Ah! For once I do have to agree, I'm not sure if thats intentional but I can veigly make out eyes, a mouth and some horns... I see what you're trying to point out but I don't think it was intenionaly put in the game... I'll post a picture of it so you can see...

I think this is what death horn is talking about... There are two pictures here, one direct from the cutscene the other is something I've done to make it more clear about what you should be able to see...
