This is a story about my fan dragon Keria The name Keira means 'little dark one', she is known as a 'ruby dragon' you will see why this is so impostant throught out the story. I hope you like it, and heres the first chapter.

Chapter1

All she could see was back, when she haerd a faint male and feamale voice.
"The egg is hatching" The feamale said.
"Alass the ruby dragon is hatching. Death to us all, will fall apon us soon. We shall see the end, it is destined to kill the purple dragon.....Spyro." The male said. The ruby dragon kick the small space she was in, making a littile 'cracking' noise.
"Shh....It's hatching" The feamale said. Then the ruby dragon saw light, they feamale then picked her up and said, "We shall name you Keira. Our 'little dark one'" When Keira' sight cleared up, she saw that the male had a long spike at the end of his tail, and was keeping it in a fire. The he grabed her.
"You are the light, you are the dark. You are the day, you are the night. You are the sun, you are the moon. You are life, you are death. You are...the little dark one. YOU ARE THE RUBY DRAGON!" He yelled, stabing her with his long scolding hot spike through Keira's heart. For a ordainary dragon that would of killed them instantly. But for the ruby dragon...it impowers them, makeing then stronger with each growing year.
Fifteen years has past since then, she was living on her own, and had a heart of gold. She couldn't bare seeing anything die. But that all changed......when she met the purple dragon.

Chapter2

She lay there looking out of her cave, dark at night, in the heart of winter. It was freezing out, but she wasn't alone, a deer and it's fawn, lay beside her. Keira liked the company, but she had never seen one of her own, maybe she has but she repressed most of the memory of her child hood. Some times she would ponder day and night, on what the past was and the future is. Keira, had sertain feelings that shes more important to the cycle of the world, then others are. After a while she fell asleep. In the morning the deer and fawn was gone, she was left alone once again. She went to go get breackfast, it wa hard in winter to find food because, she is vegatarian. When she found some barke, she nawed on it. When she heard a 'CRACK' from above, the tree branch plonged down, with a big WACK to the back of her head.
"You will soon find you destiny, yong one." A voice said, in a worry voice.
"What? who are you?" Keira said in a kind tone.
"I'm the chronical, you will find your own kind someday.....but you and every one else wish, the dragons that found you.....never did" The chronical said.
"What?! Why?! I wouldn't harm any one! I...I..Whats going on?!"Keira said in a worried tone.
"You are destined to kill you are the ruby dragon....you are the light, you are the dark. You are the day, you are the night. You are the sun, you are the moon......You are life, and you are DEATH" He said, exaaggerated on the word 'death'. Keira knew she heard that befor, but ware? Death, death, death...it ecoed in her head.
"NO I DONT BELIVE YOU!" Keria yelled, her eyes started to weld up with tears. The chronicle startd to fade away.

Thank you! And i didn't know you had a dragon named Keria. Did you know that name means 'little dark one' it achully a evil name. Weird i know.

I was looking for evil names, for a new fan dragon(this one duh..) and i found a good website, and there was a list of names and the meanngs beside it. I would get a link but i forgot the site.

Aw, I feel bad for her, meant to kill all in her path! but it is a good chapter anyway!

Chapter3

Keira heard a new voice, she reconized it, like it was a long lost relitive.
"Keira, you bond with nature, is what makes you strong and careing, but as a ruby dragon, your bond will cause death to all. And the end of the world" The feamale voice said, then a figuer apeered. It Keira's mom.
"Mom....don't say that!! Don't! I will never harm any one!" Keira yelled crying now.
"But its your destiny, you are my duaghter, my evil duaghter, you must take the role as the ruby dragon. You are the cycle of life, you are the evil, yet good, that must kill. If you dont kill the purple dragon....."The feamale said in a evil and deamanding tone, but was cut off, and started to fade away.
"MOM!" Keira yelled into the black, she looked down then whisperd "dont go"
"Hello?! Are you ok?!" A figuer stood over her, then another one. "Are you ok?! We saw the branch hit you, do you need help?!" The first figuer said. Keira looked up at them.
"Ya, fine. You are you?" Keria said rubbing her head, then her vision cleared and saw that the figuers were dragons.___________________________________________________________Sorry for the short chapter.

OOHH!! IS IT SPYRO AND CYNDER!?!?!?!?!? EEEEEE! THE SUSPENSE!!!

For-shadowing just means that the auther of a book, (or even in vidoe games) hinting on what will happen later on in the story, so be for i said "purple dragon" as a clue. Figer it out.....if you can! MHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chapter4

"Im Spyro, and this is my girl freind Cynder. You are you?" Spyro said, tilting his head towards Cynder.
"Im...Im Keira." Keira said, still rubing her head. Then a thought came into her head: Spyro. She heard the name befor, but ware?
"Hi, Keira. Do you want us to take you home? To make sure your ok." Cynder said.
"Uh...Sure, but i dont think that will be nessary, i live right thare." Keira siad, pointing to her cave, was only a few feet away.
"Oh, well you might want to get your head cheched out, we'll still bring you thare, and tell your parents what happend" Spyro said, kindly. Keira the stood up, what was she going to tell Spyro and Cynder? She didn't have parents, and they are the first of her own kind, she's seen for years. Mabe she'll go to ware they live. Then another thought came to her head: I am destined to kill the purple dragon...Spyro was purple. What will happen? It was just a dream.....right?
"My parents...uh...arent home for another week, so im all alone exsept for all the animals, so....." Keira was cut off, by Cynder.
"Yes! You can come with us for the week there gone." Cynder shreiked in excitement, it was the first female she's seen in years.

Awsome! I like the way you have highlighted that Cynder was the only female in TEN, ANB and DOTD.

I said that because, i was thinking that when Spyro/Cynder was born maybe all the female's was hiding or died from battle. And thanks!

Yeah, I didn't notice a single female dragon in TLoS, apart from Cynder of course.

I know why do you think my to fan dragons are females?

Yeah! I have over 65 fan draggies, and around 64 of them are female.

Because in realitity she isnt.....also get the clue! PURPLE DRAGON! I will give you another:Remember the first chapter, with the male dragon.... I said so many times, will ANYONE get my for-shadowing?! It will make sence through out the story...i hope.

Chapter5

"Thanks, it gets loney at night...." Keira said, with great gratitude.
"Anything for a stranger in need" Spyro said.
"It will take a day of two befor we get to the temple, we should walk now, and take flight when were half way there." Cynder said, starting to walk. Spyro and Keira followd. Keira was pointing out all the animals.
"Over thare is the foxes den, there exspecting pups in the spirng. Oh and over thare it's a deer and her fawn. And over thare is a bear den, there in hibernation now, but as soon as it starts heating up they'll wake up." Keira went on for hours, pointing and telling what lived thare. By the time she stoped, it was night fall.
"We should rest here for the night, but in the morning we'll eat then take flight" Spyro said, then him and Cynder lay beside eachother rapping there tails together. Keira was a only few feet away from them, but felt loney. Even with her own kind beside her, she felt left out and alone. She started to fall asleep...... "You will cause death. You ARE death. You are the greatest evil on earth. You are the ruby dragon" The cronical said.
"STOP! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT! YOU DONT KNOW ME! I WOULD NEVER KILL ANYTHING! HURT THEM FOR THAT MATTER! WHY ARE YOU TORCHERING ME!" Keira yelled.
"Im not, young one. You destiny is chosen, you went with them. There's no turning back now" He said, looking deep into Keira's eyes.
"No....NO! I DONT BELIVE YOU! YOUR LYEING!" She yelled.
"I dont lie. You are slowly going to turn insane because you are fighting you destiny. You are going to cause harm to the people around you...... and the ones you love......" The cronical started to fade away. Keira, started to have tears in her eye's, the another figure apeered but faintly. It tryed to say something but was to weak, and then that one started to fade. "NOOO!!!" Keira yelled wakeing up. It was morening, and Spyro and Cynder had already eatien.
"Nice for you to join us sleepy head" Spyro said, with a chuckle. Cynder gave him a nastly look, then looked at Keira with pity.
"What happend? What was you dream about?" Cynder aksed. Keira looked at her, she didn't know if she should tell them.
"uh...nothing....." Keira said.
"well we should take flight them" Spyro said, flapping his wings.
