I don't like Cynder, but I liked the Hermit from the start for his own merits. He's such a creepy guy and it's hard to tell what side, if any, he's really on. Maybe I'll do a story or something with him and...ha ha, no I won't. I avoid all things LoS like the plague, even the things I like.

But, yeah, I like the Hermit.

Okay, I'm not against the idea of making Cynder confront her past; she did some horrible things. But we know that that wasn't really her, and the poor girl feels guilty enough without having some crazy old freak slap her in the face with it.
Oh, and Cynder_Rox, are you saying it wouldn't get to you if someone forced you remember the worst part of your life? I think the fact that she didn't break down completely shows her strength.
All that said, the Hermit is an interesting character, and does add the obligitory "crazy recluse" element to the story, but I'm not crazy about him.

After her attitude change in DotD, from tormented and guilty, but still a little spunky and independent to sassy, sarcastic, weak and uncertain, I think almost nothing of Cynder as a character. When I think Cynder, I think of a really cool villain who turned good, was forced into a relationship with her former enemy/resquer which ruined a potentially good trilogy and a once-kick@$$ character.

i like Cynder, and yet i agree they did rush her into the love thing. They could have taken more time to work on her personality in DOTD and the ''love'' thing.
But in ANB and TEN, she was nothig near those thing, i liked her the best in ANB and TEN

There should have been a lot of tension between them both before she came out with this 'I love you' thing. Spyro wouldn't regard her as his friend so quickly after she'd caused so many problems for everyone. Sure, she was being controlled by Malefor, but since when did something like that stop anyone? Spyro shouldn't have done any of this 'she couldn't help it!' business. It would have made the story and relationship more interesting.

yes, i agree. Then mabye more people would like DOTD nad TLOS series, although i personally liked them the best, they creators could have worked on it a little more

spyro is her brother i thought. they were both born in the same Year of the dragon, which made them brother and sister i thought...
