PS2 Version... [CLOSED]

On the PS2 it is not as good as the graphics on my Wii and I saw a vid on PS3 (Vally of Avalar) it had rocks in the stream with sticks floating through, flowers with butterflies & bees and the enemies looked much better!
What is goning on?
Are they just too lazy of what?!

thats what it was like with me! LOL smilie i had it for ps2, crap graphics. than i got it for wii, a little better. n i saw the ps3 n xbox 360 version! but they have more tim taken in2 designing them so thats why they have better but the same graphics. i'm thinking of getting it for the xbox 360, but i'm not sure. smilie

The PS2 version had many more glitches than the PS3 version, as well as lower graphics and even less responsive controls.

I'm thinking about getting PS3. It's a shame that DotD was bad on PS2. But why are the other consoles so better?
Something to do with old and new maybe?

Because the programmers probably decided to make the actual game to begin with for the advanced systems, then just ported it to the others.

the thing they did with the different graphics is just stupid, it only creates more work for them to do...

Yeah... The graphics for ANB and TEN are much better than DOTD on the PS2 and Wii and Sierra said that they were trying to get the best graphics out of each system when you got better graphics when making ANB and TEN... Maybe its because its a different developer?

the graphics are beautiful for ps3 and xbox360. thats why i want it. i'l probabbly order it for my birhtdsy nxt month. although the wii graphics r not bad.

The PS2 is underpowered compared to the Wii, and the Wii is underpowered compared to the PS3.

The PS3 packs more firepower, so it had the best GFX of all. I don't know about the 360 one though.

Oddly enough...When comparing ANY two same games on the 360 and PS3, I always see that the 360 has darker shading and such. I thought it was just me...

I have the game for PlayStation 2 and for XBOX 360 and I must say, that PlayStation 2 looks opposite the XBOX like...uncompleted... Look on Spyro New Beginning for PS2, there is a grass. Look on DotD on PS2, there's no grass, just green "floor". And for XBOX 360? Totally beautiful grass with flowers, bugs, birds, water is nicer...

You need to use HDMI or Component Cables to see more detail. Composite cables just don't do it as nice as HD connections.

I think PS3 is best!
X-box 360 has bad lighting (as I was heard).
Wii has weird wyverns
PS2 has weird wyverns, bad area and bad grublen faces!

They said the the Ps3 has more graphics than the Xbox 360,theXbox is just popular for the good online mode and the bonus.....By te way i have a PS3 too
