags appears in Dragonfly Dojo.

If they spent more time on this game it would've been better, its like a Beta version of the game with lots of glitches and not enough levels.

Yep, it is ashame, and I bet if they had more time, and if it were released in 2003, it would be like the Originals. And I bet that Spyro wouldn't have changed in AHT, and I also think that TLOS would have probably never had exsisted.

I hate Moneybags all he wants from Spyro is money money money so that is why I burn/freeze his butt and I hate his line Hey Spyro if you got money to spend I am here to releve you of the money I really hate that line of his and I hate how much evereything cost at his store because when I see the price I get really mad at Moneybags and that is why I like the new Spyro games because Moneybags is not in them and I am gald he is gone for good.

He provides comic reliefe, being beaten alot, and ppl don't mind if he gets hit becasue he's pompous and annoying. Also, he gives a purpose to the gems.

I liked moneybags in the originals. He may have stolen my money and charged outrageous prices for things but he still has a place in my heart.
