My name is Star.
I am a blue and pink dragon.
My sister, Night, and I have been
alone our whole lives.
Well, almost our whole lives.
But that was then. This is now.
And now, we need to focus on staying alive...

Chapter 1: The ape army
"Star!Star!Wake up!" I hear my sister, Night, say.
"What's wrong?" i ask.
"Look outside the cave."
I get up and hurry to the cave entrence. I hear noise. I look out and see apes. Thousands upon thousands of apes.
"oh no!" I whisper to myself. "We have to get out of here, now!"
"But where will we go? Crystal falls has been our home for years. We can't just leave it now!"
"We have to" I reply sadly. "We can't fight all those apes alone. There are too many this time."
"We can at least try." Night says stubbornly.
"Ok. We'll try. But if we are getting beat, we need to leave, ok?"
Night nods.
"Lets go"
We fly out into the apes. I wonder, why am i doing this when there is so many of them? Well, it's too late to turn back now.

Chapter 2: The battle at Crystal Falls
An ape hits me. I tail swipe him back, also hitting another 10 apes. I get surrounded. There's only one thing to do now. I use my wind breath to make a tornado. The apes are airborn in a heartbeat. I look over at Night. She's burning those apes like dead grass. Good to see she's doing fine. T decide to copy her. I use my commet dash to clear a path to the biggest ape.
"Night!" I yell over the howls of the apes. "Get to the big one!"
Before she can respond, a giant firecracker the big ape threw goes off next to her.
"Night!" I yell.
Now i'm mad, and that's the last thing this ape would want.

Chapter 3: Fury
Flame, wind, and ice surround me,then gets flung out in all dirrections. I'm in a fury. I blast out huge flames from my mouth. Thousands of apes down, just one to go.
I walk up to the big ape and use my fury beam. He's gone in a second. I walk up to Night. She's breathing. She's alive. I pull her back to the cave, then get some sleep.

Chapter 4: Fishing
Light shines on my eyes. Morning. I better go get some food for Night and I. Yesterday was exausting.
I stand up, yawn, theb walk up to the cave entrence. I walk down to the river and start to get fish. I fly over the river, looking into the water. A fish jumps. I go closer, then use my ice breath to freeze the water around the fish. Ignoring the cold, I dive under the water and come out with the block of ice on my back.
"I better go check up on Night." I say to myself. I switch dirrections and head for the cave.
Night is outside waiting for me.
"It was my turn to get the food today." she reminded me.
"No, yesterday was your turn," I reply."We were just too busy to eat."
"I don't think that counts. We were attacked yesterday."
"I also saved you yesterday. I think since I saved you I should get to hunt."
"If you hadn't seen me, you wouldn't have gone into a fury."
"So?"
"So... you wouldn't have saved me if u hadn't gone into a fury."
"Why don't we both hunt today?"
"Ok, but who will hunt tomarrow?"
"We'll figure that out later, ok? We've already had an argument once today, I don't want another one."
"Yea, I agree"
"You wanna cook the fish?" I ask.
"Sure!" Night replys happily. "I just need some crystals." She walks out to the river and then crushes a crystal. She collects the peices. "Ok, now i'm ready" She uses her fire breath to cook the fish.
"Lets eat." I say. "I'm starved!"

Chapter 5: not again
"If there is another ape attack, I'm not going to stay and fight again." I tell Night while we are flying over the river and looking for food.
"Well, I'm going to stay." Night replies. "I didn't beat a whole army of apes just to run away when the next one comes. You will have to leave without me."
"No! I'm not splitting up agian!" I yell. "Not again." I say more quietly, tears starting to form in my eyes.
"I'm sorry." Night says. "I forgot about that"
"How can you forget about her?!" I reply angerly.
"Star, I..." Night begins, but I'm already flying away.
Night follows me. "Star, I'm sorry." She says again. This time I don't go away. "I don't want to remember. It makes me too sad."
"I understand. Lets go back to the riv..." before I can finish, I see another ape army heading towards us.
Night's eyes meet with mine, obviously asking what I'm going to choose.
"I'm not splitting up again." I say confidently. "Lets go kick those apes out of here!"
Night smiles at me. We go to break a few crystals, and then we go into the waiting ape army.
"This is going to be intresting." I tell Night. "What do you think those bee things are?"
"It dosn't matter," Night responds "as long as they arn't too hard to defeat, who cares?"
"I hope your right." I say nervously.

remember 2 days agon u said that Star and Night don't even know that Ice Shard is their sister yet. and yes, it is Cynder. Too mad I had to already say that Ice Shard is Star and Nights' sister. Well, ppl would have figured it out after reading ur story and when i get to a certain part in my story.

Chapter 6: goodbye, Crystal Falls
"Ow!" I yell as I get tossed against a rock. My hind leg hurts and i'm out of green crystals. "Night!" I yell over to my sister. "There are too many! We have to leave!"
Night's eyes well up with tears. She knows we can't win this time. "Alright" She agrees.
We fly away from the army the best we can, and then we rest at the top of a cliff, verry close to Crystal Falls. We watch the apes swarm over the area. They block the entrance to out cave, knock down all the trees, and throw all the crystals into the water where nobody can get to them.
"Night," I say sadly. "come on, we need to go before the apes get up here too." It's sad for me to leave Crystal Falls, but there isn't a choice.
"I don't want to leave! I can't leave." Night says quietly.
"We have to" I say again.
We both fly up, and go to find a new home.

chapter 7: Twilight Falls
Night falls down unexpectedly while we are flying. "Night!" I yell. I catch her. She nearly hit the ground. I lie her down on the ground. "Night, are you ok?" I ask.
"I think, but I don't think I can fly." she answers.
"I don't think I want to live here."
"Why not?"
"It's sort of creepy here. Being in a forest at night is pretty creepy if you ask me."
"Lets just spend the night." Night suggests.
"Alright" I say. Suddenly, while I'm getting ready to lie down, some bees come out of the ground. I hope I can fight these ones.
These bees are easier to beat. I guess I learned all their attacks the last time I saw them. Knowing I'm safe, I fall to sleep for a little while.

chapter 9: The elite enemy
I start to wake up. I'm starving! I look in the river. No fish like Crystal Falls. I sigh to myself. It looks like I'm going to have to find another food source. Then I have an idea. The bees might stop my hunger. I look over, but they are gone. I decide to look for more.
I just cross to the other side of the water and some more bees come up to me. I flame one, then bring it back to where Night is. I start to eat.
Night wakes up after a while. "What are you eating?!" Night says surprised.
"Those bees" I reply. "They have a bad flavor, but it gets rid of the hunger and it will give us energy to find a new home."
Night eats with me. When we are full, I stand up. "Do you think you are strong enogh to fly now?" I ask.
"If I can get into that air current I might be able to."
"Let's go then."
Night and I get to the air current, but when we get into it, we learn the current is too strong for us to fly out of.
"We can fly off the cliff when we land." I say.
But something happens that we don't plan on. When we land, a bee with a mask comes out of the ground. We can tell right away this isn't a normal bee.
Night faints. i know I can't take the bee alone, so I quickly lift Night onto my back and fly away. I wonder if we will ever find a new home.

I bet that they're in Avalar! I don't know why, but the way that you described the chapter sounded like it was near the Valley of Avalar. They must be there, right? Where are they?

Chapter 10: the temple
My wings are tired. My stomache is growling loudly. I passed the "thirsty" mark a long time ago. My mouth is so dry, it's hard to breathe! I don't know how much longer I can fly with Night on my back. But I have to keep going. I can't land, because I'm flying over an ocean.
A shape starts to come into view. I can make it! I just need to fly a little farther! The shape gets closer and closer, and i fanally reach it. I'm too tired to look around. I just want to rest.
A door in front of me opens, and a purple dragon walks out to me.
"Hello? Who are you?" he asks, but his voice seems far away. I don't answer. I just lay there and rest. Sleep! I finally get to sleep!
Everything turns dark, and I'm asleep for the first time in days.
