Cynder appears in the entire LOS trilogy and shes with spyro all the way through dotd.

Personally I couldn't care for either of them.

Ember is the stereotypical "Girly girl who's just so happens to be in love with the main character and whats to get into his pants (if he had any)" but I've only seen clips of her interaction with Spyro in AHT and I really can't say she's a mary sue and I would have loved it if Sierra could help expand of her personailty besides being a Amy rip off. And for those who think that she's ugly or retarded or whatever, I think her design is adorable and I really don't mind that she's pink, she's suppose to be girly guys, deal with it.

But don't get your hopes up, there's also Cynder I'd like to talk about.

She's a ****** mary sue, she really is. I'm trying to understand why everyone likes her so much, and then I go back and realize that everyone's favorite black dragoness is the amazing Tragic sue. She was under the control of the dark master, protagonist saves her, she goes emo, get's captures, protagonist saves her again, three years later... She has OMG AwESOmE powers, fights with protagonist, then she falls in love with said protagonist and what do you get?

Profit, that's what.

And don't even get me started on her personality, she has none. I honestly would have thought better of her if, maybe, she was either; a) not working for the bad guy and grew up in the swamp and was found by Spyro, b) a guy (just not in love since I know how many of us here are a teensy bit homophobic) or c) was a side character and stayed a side character.

So no, I'm stickin with Elora or Bianca (least Miss Bunny here has a personality)

I actually think Birdo is female.

She's SUPPOSED to be female. But Nintendo of America screwed up with the Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA vers.) instruction manual, and the controversy has continued ever since. Nintendo of Japan even made fun of it in their Japanese exclusive game, Captain Rainbow. <.<;
