(PC troubles?)

'Hey Star, you mind looking after Zera and that for a while? I need help...'

ooc: yeah, its kinda slow today.

"alright. i'll look after them" she said. Nightstar jumped up, and looked at Zera.
"yay! someone i can play with!" she said excitedly.

"what makes you think i even knew who that guy was?" Abra asked.
"because you know just about every dark dragon there is. you've also had more boyfriends then you can count. so, what crazy moron did you end up ticking off this time?"
"fine....his name is Dirgestabber. he comes from a long line of powerful dark dragons. my dad wanted me to go out with him, but i didn't really like, so i dumped him"
"and, that pissed him off, and now hes after you, right?"
"basically"
"and, now, you want my help to get rid of him, right?"
"i guess you could say that"
"it never ends with you. every time you dump a guy, and he comes after you, i have to help you get rid of him. why can't you do anything yourself?"
"i'm not an empath like you, i can't defend myself agaist every single guy. my mom was only an earth dragon, give me a break"
"i'll give you a break when you leave me alone"

Nightfire looked a bit worried. Zera looked.
'Dad... whats wrong?'
'...Nothing... just... need to sort some things out...'

Starfire layed her head down. Nightstar wanted to play with Zera. Starfire soon fell asleep.
"hey, Zera, wanna sneak outside and play?" Nightstar asked.

Nightfire looked at the two.
'No, no playing outside. Because, if i find out you have, god help you both...' He turned and left.

"i'm sure Mom won't mind" Nightstar said. then she walked over to Starfire. she shoke her gently. "Mom?" she asked. Star opened her eyes, and looked at her sleepily. "can we go outside to play?" she asked. Starfire was too tired to think or speak. she them layed her head back down, and went back to sleep. Nightstar looked at Zera. "well, she didn't exactly say yes, but she didn't say no either. i think we can go play. come on, lets go" she said, as she walked over to the door.

'No... You heard dad...'

"so? Mom doesn't mind. you gotta learn to ask both parents. that way you can always blame it one them, and you don't get into trouble for having a good time. so, are you with me or what?"

'I don't want to get in trouble with dad...'

"well, see, thats where we say that Mom said we could go play. that way, we're off the hook, and he gets onto her. don't you see? we can't be punished if its not our fault. besides, we're also protected by the cuteness factor. we're too little and cute for them to stay mad at us forever. so, what do you say? are you in or out?"

She thought.
'O..O kay... but if we get caught, i'm blaming you....'

"alright, thats fine. i understand that. thats the whole point, you blame someone else so we don't get in trouble. besides, its totally not your fault. your just tagging along. so, what are we waiting for? lets go!" she said. then Nightstar headed outside.

Zera followed outside. She immediately saw Nightfire as she walked out the door.
'What did i say to you both! When i left?!'

Nightstar looked at him.
"Mom said we could play outside. she said she'd be outside in a sec. we were just gonna play"
Starfire was still asleep inside.

'Really now? The door was open, i never left, and i never heard her say yes.' He looked at the two sternly.
'It was Nightstar! She said to blame it on mum!'
'So you came outside even when i said to stay inside?! Do you two want to die?!'

"no way, i just wanted to play outside. besides, i have powers, its not like i can't defend myself agaist anything. and its not like Mom never said we couldn't play"

'She never said you could! I am trying to protect you both! Unlike you, Zera isn't an empath! We don't know her powers! And you not listening to me could get you both killed!! I don't want that! Your mum doesn't want that! And i'm sure you both don't want that! But if you keep this up, that's the way it'll go!'

"but Dad...i can't stay inside for the rest of my life! i need to run around, and play outside..theres nothing to do inside!"

'Well, if you want to die, then stay outside! Live, stay indoors where it's safe!'

"you forgot boring! its boring as crap inside! theres nothing to do! there are no butterflys to chase, or room to run around in! theres just a bunch of empty rooms, and a bunch of boring books, and they don't even have pictures to look at! now, i know why Mom ran away alot when she was younger, its because staying at home all the time sucks! theres just a bunch of boring stupid rules to keep you from doing what you want! just because someone says something bad will happen, doesn't mean you should act all paranoid! things just happen! you can't control everything that happens! you can't save the whole stinking universe! i think Mom had the right idea...running away seems to fix everything..." she said. then Nightstar ran off into the distance.

'NIGHSTAR!!!' He turned to look at a scared Zera. 'Get inside now!' Zera moved away before running inside. Nightfire teleported and grabbed Nightstar. He set her down and layed down.
'Nightstar... please... listen to me... I'm being told that you or Zera could die soon... i don't want that to happen... I know that if your inside, your safe... but outside... you could be killed.... Im trying to do the best i can to keep you safe and alive...'

Nightstar looked at him.
"i guess i got Mom's personallity, huh?" she said. then she looked down. "i guess it means i'll be the bad, trouble maker.....always having an attitude...and running away....probally even straight into danger....i guess empaths are like thier parents....and i ended up just like Mom....a young dragon...with a rotten teen personallity...."

'Look, just come back, stay in the cave... I can't see the future... But if Cyan can... i need to keep you two safe.'

Nightstar looked at him.
"i didn't mean to yell....i didn't even mean to run away.....i just wanted to play outside....."

'Please... Don't... It's you being outside that scares me... Look... Cyan, this dragon, was horrible... he looked ok at first... then did something terrible i imagine... but... he's dead now... but he keeps saying one of you will die... i need to stop it from happening... Just... keep inside will you?'

Nightstar nodded her head.
"sorry i tried to run away....."

'It's ok...' He hugged her. 'Your a good kid... you just don't understand things at times..'

Nightstar hugged him back.
"could i at least have a butterfly as a pet?"

Nightfire smiled.
'Of course... Now, come on... Your sister is probably upset after my yelling...'

Nightstar smiled.
"ok...i'd like to have a blue butterfly, but any color will do"

'We'll get you one... you need to be home first... come on..' Nightfire got up.

"ok..." she said, getting up.

Nightfire began walking along.

Nightstar started walking back towards the cave. then she saw a pretty blue butterfly sitting on a rock. she slowly, and quietly sneaked over to the butterfly, to try and catch it.

'Shoot ice at it...'

Nightstar then shot an ice shard at the butterfly. the butterfly was forzen. Nightstar walked over and picked it up. she got out a jar with air holes in it, and then melted the ice, and put the butterfly inside.

Nightfire smiled.

Nightstar walked back to the cave, with her butterfly, smiling.

Nightfire walked.
'At least act like your being punished Nightstar...'

she just ignored him. she only imagined the fun she could have with her new pet. she went inside, and went straight to her room.

Zera looked up sadly.
'Don't, you know you wern't meant to go outside...'[

Nightstar went in her room, and closed the door. she made sure there was no way out, and she opened the jar. the butterfly flew out, and then flew around the room. Nightstar put some flowers out, and the butterfly flew to them.

OOC:Awww...

'But...'
'No buts.'

ooc: i know. its cute.

Nightstar watched the butterfly. it sat on the flowers for a little while. then it flew over to Nightstar, and landed on her head. Nightstar started giggleing, and then the butterfly flew around the room.

'But Nightstar isn't in trouble...'
'Oh beleive me she is..'

Nightstar watched the butterfly fly around the room. then she started chasing it. Starfire was still asleep in her room.

'But you didn't tell her off.. and she has a pet...'
'She's still in trouble...'

the butterfly then landed on the flowers. Nightstar walked up to it.
"hmm.....i think you need a name....how about Rose?" she asked. the butterfly just looked at her. "ok....Rose it is then!" she said, smiling.

'But...'
'Your in trouble with me, Nightstar is in other trouble.'

Rose just sat on the flowers. Nightstar smiled. she then layed down next to the flowers. Nightstar soon fell asleep. then Rose flew over to her, and landed on top of her.
