F: thats because when an empath feels a strong emotion, we have two choices. one, let our emotions take over, and use a powerful fury. or two, hold the emotion in, and control it. we can control our emotions, but our powers come from our emotions. so, normally its best to let it all out......

its not as easy for an empath. they can do it, but they normally choose not to....
