hi everyone. this is a new story that i'm gonna start to write in the next few days. LOL. still thinking how 2 start but i will let u into knowing the characters first. (note - this isnt a full take off from DOTD so some characters that mabye died will be alive in this story, but might contain some spoilers)

spyro - the rare purple dragon of his time. after defeating malefor he and cynder both used their enormous power 2 banish the darkness and its creatures from the world. which then they headed back 2 warfang 2 be cheered on merrily from the citizens and the dragon guardians.

cynder - a dragoness once evil and corrupted. after helping spyro defeat malefor and save the world she went back 2 the city of warfang with spyro.

sparx - who cant know him! wise cracking and charming he has helped spyro throughout many adventures

malefor - malefor(or the dark master) was thought 2 be a purple of heroics and wisdom. after turning 2 darkness he was sealed in the prison of convexity, where his soul was released by the black dragoness cynder. whom spyro eventually defeated.

comet - the youngest fire dragon at spyro and cynders age, and also the youger cousin of volteer. much like his cousin he can be chatty and too talkative. but is charming and has a heart of gold. he is a new dragon to the city of warfang who quite recently moved in after his parents died tragically in the hands darkness.

hunter - the cheetah who was hired by ignitus and helped find spyro and cynder during their 3 yr sleep. one of their main friends.

ignitus - a fatherly figure 2 spyro and spyros mentor. it was ignitus that showed spyro the life of a dragon and believed spyro was able 2 get rid of the darkness and its minions. which he proved correct. he is the fire guardian.

terrador - the earth guardian. he tought spyro how 2 master the elemnt of earth and how 2 overcome his fears. he views spyro as a type of warrior.

volteer - the electricity guardian. although he can be annoying and 2 chatty(which he is like most of the time) it pays off with his long complex words and knowledge.

cyril - the ice guardian. mainly arrogant and determined 2 do thing right.
he is wise and always seems 2 be arguing with volteer.

the chroniclor - a 1000 yr old dragon, possibly the oldest in the world he has imeasurable wisdom and is mainly right about things 2 come in the future.

aura dragon (looks like adult cynder) - u will find out about her soon enough. its a secret.

the moles - citizens of warfang

grublins - henchmen of malefor

and i think i got most of the main characters. i will start working on the story tommorow. i promise.

o.k heres my 1st chapter. wish me luck!
chapter 1

It had been weeks since the fall of malefor and everything seemed to be running smoothly for the citizens of warfang. Darkness had been banished from the world along with its creatures and followers. But for those living during this ''peacefull'' reign, they didn't know the evil that was going to befall them during the following days.
''c'mon this way'' shouted cynder sprinting through the old and worn out buildings of warfang.''wow, do these need rebuilt'' she exclaimed.
''cynder, wait up, hes gaining on us!'' spyro shouted back as he struggled trying to catch up with cynder. thay had both been running for a good while now, which left them with painful and sore legs and in need of water and food. but they both knew in their heads that they had to keep going or suffer a long, annoying and rediculous teasing. Comet, the fire dragon and younger cousin of volteer. had recently moved into the city after his parents died tragically in the hands of darkness itself, just before malefor was defeated. he had became quickly a very close friend of sparx(as you can tell by their personalities)! but seemed to always be annoying and teasing spyro and cynder.
''guys, no point in trying''laughed comet.''i'm champion at this''
''champion, ha! in your dreams shouted cynder. just then being intimitaded by cynders words comet regained his strength and caught up with the 2 dragons, succeeding in catching spyro.
''no way!''said spyro,''hes caught me!''
cynder tripped over and stopped, then turned back to see what was supposedly a victorius glory to comet.''finally!'' said comet ''i caught the gr8t purple dragon!''
''wow thats so amazing'' said cynder sarcasticly.''but well done for catching someone at least once, howd u do that so quick?''
''my comet dash!why do you think i get called comet? c,mon guys, lets go get something to drink, i'm so thirsty!'' said comet
''yeah, and i'm friday!'' laughed cynder
''ha, ur so funny'' sarcasticly exclaimed comet.
after a long and hard chase for what seemed like an eternity they started to head to the dragon temple in the middle of warfang. it was a beautiful building with red marble on the roof and gold italic markings running over it. it had a landing dock for the dragons to lift off for a better flight and a huge statue of the most feared and darkest dragon in the world, malefor. comet stood still looking at the remarkable and terrifying statue.
''one of these days if he ever returns i will get him for what he did to my parents''said comet sternly''and making me be stuck with a cousin that will never shutup!'' and he gave a little laugh.
''you cant exactly talk ''laughed spyro,''your just like him!'' comet gave both spyro and cynder and cynder a fierce look as they sniggered away at spyros comment
anyway after a while with their glare at the statue they made their way into the main hall where they were both greeted sternly by the guardians ignitus and terrador.
''helllooo. glad chit chat box aint her huh?, hehehe'' comet stopped laughing once he saw the look on a on ignitus face
''what? its just a joke iggy, calm down. whats the matter with you, u never know how to handle a joke and you look like u have just seen a ghost!'' comet replied.
''its not that, and stop calling me iggy!, its annoying!'' said ignitus camly and annoyed at the same time,''we have seen something much worse.''
''yes, something we never thought possible'' claimed terrador
''like what?''asked spyro.
''oh oh!'' said cynder laughing as the other 2 guardians cyril and volteer, along with sparx walked in ''theres your weirdo friend and other half of a cousin, comet''
''why.....i....otta! said comet angrly
''Thats enough young dragons! cant you 2 learn to get along with each other?'' asked ignitus.
''no.., not really. its a violation against nature'' sniggered cynder.
''cynder..? cant you just listen to what the others have to say young lady?'' asked cyril sternly.
''fine'' sighed cynder.
''yeah cynder'' sniggered sparx.
''awwk c u!'' shouted cynder
''thats enough, all of you! shouted ignitus angrly.
''come on guys just calm down please, and listen to what terrador has to say, is that too hard?'' asked spyro calmly. and then suddenly after what seemed like weeks the 2 young dragons calmed down.
''thank you spyro'' terrador said kindly. and the whole hall fell silent as terrador told the shocking story of what he and ignitus just saw.

chapter 2

''WHAT!'' shouted spyro ''BUT thats immpossible!'' spyro sat there, his face drooping and in shock.
''i know, i know young dragon'' said ignitus worringly ''we were also shocked when we found out the news''
''oh no! this is terrible!, now hes gonna come after me! just like he did to my parents, and then he'l kill my whole family!'' shouted comet scared ''i thought you 2 got rid of him and darkness a year ago!, you lied to me and us! ''
spyro drooped his head down.
''we thought we did, but obviously not.'' spyro said sad and worringly.
''then what are we going to do?'' asked sparx ''this is maleforwe are talking about here.'' the whole hall fell silent. all the dragons stood with worried faces wondering what was going to befall them.
''wait!'' interrupted cyril ''if malefor is going to kill comets whole family, doesn't that mean volteer too?'' laughed cyril ''finally, peace at last!'' volteer looked at cyril fiercly.
''haha very funny cyril!'' said volteer. ''no one listens to comet, you should know that!''
''hey!'' shouted comet ''everyone loves me!
''suuure'' said volteer. ''i dont''
''you know deep down you do, volteer'' said comet.
''enough! young dragon you have caused to many arguments today'' shouted ignitus, and this is no matter to be laughing at cyril! cynder gave a little snigger.
''you too young lady!'' cynder face stooped. ''sorry ignitus'' she said.
''its o.k, but what we need to do now is think about how to get rid of the darkness and also malefor'' said ignitus calmly.''right you 4, off you go while we discuss this matter'' said volteer ''the food hall is open, so if your hungry go down there.''
''you cant tell us what to do!'' shouted comet
''just go will you!'' shouted terrador. comet jamp back a little as he had a small fear of terrador when he gets angry, mainly because of his deep voice.
''o.k, o.k we'll go, c'mon guys'' and the 3 dragons and dragonfly wandered out of the hall. they had never been yelled at like that before, especially cynder. spyro walked along with his friends wondering what was gonna happen to them, the citizens of warfang and the world. all this seemed familiar, he was sure he had seen it before. then he suddenly remembered! he had seen this all in a dream the other night. it was like he had a vision.
''guys?'' asked spyro. his three friends looked around.
''what is it spyro?'' they asked
''do you think.....uhhhh never mind'' he replied. they looked at him and each other with mystery.
''you know spyro'' said cynder trying to help ''if theres anything wrong, u can tell us or even tell ignitus or one of the guardians''
''yeah, for once i agree with her.'' said comet
''ur right'' spyro agreed ''but not now, their busy right now''.
''right, c'mon guys lets have some supper and off to sleep, its getting dark.'' said comet. cynder looked at him like an idiot.
''since when did u ever want to go to sleep, huh?'' she asked.
''since when i got sleepy'' comet exclaimed.
they then ran and made their way into the food hall and all shared a huge piece of meat.
''ohhhh that filled me up for sure'' said spyro ''right c'mon lets get to our rooms before they shut the food hall for the night, peeps does time fly!'' they made their way out of the food hall and then soon arrived outside their room chambers. it was pitch black by this time and each of them were starting to get tired.
''do you think the guardians have came to a decision about what there gonna do about malefor yet?'' asked sparx. they all stood looking at each other.
''mabye but thats none of our business right now, and me and comet have got to be carefull about what we say. said cynder. ''we have been in enough trouble already today''
''whatever'' said comet.
''right c'mon guys, lets get some sleep. said spyro ''goodnight''
''goodnight guys'' said comet and sparx, and then they both walked into their rooms.
''well goodnight spyro, we had quite a weird day today dont you think?''asked cynder
''yeah we did. goodnight cynder'' spyro replied ''oh and cynder?''
cynder looked around ''yes spyro?'' she replied.
''can you wake up early tommorow and meet me at the ramparts?''
''o.k... sure, see you there'' and cynder then disapeared into her room.
''ohhh i need some sleep'' said spyro to himself. he then walked into his room and lay on his bed thinking about what had happened today and what will come tommorow.

thanx heres my 3rd chapter so keep these comments going! they keep me motivated when i write the story. so here goes!
chapter 3

Dawn arrived with a big burst of sunshine across the land and city. spyro had woken up due to the light and as being the 1st awake before all his friends, the chamber of rooms were still and silent, except the snoring coming from comets room! he was sure he had something to do this early but couldn't quite place his mind on it. then!, he suddenly remembered!
''oh no!'' he said to himself. ''i've gotta go and meet cynder!'' then as quick as light he flew out of his room and into the empty streets of the city.
''oh jeez!, i hope shes still there, i'm late!'' he thought.
after around 5 minutes of flying through and dodging the the old and dusted building he finally made it to the ramparts, but! no sign of cynder!
spyro felt a small faint in his heart as he looked round, trying to find any traces of where she could be. ''no.'' he said ''this was my only chance'' his head hung low in shame thinking why couldnt he be her--. then suddenly he flew his head up hearing what sounded like soft padding of paws and looked around. ''cynder! oh i'm s---, what !comet?'' he asked excitedly and then, sadly. ''oh hi comet what are you doing up this early?'' comet walked over and looked at spyro.
''hia spyro.'' comet replied. ''heard you fly out your room and followed, sorry. what are you doing awake this early?''
spyro gave comet a quick glance, he didn't want to tell him about cynder as he would be teased yet again!.
''oh nothing,'' he exclaimed ''just up for a walk, i couldn't get to sleep. are cynder and sparx still asleep?'' he asked.
''no both of them are awake too.'' comet awnsered. spyro looked shocked.
''WHAT?'' he said
''oh there awake, cynder said something about needing to talk to you but she had to help ignitus get my stupid cousins head out of the water pipe, aww that was funny. there still trying to get get him out too! do you want to see it, huh?'' comet asked nearly laughing his head off. spyro looked gutted but relieved at the same time. he looked across the worn out and plain battle land thinking why everything has to go wrong.
''o.k then i-i suppose so'' spyro replied.
''c'mon then! lets go!,, shouted flame enthusiasticly. ''but try and be quiet the citizens are still sleeping''.
the two dragons then raced off to the main hall leaving spyro still dissapointed and relieved. cynder hadnt forgotten but she didnt manage to make it. he also wondered what the guardians moods would be like today and if they had come up with a decision about how to handel malefor. after a small, breathtaking and mixed emotional flight from the enormous height of the ramparts they arrived outside the temple. the two youngsters reluctantlly walked inside to see both ignitus and cynder out of breath after trying to release volteer from the pipe his head got stuck in, leaving volteer with a half of pipe stuck around his neck. comet burst into laughter followed by spyro with a little snigger. volteer looked at them both with him feeling a little embarrased and annoyed.
''what were you thinking'' laughed comet ''were you trying to get a free neck brace!'' volteer hung his head low trying to think of a comeback.
''comet! shutup! are you o.k volteer?'' asked spyro politely.
''yes i'm fine. but if it werent for that dragonfly this wouldnt have happened!'' he yelled.
''whoa, whoa dont go blaming all this on me old man!'' shouted sparx.
''just be quiet!'' demanded spyro. and the 3 of them settled down. ignitus and cynder had regained their breath by this time and stood forward asking volteer the same question as spyro, and yet volteer replied with the same awnser.
''o.k everyone lets get ba--'' ignitus was interrupted
''hey, wheres cyril and terrador?'' comet butted in. ignitus gave comet a fierce yet calm look.
''they are sleeping, now just listen comet''
''o.k ignitus, sorry.''
''alright. now from yesterdays discussion we have agreed on a serious desision.'' said ignitus.
''and what desicion is that?'' asked cynder. ignitus looked at her with a rather sad look on his face.
''we have decided we must attack against the enemy forces before they attack our city'' ha said.
''What!'' said comet shocked.
''you heard me''
''but, ignitus lots of innocent people may die.'' said spyro worringly. ''then you must let us help fight ''
''no, me and 2 of the other guardians will be doing that.'' said ignitus caringly. sparx looked at ignitus weirdly.
''wait, what do you mean the other 2 guardians?'' sparx asked.
''only 3 of us will be helping fight. me, terrador and volteer. cyril will be here with the 4 of you'' ignitus replied. the 4 friends looked at each other wondering why.
''but why?'' asked sparx. ignitus smiled,
''i have set out a special task for the 4 of you.''

''what do you mean ignitus?'' asked spyro.
''o.k let me explain. you see an advanced attack will keep the enemies away from our city for a while until u all complete the task, hopefully. but the attack will not hold off malefor as he is 2 strong.'' he explained calmly.
the youngsters gave him a weird look as in they didnt understand.
''yeah and your point is..? asked comet
''oh for crying out loud'' shouted volteer ''what he means is that continuing with this attack should give you all enough time to complete your task, completing it will help rid the land of malefors darkness, do you get it now?''
''yeah, now we do!'' said comet ''but what is the task?'' ignitus gave them a glance then a smile.
''you see. many yrs ag---'' yet again he was interrupted
''awww dont tell me you copied this off volteer?'' comet asked sarcastically. everyone looked at him with a stern face ''what? his stories r boring!''
''can we continue, comet?'' asked spyro
''yeah go ahead'' he anwsered.
''o.k. you see many many yrs ago. a dragon of immeasurable power was born, a female. she was looked over willingly by the elders after she learned to control and harness all powers of the purple dragon and darkness alike although she was a grey dragon, not far from cynder. unlike malefor, she used her powers wisely and usefully.
but one day during a training session she was blessed with an unknown, but very dangerous element, Aura. Ember, which was her name was banished from the city although she used this element correctly and safely. the elders just couldnt risk having a dragon of that power around, especially with dark elements. they were frightened she might get corrupted and take revenge on the city, but she understood this and also decided to leave at her own will. although no one has heard from her since the day she left. which is why i am sending you and your friends out spyro, to look for this legendary dragon. she may be our last hope, if she is alive that is but i have a feeling she is. but you will go along with cyril because we knew ember when she was growing up as she grew up along side us. so she will know cyril. but it isnt as easy as that.'' explained ignitus.
''how whats the catch'' asked cynder.
''you see we have no idea of her whereabouts'' ignitus explained
''yeah, if she is alive!'' sniggered comet.
''oh comet just shutup! will you? sparx shouted
''your one to talk'' replied comet annoyed
''oh yeah, try me'' replied sparx
''just be quiet, the both of you!'' shouted terrador as he walked in the hall followed by cyril.
''huh? when did you guys wake up?'' asked comet surprised
''around half an hour ago'' awnsered cyril ''we have heard everything, continue ignitus?''
''thank you cyril. o.k as i was saying we dont know her whereabouts. but spyro can get through to the chronicler. and so mabye he can shed some light by helping us find embers whereabouts.'' ignitus then stood up and looked at the dragons.
''we'l be lucky if we find her'' said cyril ''but if we do its nice to see an old friend again''
''yeah, if sh---''
''comet?, quiet!''
''o.k everyone. we all have something to do during the next couple of days, so we'l all start tommorrow. demanded terrador. ''i will sort out the army, the weapons and their defences. ignitus will look in the pool of visions and will warn us if anything usefull happens. volteer will handle how to get that pipe off his head! and get food and resources sorted. spyro, cynder, comet, sparx and cyril, you wont have much to do but prepare for your journey. but cyril will have to try and train you for it.'' all the dragons agreed and then soon left the hall. the guardians first, then comet and sparx, then followed by spyro and cynder. spyro was still thinking about what had happened earlier. he was still a little disapointed even though he knew it wasnt cynders fault. he knew that helping someone else out rather then himself was a little more important than her having to know his own feelings. cynder gave spyro a quick glance and knew by looking in his eye's that something wasn't right.
''spyro listen i'm sorry about earlier, i wanted to come but had to help volteer so sorry. i hadn't forgot though'' caringly said cynder.
''its o.k i did know it wasnt your fault its alright, infact i'l just tell you now.'' said spyro nervously. cynder gave hime a gaze and spyro gazed back.
''i have k-k-known you f-for a while now and have a-always w-w-wanted to say t-this.
''go on'' said cynder. spyro was so nervous by this time that he was actually dripping with sweat. he felt a small spark in his heart and struggled as he tryed to find and say those words.
''i-i-i-''
''hello c'mon guys'' shouted comet.
''awwk so close!''spyro thought to himself.
''yeah, wait a minute comet!'' shouted cynder back. ''continue spyro?''
''.......*sigh* never mind'' said spyro sadly
''oh, o.k then.'' said cynder with disbelief ''c-c'mon then lets go''
and the two dragons flew after comet into the city.

chapter 5

it had arrived at noon and the city streets were getting very busy. spyro was finding it hard to keep in track with with his friends. he was feeling a little shaky for some reason and could hardly keep his eyes open.
''must keep up'' he thought to himself. ''what is happening to me!''
then suddenly he the noise of the city and citizens was too much for him which led him to a craze. and the light had then disappeared and turned into darkness with a loud thud on the ground. spyro had fallen unconsious.
''spyro, spyro?''
''hello whos there?'' he asked unaware he was dreaming/
''the chroniclor, is that you?'' asked spyro
''yes. as you know young dragon, a dark evil is building up.'' the chroncler replied. ''and you and your friends are being sent on a task to look for a legendary dragon.''
''yes thats true but how do i find her?'' asked spyro. but there was no anwser to his question.
''hello? are you still there'' asked spyro worringly. ''i need to know!''
a small light was entering spyros dream from the dark mist of the sky. he then suddenly found himself awake in the hall of the guardains chambers.
''what, what happened?'' he asked thinking he was alone.
''you took quite a rather hard fall in the centre of the city'' cyril replied. ''are you o.k?'' spyro stood up his head still hurting and in mystery from what just happened.
''yeah, i guess so'' he replied ''i just had the weirdest dream''
cyril looked at spyro worringly
''a dream like what?'' he asked. spyro didnt know if he should tell cyril what just happened. ''you have to tell me young dragon''
''o.k. i had a rather strange dream about the chronicler and about the task set out for us. it was like some sort of vision. does this mean anything?'' spyro asked.
''indeed this is very rare and uncommon spyro'' replied cyril. ''i dont really know much about this stuff but you should ask ignitus''.
''o.k, your right. thanks cyril.''
''your welcome young dragon'' replied cyril politely. ''i will come with you just incase you pass out again. lets go'' and the two dragons made their way to the main hall in the dragon temple. when they arrived cynder and comet were already arguing, as usual.
''will you 2 just shutup!'' shouted volteer. cynder stayed quiet but comet was reluctant to awnser back
''no, you!'' he shouted back.
''*facepalm*, now see what i have to live with'' he whispered.
but the guardians were about to deliver even more shocking news.

chapter 6

spyro and cyril walked into the temple wondering why the other guardians faces looked do stern.
''whats the matter?'' cyril asked. terrador looked at him worringly.
''well we have decided we must leave tommorow'' he replied.
''WHAT!'' shouted cynder. ''but we are nowhere near ready!''
''i know, i know but we have no choice'' terrador claimed. ''ignitus? continue on''.
''o.k. as you see malefors darkness is spreading and his armies have grown stronger and larger. with this knowledge they might advance on us next day, which is why we must leave early tommorow morning.''
''but how do you know all this? ''asked spyro.
''well from the pool of visions of course'' ignitus replied.
''i thought you were joking'' surprisingly said comet. everyone looked at him sternly.
''what?'' he asked
''comet just shutup'' said cyril
''yeah, we all know ignitus never jokes around'' said sparx.
''o.k, sorry ignitus'' said comet.
''apology accepted.'' said ignitus calmly. ''just stop interupting young dragon.''
''o.k everyone chop, chop and get to your jobs. we have a busy afternoon.'' said volteer. ''cyril?. you know a little about each element so go and get these young dragons trained.''
''o.k, for once i agree with you volteer'' joked cyril. ''c'mon guys, lets go'' and he along with the 3 young dragons and sparx made their way out of the main hall and into the training room. comet could hardly belive his eyes when he walked in. the room was sparkling clean with gold patterns running all around the walls. the floors were made of rich marble with scribed pictures of dragons on it. it also had a large water fountain in the middle, 5 times the size of the guardian dragons.
''this room is beutifull'' he said amazingly.
''yeah but......how are we supposed to train?'' asked comet ''thet huge fountain is in the way.
''not quite'' said cyril and gave spyro a wink. as spyro was trained in here before he stopped cynder. then with a loud rumble that knocked both comet and cynder on to the ground.
''is it me or is that fountain sinking lower lower and lower into the ground?'' asked comet confused.
''yes, it is young dragon'' cyril replied ''look'' comet took another quick glance at at where the fountain once was and saw nothing but hard golden brown stone. he looked even more confused. but for spyro, cynder and sparx of course they were not surprised at all, for they have been living here longer than comet.
''o.k, who's first?'' cyril asked. the 3 dragons took a step back, with sparx in the same spot. cyril looked at them surprisingly.
''o.k then. as i can not train sparx i will pick one of you myself.''cyril said ''hmmmm, i pick cynder''.
''awww, thats not fair.'' she said annoyed.
''well, ladies first'' sniggered comet. cynder gave him a fierce look.
''shutup!'' she shouted as she walked forward onto the training platform.
''o.k young dragons calm down.'' asked cyril polite and calmly. ''right cynder. as i understand you have 4 very different element's from spyro am i right? now try them out against these dummies.'' just then 4 dummies jamp out of the ground. cynder concentrated on them, trying to awaken her elements as she had not used them for a while. the dummies were getting closer, just then cynder felt the magic in her heart and let up a huge terrifying siren scream. the dummy fell back parilysed and burst into pieces.
''wow!'' said comet impressed and amazed.
''you see, never judge a girl by her appearence, remember that'' cynder said smartly. cyril continued training cynder until her magic ran out. which she used wisely on each of the elements she was gifted. poison, fear. wind and shadow, but also her rarest that she can only use at times, dark convexity. cynder powerfull elements amazed the dragons, all except spyro who already knew of her power.
''spyro. your up next.'' said cyril. spyro walked forward confidently.
''o.k. what do i do'' he asked.
''just do what cynder did'' cyril replied ''but with different elements of course''
''o.k here goes nothing'' spyro said ambitiously. 4 more dummies then popped up out of the ground. but spyro of course didnt have a problem, as he had been practising with his elements every day. then suddenly the dummies were gone within a flash, one was gone with a burst of flames with fire, the second frozen and smashed with ice, the next was torn down into the ground with earth and the last went went fleeing with
electricity.
''howz that?'' asked spyro
''that was extrordinary'' cyril replied ''i see you have been using and practising with your elements''. ''o.k comet your next'' comet looked at them nervously. he had not used his element for a good couple of months. so he did not know how to start. the dummy was getting closer to him, his legs started shaking. what was he going to do, make a fool of himself? but he was determined. the dummy wacked him backwards, and cyril gave a worried look. it was the only way to train him, but on the other hand he couldnt let him get hurt too much. comet looked at his friends, he felt ashamed. he gave the dummy another quick glance. he regained his strength, jamp up at the dummy and knocked it over. then with a quick feeling of light and hope in his heart he let out a quick burst of red hot flames. but surprisingly he had managed to whip up another element which amazed his friends. red convexity. which is much more powerfull than purple and dark convexity.
''wow'' said sparx ''what was that!?'' comet stared in surprise.
''i-i dont know'' he replied shocked.

okay everyone herez my 7th chapter. enjoy!
chapter 7

comet stood there in silence. he cant believe what had just happened. red fury? that was the second most important, deadly and powerfull element in the world, alongside aura which was the first. spyro,cynder and sparx stared at him in surprise and amazement. but cyril had a worried, but an amazed look too. he cleared his throat.
''o.k then'' he said surprised ''i suppose uhhh.....we should be going. you are all trained now and you already know how... to fight dont you?''
''yeah...we do'' spyro replied. they were still shocked at all though. they then made their way out of the training room with the fountain rising out of the ground behind them. a little bit of water splashed on sparx and he fell down on the ground as the water hit him full force.
''oww, what the heck was that!'' he shouted spyro and cynder just giggled away. while cyril was still a little upset and stern. comet just looked at him.
''what is wrong with him?'' he thought to himself'' but of course the problem was pretty dark, harsh and upsetting.
it arrived at evening and spyro, cynder and sparx decided to get to sleep pretty early for the journey ahead tommorow. their hearts were filled with excitement but fear as they didnt know if they would survive or not. meanwhile as they made their way up to their chambers, comet was taking a stroll around the city. he still couldnt believe what had happened earlier, it shocked him right through his body. he had been walking around for a little while now, so he decided to start heading up to his chamber. but suddenly! he heard the guardians voices coming around the corner, it sounded like they were arguing so comet quickly hid and took cover.
''i told you, he is too young!'' shouted cyril ''and also its not his fault!''
''cyril is right'' replied ignitus ''he is only young''
''i know. but we have to abide by the rules'' argued terrador.
''you do know you have 3 of us against you'' volteer reluctantly argued back ''i know he can be annoying, but he is my cousin, and i promised to look after him. '' the four of them looked at eachn other. worried about what was going to happen.
''he has to go'' sadly said terrador ''his new element is really dangerous. it was a shame to make ember leave all those years ago, but if we keep comet it wouldnt be fair. ''
''but what about the journey?'' asked volteer. ''its tommorow'' they stood silent. comet was nearly in tears. he flew away silently wondering why this was happening.
''its this stupid element'' he thought angrily to himself ''why did i aquire it anyway?'' he landed on the edge window of his chamber, walked in and jamp on his bed. he wondered how they were gonna break the news to him tommorow. he was going to be alone with no family, or friends, just....his own having to deal with the darkness. next thing he knew his eyed were starting to slowly close and he fell asleep. Dawn arrived but this time rather dark. spyro, cynder, sparx and the guardians were already awake and getting ready for the battle and journey. comet streched and flew down to the main hall, awaiting dissapointment. the guardians stared at him, but said nothing.
''o.k everyone'' shouted terrador ''we leave in two hours, so go and get ready'' comet couldnt understand. what about that argument yesterday he thought.
''comet!?'' called ignitus. ''come over here'' comet walked over and ignitus and volteer took him aside.
''listen, i know'' siad comet. ''i'm sorry i listened yesterday, but i was walking by and....''
''what are you talking about!?'' asked volteer.
''the argument about me having to leave and everything.'' he replied.
''what? you heard that?'' asked ignitus calmly. comet nodded his head.
''o.k yong dragon. as you heard it we cannot keep it away from you. that element you aqquired is very dangerous, thats what it was about. but we came to an arrangement'' ignitus explained. comets head rose with a little joy and hope.
''but'' volteer continued ''you will only be able to stay if you use the element wisely and if only NEEDED, within the city walls. but also wisely in other villages, cities and the open lands themselves. can you handle that?''
''yes sir!'' shouted comet with joy
''o.k, go and get ready'' ignitus replied. happy with hearing the good news comet ran off after spyro and cynder wondering what the future was going to bring.
