I wish the developers would have stuck with at least some of the original powers. They tweaked them a little bit.. and made them worse. On a more positive note, some are actually cool.

Electricity:
1: Stream Breath, Electric air Cage
2: Orb, Twister
3: Singular, more lame stream breath, electric non-firing orb field

Ice:
1: Stream Breath, Ice shards
2: Polar Bomb, Ice tail attack
3: Twister, Shards

Fire:
1: Breath, Fireball
2: Breath, Comet Dash
3: Breath, Comet Dash

Earth:
1: Blast, Earth twister
2: Flail, Earth Pound
3: Missles, Boulder

Loved 1s stream breath, two bolts split looks better then an orb or a single bolt. Plus you could walk around while firing magic. I like the Cage and Twister best.

Loved the stream and twister. The bomb sucked. Original shards and Ice tail was great.

I know, I can't complain about the breath, but they at least could have brought the fireball back (my fav), or done a different fire move. Boring when they choose the same one.

The Blast was awesome, I love the twister, The rest of them... I hate. Once again, you cannot move while firing the missles.

The ones in TEN were the best so far as all being useful, minus Comet Dash.

Agreed. Though Comet Dash was easy to spam with against the Ice Giants.

If you are that close you might as well use normal fire breath, which did lots of damage to enemies weak to fire.

Usefulness? Yes. The pound, Ice tail, electric whirlwind. When you were surrounded. The flail is good for nothing except packing a punch... and you have to be a good shot. Orb? For those spider crystal balls, useful. Polar bomb was just a platform. I view the comet dash as a fancy way of getting more air time. It sucks at enemies.

I was disappointed in the ice breath for TEN... I wanted ice breath!!!! Not ice bomb!!!!

I do like the comet dash in DOTD, it just feels awesome, you know?

Also, electricity in TEN was pointless too!! I don't wanna lay mines, I wanna breath electricity on unsuspecting foes!!!! Well, maybe they suspect it a little bit...

And you can only do the converxity breath fury
I like the elemental ones!

lol But yeah, I got TEN first, then ANB, and liked ANB better. Esp when you make the ogres tumble in an earth bomb

I know thats funny you know the toad weed I kept on flaming them to kill them but it didnt work

Ice Bomb was good when you needed the enemy to stop moving and for fighting swamp creatures.

Electric Orb was good for area attacks at a distance.

Flail ROCKS when fighting the Ravage Rider. It is also good for mobs the are more spread out than those Electric Whirlwind is good for.

It was your best long range attack. My guess is you were not using it right.

But yeah that's a down in DOTD. That's why I put this topic here, cause they cahnged way too much abou the previous two.

I love the separate furys. Especially the ice and electric in 1.

DOTD's was the most boring... I mean come on EL, have some imagination?...

I like it when they mix them up from game to game. So that way it exersizes your improvisational skills.

But some are douibles and they are hindering, not beneficial. (not able to walk during some attacks in DotD)

But I'd have to say, most of the Elementals are kinda rubbish until their upgraded.

It's too bright for me. I prefer the type of attacks in ANB because it was P: Breath type attack S: making the enemy airbourne, or handicapping it.

An undercut attack puts them in the air. And if it's too bright adjust the color settings. Suprised me that Cynder is actually Jet black when the TV colors are correct.

I like the TEN ones. I love the electric twister thingy. And the orb. It helped me allot when I had to fight a whole pile off huge enemys that were nearly at the end... Sometimes, they go overboard with the enemy. The only thing I don't like about the electric orb is that it takes along time to explode.

The ice breath in ANB was useless. It turns them into snowballs and the only way to attack them is to breath fire....

I forgot about Ice Tail from TEN. That was one of my favs.

I mean like I read the attacks, but It just didn't register what they do.

Fire: I liked normal fire and fire bomb! Big explosions! Yay!

Ice: I liked Ice stream and ice whirlwind in DOTD

Electricity: I like double stream in ANB and the orb thingy in DOTD

Earth: I loved most earth breaths. My favourite? TEN earth flail! I just loved fighting a enimie in close combat and then BAM he's half a mile away...

Fire: was decent all round
Ice: sucked in all i think
Electrisity: was grate in AnB never used it much in TeN but in DotD it was ok but the orb thing in DOTD was just crapp
Earth WAS AWSOME!!!! in AnB and TeN it was the best but in DOTD it sucked i used it once and the stoped

I have to agree with you on the Ice breath ability in A New Beginning, it was kind of useless. Although it was quite fun freezing enemies and pushing them off of cliffs and into boiling lakes of lava in Munitions Forge.

The Ice stream was rather useless, but at least it looked cooler than a simple ball of ice.
