what do u really think happened to malefor at the end of dawn of the dragon? killed or imprisoned(again)? feel free 2 post ur own opinion i wont h8t u for it.

It looked like the dude got inprisend for good.

yeah he cant be killed like he said he is eternal but he needs physical form to do damage thats why spyro was so mad cos he let malefor out and why cynder wa spooing herself cos she didnt want to see malefor

Imprisoned... Which in a way could mean that they'll probabaly bring him back at one point... Or it could just mean he's as good as dead... Like, he can't be freed again...

It's normal, How could the game creators have done an "original" ending
if Spyro had only killed him. There wouldn't have been suspence at the end (for those who haven't seen the credits until the end).

Producers always do that.
If they think the series are going bad, they make The Legend of Spyro : Malefor's Return.

If he really is dead, the producers can make someone summon him and make him return.

Yeah... If they imprison him then they can bring him back if they need to... If they kill him then its like... Thats the end of Malefor...

I dunno... this might just be me, haven't seen that cutscene for a whuile, but you see his ghostly eyes when ignitus speaks to Spyro (as a ghost) so maybe dead? Or maybe his spirit just... came free when they trapped him? Or maybe I just made the eyes thing up... but I'm sure I saw eyes...

I truthfully think he is sealed. It would be cool if a new character came (possibly a cool dark dragon, like a black one) and freed him for a new age of darkness or something. He cant be dead. He did say he was eternal and stuff, and im pretty sure the Elder's ghosts coudn't kill him anyway. (maybe they could have if malefore wasn't eternal). So if malefor was dead, it kills the Los series too.

Sad thing, I think you're right. I saw a fancomic about it and the way she approached it, there is a way Malefor could be resurrected. They better not pull a Ripto and revive him for the next game. The series needs a new villain.

IMprisioned. It's not like he looked like a bug splat when they arrived.

As I have said on another topic. He was merely imprisoned in the Crystal of Oblivion. He does break out eventually in the next game. Please don't ask how I know. I've had this convo with other people three times over.

I think the last game should be called, The Legend of Spyro: The Darkest hour.

The dragon spirits imprisoned him again. If that's for good, I don't know.

What I'm getting at,

Nothing could have survived that...he'll be back. I don't know what exactly happened after the dragon spirits attacked him, but I don't think something that evil can ever really die.
I think that sometime in the future he'll either be freed or resurrected; either way, I fear we haven't seen the last of him...
