You have a point. Ignitus said that 'When a dragon dies ghe does not truely leave this world. He lives on, binding himself with nature, offering hope for the future." That being the case, if Iggy could "bind himself with nature" or return in a bodied form, so can Malefor. I remember someone said that if a dragon, especially one as powerful as Malefor, were to be bound to the entier planet then that would make him that much more powerful.

If that is the case, then there's gonna be hell on earth if/when Malefor manages to control nature when he binds himself with it. If he does, I forsee natural disasters and possible widespread possession by his darkness. Perhaps something similar to Shadow Legacy with people being imprisoned in a dark, convexity type realm. Or he may be completely trapped by the crystal.

Then again, I could see thebinding with nature thing applying ony to good dragons... Yeah, wouldn't be suprised if the makers did something like that.

Jood point Jackson, but then again it all about who the makers choose to have possessed. Since Cynder was his monster before and Spyro is the big stong lead and Cynder the troubled and..ugh...sexified female lead, it is likely that Cynder will be Malefor's target if such a thing as Malefor being combined with nature occurred.

Well, Malefor did say, "I am eternal!", so I wouldn't be surprised if he returned.

They probably are considering making Malefor return for the next game or in the future. I take it that Malefor saying "I am eternal" is sort of foreshadowing that happening.
