"yeah.....i'll be ok......but i don't know about Comet.......we've always been together.......we even hatched at the same time......."

'Wow......Irony or what?'

"no one knows........our parents put our eggs together, and we just happened to hatch at the same time........we've been best friends ever since......"

'Okay' Nightfire looked around and sighed.

Starfire walked over, and layed down next to him. then suddenly, a portal opened up. then Comet walked out. Starfire saw him standing there.
"Comet?! what the-----?!"
"no time to explain! my home is under attack! we need help!" he said.

Nightfire jumped up and went through the portal.

Starfire and Comet went in the portal. Comet led them inside. they walked in to see a large city made of silver, being destroyed by an army of black dragons. there were silver dragons everywhere, there were either dead, or wounded badly. Comet looked around sadly.
"this........is my home......or whats left of it........" he said.

'I thought you said no one could get in!'

"they're not suppose to be able too! only silver dragons can open the portal to our world! someone must have found a way aaround that!" he said. black dragons are killing silver dragons, and destroying everything. Comet looks around. he sees a male and female dead. he runs over to them, he looks at them. "no! mom?! dad?!" he asked, but there was no answer.

'This is horrible.........Who would do such a thing?'

Comet turned around. there were tears in his eyes.
".........the Source........the Source of all evil.......he probally found a way.....to get here.......now hes making his army kill us all.....!" he said. then a black dragon swooped down, picked him up, and flew away. Starfire tried to fly after him.
"Comet!!!" she yelled, but the dragon flew away.

Nightfire flew after the dragon, occasionaly breathing fire at it.

the dragon roared in pain. then he looked back, and shot shadowfire at Nightfire. then he used his powers to escape. Starfire landed on the ground. she looked down sadly.

Nightfire just barely missed. He flew down to Starfire.
'Im so sorry...'

Starfire looked up. she saw a large dark mountain in the distance.
"its not over yet! i'm going to that mountain to get my friend back!" she said. she started glowing red, as she flew towards the mountain.

'Wait! Starfire! Argh...looks like im going too.' Nightfire then flew off.

OOC: what is Frostbolt mince-meat of something!? Ya can't just leave him in a cave.... Cynder09 is suppose to write as me if i'm not on... o well...

In Charater:

*Frostbolt Wakes up* " hu? were am I?...... O ya... Nightfire's tomb..... were did every one go? *Frostbolt trys to get up* Hey.. i can sort of walk now.. *Frostbolt limps back to the cave* Helloooo? Were is every body? *Looks at the un-closed portal* Whats that? *Looks inside and getts sucked in* AHHH!!!!! *Hits Ground* ................. owww.....

Starfire flew towards the mountain. she glowed red, leaving a red trail everywhere she went.

Nightfire followed. He worried for Starfire.

Starfire flew up to the mountain. she walked up to a large locked door. she then used earth and broke the door. then she walked inside. a large black dragon came up from behind and attacked her. she then stabbed him with her tail to escape his claws. then she used a fury on him, and killed him. then she ran off to find Comet.

Nightfire only just reached the mountain.

Starfire looked around the mountain. she then saw a large cell. she ran up to it. a young silver dragon looked up at her.
"Starfire! boy am i glad to see you! get me outta here, will ya?!" said Comet. Starfire nodded her head. she then breathed ice on the cell door, ad broke it. Comet walked up to her. "thanks!"
"no problem!" she said.
"now, lets get out of here!"
"no! i'm gonna find this Source guy, and kill him!"
"what?! are you outta your mind?! lets go!"
"not untill hes dead!" she said. then she ran off.
"well, wait for me!" he said. then he ran after her.

Nightfire walked around not seeing Starfire.
'Starfire? Where are you?'

Comet heard him.
"shes gone Nightfire. she left to find the Source...." said Comet.

'Oh great........Empaths have a problem with getting into trouble...'

"yeah........except.......the Source......alwasy carrys.....a dragon slayers sword with him.......he'll use it to kill her....if shes not careful......" he said. meanwhile, Starfire kept looking for the Source.

'What?! We...We gotta stop her! or at least help her!!'

"we can't stop her from going after him.......but we can help you fight him!!" he said. then he ran off to find her. Starfire walked into a large dark room. see saw a large dark figure sitting up on a large chair.
"i knew you would come.....Starfire! your just like your mother!" said a dark male voice. Starfire looked at him.
"how do you know me?! who are you?!" she asked. then he stepped forward. he was a large solid black dragon.
"i am the Source!!" he growled. then he picked up a large sword.

'Starfire!! Becarefull!! Thats the dragon slayer sword!!'

Starfire looked at the sword. she back away slowly.
"that sword is a dragon killer!! how did you get it?!" she asked.
"i have my ways......! now, its time.......for you to die!!!" he roared. then he threw the sword right at her.

Nightfire panicked as he pushed Starfire out of the way.

Comet then grabbed the sword, and threw it at the Source. he then caught it, and threw it back at Starfire. then Comet jumped in front of the sword, and it hit him in the chest. he then collasped to the ground. Starfire ran over to him.

'Comet!!'

Starfire started crying. Comet was barely alive. he was bleeding alot. the Source just laughed.
"Comet! please don't die!" Starfire cried.
"Star.........fire.........its not..........your fault...........its you.........i died...for...." he said weakly. then he closed his eyes. Starfire cried some more. the Source continued laughing. then Starfire glared at him with firey red eyes.
"how dare you!!! you killed my friend!!!" she roared. he looked at her.
"hes the one that jumped in front of the sword. its not my fault" he said.
"it is when your the one with a dragon slayers sword!!!" she roared. then she used an empath rage fury on him.

Nightfire remained still, he didnt know what to do.

Starfire glared at the empty place where the Source was. she thought he was dead. then he appeared behind her, and grabbed her.
"you can't kill me so easily!!" he growled. then they disappeared.

'Starfire!!' Nightfire yelled.

then a portal opened up where Nightfire was. a small female silver dragon stepped put. she looked at Nightfire.
"my name is Moon. i know where the Source is......intrested?"

'Yes! Take me to him!' He said, his voice sounding dark.

"as you wish...." she said. then she opened another portal. "this portal will take you to him.......follow me..." she said. then she went inside.

Nightifre followed.

they appeared in a dark and gloomy swamp. a large cave was in the distance.
"go to the cave, and you'll find the Source. i would go with you, but he can easily kill a silver dragon. i'll be waiting here, for when you wish to leave.....good luck...." she said.

Nightfire ran int the cave.
'Source!! Give Starfire back!!"

"if it were only that easy young dragon! if you want her back, then you'll need to do something for me!!" he growled. he sounded close, but he was nowhere to be seen.

'What?! what do you want?!'

the Source laughed.
"i want...........Fireflight!! they are alot alike, but Fireflight has mastered all of her powers, she is more powerful. she also knows more then Starfire does. bring her to me, and you'll get Starfire back! refuse, and i'll kill her!"

Nightfire paused. He thought about it, then realised there wasnt anything he could do.
'Fine!! But if you do anything to her you'll die!!'

"bring me Fireflight or you'll never see her again!!" he growled.

Nightfire growled then left. He headed through the portal that once got him there and headed to the second portal.

Fireflight was sleeping in her room. she didn't know what was going on.
