I know there have already been topics about this, but I can't just leave this alone.

I personally think the file size for avatars is waaaaaaaay to small. :/
At least 30kb should be fine, because you can barely have a good avatar with only about 20kb.

Please consider this idea, although I don't really expect you to approve.

OR let avatars be viewed from a URL, so it doesn't have to be saved on the database or whatever.

He said he removed the URL because it didn't work. Which was sensible since people wouldn't be so annoyed by the error they may get. As for size, at least 25KB would be nice.
