Angel's rabbit hopped inside with Taito.

"Angel, it doesn't talk." Said Taito.

"Do I usually ever?" Angel asked, causing Taito to sigh and shake his head.

"No."

Shiina sat down on the floor and the rabbit hopped into her lap. She patted its head.
"I usually do necromancy. But fire is cool to know as well." She said to Trodden.

Trodden made a fireball appear in his hand. "Ah, fire. The element of destruction. It can burn animals, houses and people. Yet it is also the element of hope. Sometimes seeing the ashes of a previous fire can give us hope, knowing that civilization is nearby." He conjured up a ball of water in his other hand, and dowsed the fire that he held.

Shiina pet the rabbit and listened to Trodden.
"Do you do any necromancy?" she asked.

Taito had sprawled across Angel's lap, fast asleep.

"I do everything, Shiina. As long as it is magic, I am able to perform it." He said, smiling. "Have you ever heard of the great mages?" He asked, out of the blue.

"No. I was shunned for just being able to cast any magic as a youngster. My village never liked magic users. I have never heard of the great mages." Shiina said.

Angel shook her head.
"Me neither." she said, flapping her white wings to stretch them.

Trodden walked over to his shelf, and pulled out a large book, with red binding. It was titled 'The Great Mages'. He opened up the book, releasing a cloud of dust from the pages. He flipped through the thin pages and found the section he was looking for. Trodden began to read aloud. "The Great Mages were a group of mages, their ages ranging from thirty to seventy. There were four of these mages. Each one was powerful, in a way different from the others. The group was charged with setting things right in the land of Emertonia. They succeeded with every quest they were given. But, in order to know all you can about these mages, you must know who they were. The youngest was an aspiring fire mage, name Brim. Brim Flintstone. He was a 32 year old lad, who was quite an amazing mage. Then there was Flooden AquaMarine. She was a water mage, who was extremely powerful. She was about 57, and didn't talk much at all. Then there was the earth mage, Trodden Clay. He was wise, and strong in his magic. He was about 60. Above all these mages was the most powerful and wise. His name was Claudren Harp. He practiced what are known as the forgotten elements: Light and Darkness. They are known as the forgotten elements because no mage was permitted to practice them except for Claudren. He lead the group on there most dangerous missions. But one day..." Trodden stopped talking for a moment. He set the book down. "I'm sorry, I must be boring you." He said apologetically. He started to put the book back.

Angel shook her head.
"No not at all. I had never known you were one the four." she said.

Shiina listened to the story.
"Not boring at all." the rabbit sat on her shoulder.

Trodden picked the book back up, and continued reading. "One day, a quest was issued to the great mages. They were to slay the great beast, the Rhespadorian. The Rhespadorian was a horrible dragon, that was pure black. It was large and threatening, standing above all other beasts. Many brave warriors die in an effort to defeat the beast. The mages all traveled with great haste to the Rhespadorian. The battle was awful. The flames of the dragon scorched all the mages. Claudren manage to injure the Rhespadorian, destroying one of it's eyes. But after that, all the mages died, burned to pieces." Trodden put the book down. "You see, that book was not entirely true. All of us lived, but each of us isolated ourselves where no one would find us. We did vow though, that one day, we will meet back up to kill the Rhespadorian." Trodden finished his tale.

Shiina stared.
"Amazing. To be a great mage." she said.

"Don't get your hopes up Shiina." said Angel.

Trodden laughed. "No worries. It is not you, or any friendly dragon. It is a horrible beast, called the Rhespadorian. It has terrorized the land for far too long." He said, informing Icestorm.

OOC: Do you guys think anyone else would like to join this? I want at least one more person to join, to make up for HDAZ.

OOC: Derpyhooves would join for sure.

OOC: I'm lost. @_@

OOC: VK, as they exited the swamp, they went to an old mage's house, who told everyone the story of how he was a great mage.

OOC: We're at Cypress' wizard friend's house.

OOC: I hope this doesn't die. This is really fun, and it might turn out to be really epic

OOC: I'm sorry for being lost, thank you for the heads up. Oh don't say VK, I like Fluffy. :3 My next post is going to be related to my obsession with dragons.

Zenneth flinched and looked away from the group at the thought of killing a dragon. "What do I do?" Zenneth thought. "I can't kill a dragon, I shall refuse to even injure a dragon even if they are dark and cruel." He continued to have thoughts go through his head for awhile.

Shiina looked at Zenneth.

"You okay?" asked the rabbit.

"Yes, yes I am okay." Zenneth replied nervously. He covered his face with his hands, trying to hide his expression.

"You're not okay." said the rabbit hopping to Zenneth. She hopped on his shoulder and put a paw on his hand. "What's wrong?"

"No, nothing is wrong." Zenneth said quietly. "Trust me, I am fine."

"You sure?" asked the rabbit.

"Yes, I am sure." Zenneth replied.

Trodden looked at Zenneth. "Young man, if there is a problem, please do tell us." He said with a hint of concern.

"Really, I am fine." Zenneth replied, trying to hide the anxiety in his voice. "There is no need to worry about me." Sweat began dripping down his forehead.

The rabbit looked from Icestorm to Zenneth.
"You are upset about killing dragons. I can tell because you and Icestorm are acting the same way." she said to Zenneth.

"I can not kill a dragon." Zenneth replied quietly.

"I'll call her Sera." Angel said out of the blue.

"Wrong timing." Growled Taito.

Sera placed her paw on Zenneth's hand again.
"Don't worry. We won't be killing any dragons right now." She said soothingly.

"And what will happen if we do come to the point at which we must kill dragons?" Zenneth asked with anxiety in his voice.

Sera sat in Zenneth's lap.
"If that time comes, then you and me will go walk around and avoid the battle." She said, trying to calm Zenneth.

"But that means leaving everybody to die." Zenneth replied. He was starting to become confused, should he side with his friends or the dragons? Zenneth's right eye began to change color. From black to a dark shade of purple.

Sera looked at him.
"Don't worry. We'll decide when the time comes. For now, stay at peace." she said.

Trodden sat down in one of his chairs, relaxing. "You know, I don't actually know what brings you folks here. Why would you be traveling this path? Only old Clicky travels this path now." Trodden asked.

Tatio had left to follow Icestorm. He followed the dragon to where it lay down, crying.
"Hey, what's the matter Ice?" Taito barked sympathetically.

Taito sat down.
"Believe me. I can understand." he said. His voice was serious.

Taito jumped in surprise.
"Yes. I can understand. If I had to kill my kind I would be in your shoes." he said calmly.

Trodden relaxed in his little chair. The room was quite cozy, and quite nice. He juggled a few balls of fire, showing off his magic.

Sera watched Trodden juggle.

Zenneth got up from his chair and said, "I'm going to go out for awhile." He opened the door and left the house.

Sera bounced after Zenneth.

"I want to go out alone." Zenneth told Sera, walking off into the distance.

Sera cocked her head, then bounced back over to Shiina.
