Auto-Refresh? [CLOSED]

It came accross my mind, what about an auto refresh so the forum and that automaticly reloads itself, but not instantly, and the fact you can turn it off? Get what i mean?

No, YouTube doesn't have this.

I mean like, instead of us having to keep refreshing the page, why not have a set period of time before the page refresh's itself? It's possible, could be handy, and can be turned off,.

You could just get the Greasemonkey add-on for Firefox and this script for it.
