First of all, yes, this was inspired by the Cynder v.s Cynder v.s Cynder topic.
Which do you like best, the orignal SPyro, the young Spyro, or teen Spyro.
I like Young Spyro best, teen Spyro second best, and orignal Spyro least.

Because I'm me, I'll be a b*tch and post my reasons as well:

1: Teen: Well, he looks like a real dragon, for one. Long, spiky body and wings big enough to carry him. He can fly. He's got awesomsauce armor. And he's STILL too d*mn cute.

2: Young: Plain cute, but lacks the draconic feeling.

3: Original: Rude. Irritating voice. Not my style.

Original: He is really cute and cuddly, he has an awesome voice which make me want to cuddle him even more! I love his animations, especially when he looks back at the camera and does his cute wink, he looks so natural. Best dragon! Cool personality

Teen: He looks really awesome, I like his large wings it makes him look intimidating, only problem is that his face looks weird, especially when you look at it from the side, and I think that his legs are too short for his body. He has a stupid personality, he never makes any sense and no emotion.

Young: Just damn annoying! He is so think, it is hard to believe, he looks so ugly.

Dotd spyro

Original, young, teen.

Original Spyro: He is great, awesome, cool. I love his attitude. He is the one that I grew up with. I just loved that cute purple dragon. I like the fact that he is not what you expect from a dragon.

Young Spyro: I don't like him. His personality is like a brick wall, and he lets other animals tell him what to do. He isn't as cute as original Spyro, and his muzzle looks like someone punched it in.

Teen Spyro: Is even worst then young Spyro. He is ugly. He cares more about Cynder then the world. Nuff said.

I like Teen and orginial.


Teen is well somehow awesome, I mean how many Sues are Well known...Not much

Teen Spyro.... I dunno, he gets on my nerves. Young Spyro does too a bit, but not as much.

AHT/SL, he actually has a personality and isn't all gushy mushy like he is in DotD. The voices were awesome in my opinion. His attitude is rather funny and a little rude. But yet he doesn't lack that heroish fealing he keeps with him. I enjoy the enemies were given in the game too.

Original, he's rude and really expresses his personality.

Dotd, he has an extremely dragonish feeling to him. But personality is really gushy mushy. Ewwwww.

I agree black dragon. And who's to say what a dragonish feeling turely is? None of us are dragon so we can't.

I wouldn't be surprise if some n00b says he/she IS a dragon. Or they're pretending to be Cynder, like what alot of people on this forum do.

Orginal,Young,Teen.

Orginal: He is awesome. He has courage,he is not afraid of anything,and he has a great personality.He even has the right amount of attitude which i think really shows in AHT where he really gets a knac for telling his enemies what he thinks and poking fun at them.

Young: A little more depth in the softer emotions but lacking in some of the Zeal and absolute courage of orginal spyro.

Teen: I wont go out and flame him like some other people do,but i just think the other two are better and someone has to be at the bottom.

and no offense to the teen spyro flamers

Teen: He looks like a real dragon. What I dislike is his personality, he says everything is his fault just because he got 3(Don't shoot me on the years, i forgot ') years of vacation.

Original: His personality is very active and fun. He doesn't look as bad as the young one.

Young: His form disgust me on the console version(MY OPINION). He's attitude is better than the Teen one, well based on the GBA version. BTW he looks better in GBA than in the consoles for ANB and TEN.

I would have gone in that order to! Those reasons in order people why I like the LOS trilogy better the the classic. That, and why Dawn of the Dragon is my fav spyro game.

Umm... Could someone PLEASE tell me what counts as "Original" Spyro and what's "Young" Spyro?? Is original Spyro ALL the Spyro's up until Shadow Legacy, or only the Spyro from the Insomniac Games, or only from the 1st game? Or is young spyro the Spyro from Spyro 2-Shadow Legacy?

The one thing I know for sure is that teen Spyro is the lamest, most ridiculous-looking excuse of Spyro I've ever seen in my life.

Original Spyro - All of the Spyro games that do not have anything to do with 'The Legend of Spyro'

Teen Spyro - Dawn of the Dragon style Spyro

1. Original - He was my favorite childhood character and holds a special place in my heart.

2. Teen - pretty bland but only ahead of young for one reason.

3. Young - looks realy wierd to me, ugly even.

To be honest old spyro well he doesnt look cute at all. hes suppose to look cocky, & sarcastic. Those who think old spyro was cute apparently dont know cute. young spyro is cute, and teen spyro well he looks more mature so out of the three I like mature spyro because well he would be kinda my age and is mature. young spyro is still mature in a way, but of course he's a kid then so yeah thats my opinion on it.

.....You've never seen the Japanese version of original Spyro, have you? Young Spyro, as some have mentioned, looks like his face has been punched in. Ember is cute. Young Cynder is cute. Young Spyro is not.

But all of this is opinions, anyway.

For me, its the Original Spyro, then young, then teen.

No i have seen jap spyro. but all jap characters are cute lol in a way they make cute and we make tough lol. but yeah I've seen jap spyro but USA spyro looks um cocky and tough. now you are aware the designs that are in the game look different than what the cover shows. because young spyro looks odd in the cover but looks better in the game. but yeah its opinions no big deal
