if legend of spyro was only a trilogy then will they make a 6th part of the old spyro series (continue after "a heros tail") or will it be a whole new story line?

They did continue AHT.

Third option: continue LoS under a diffrent name.

well they were both still alive at the end of dotd witch leaves the window open for more games to be produced
maybe / not continueing from the los series but ether way theres room to carry on from that left over point and if they do i hope they make a good job of it

they could carry on from los but it would have to make sence
if they did'nt they could carry it on from that but list under a differnt name as tlos series has a name for it's self as a 3 part game series

I'm guessing in teh Tlos universe after DOTD but named different. (The first three are his legend, maybe the next three will be somthing diferent)

legend meaning a story in a way so they could easly have a carry on from that
by like the rise of some thing or some one
or even the adventures (but imo that would'nt rely work un less it had a v-v-v-v-good story line)

Well, Malefor is "finished" so basically the TLoS story is done. All it needs is a new reboot or revert to the other series

Meh, I really hope they don't. I mean TLoS was good and all but it's time they change the story. Hopefully the next game has more open environments like the originals.

I can tell you don't want to see anymore LoS related Spyro games. The next game will probably be set in the same universe, but not named Legend of Spyro.

TLoS was great but it's just that how the levels were laid out, they didn't allow for much exploration. The music wasn't good either, except for ANB's theme and the Cynder boss theme. Plus now that Malefor is done for there isn't much to do in that universe.

It's your opinion that the TLoS is finished. The trilogy is finished, but not the future Spyro games that will probably be set in the LoS universe. Get used to it.

I totally agree.

Besides, you don't know if they really have any ideas they have for the LoS universe, so why bother saying they don't have anything else to do with the universe when there's obviously lots of things they can add into it?

Actually, DOTD had a lot of exploration, but a few levels were also like that in ANB and TEN....
The music in TLOS series was beutifull, dont know where you get that from.....

It's obvious that Spyros Dagger's a LoS hater, or not a fan of the LoS trilogy.

Yeah, I don't ,paticually like Tlos but they defently are not going back to the originals as much as some people hope.

I am a LoS fan. I searched for a store in my town that had DotD forever and only ONE had it...and it was used. >.< The story was great but it feels finished now.

But that doesn't mean the spyro games aren't going to continue in the LoS univserse. They will continue with a different story in one game each, not another trilogy.

Id be surprised if they didnt continue in the LOS universe. When the mean the triologys over the mean the 'opening' for the reboot of the series is done. Now that we learned how Spyro became a legend we can delve into his many other adventures.
