"Okay," Migx said as he was walking along. "Boy, I forgot how far away New Angeles was."

"Me too." Calia admitted.

Eventually, they reached New Angeles. "I wonder where Soul, Heart and the others are in there...", Conner wondered.

OoC: No way am I letting this die!!

"I'm sure they're around here somewhere," Migx said.

Vern stared at Francis for a few minutes and then said out loud "It's good to have one of my friends back." And yet it was eating him deep down. "But what about my other friends? Deep down, I just want to save my friends so badly. Do you remember any of my other friends?" Francis started to scratch his head. "Well... I remember an Ursaring, an Inkay, and a Voltorb." Vern shot up. "Edgar, Rin, and Bently! ...But those are just a handful of my friends. I've got so many other friends out there."

(OOC: Can I please have a Malamar villain soon? Pwetty pwease wit sugar on top? (And if you hadn't guessed, yess it will be related to Rin the Inkay.))

OOC: Sorry guys(I know, getting old apologizing). I have been EXTREMELY busy with High School, and I haven't had time to run the RP. I promise I will try my best to keep my story consistent, because considering how much I've missed, my story is basically dying, and also considering I run the RP, I can't let that happen.

Soul was running as fast as he possibly could through the corridors of Apple City's hospital. The Pokemies had nearly caught up with him, and he was losing energy. at this rate, he would get bitten and never find the rest of the group. He'd be gone from existence and never see Heart, Crystal, or Tika.

"Almost there..." Soul huffed as he reached the exit.

Just then, Salamance came up and slashed at Soul. Soul collapsed, his vision blurry.

"Enjoy dying, you scum!" Salamance said as he took Historius's Elixer and flew away.

Soul laid on the ground and saw that the Pokemies were almost at him.

So this is it... I'm done for...

HOURS EARLIER...

Heart came back up to the group after he scouted the front of the area.

"So what's the verdict?" Tika asked.

"There is a Pokemie nest right next to the entrance of the city. if we can quietly take out the few Pokemies near the entrance, and sneak by the nest carefully, we'll get in the city no problem."

"Okay, let's do this then." said Soul.

OOC: okay, so i am probably gonna have to finish my WHOLE DAY 3 STORY in one or more big posts in order to catch up to you guys and start the next day, but i probably won't have time to do that until this weekend. So you guys will unfortunately have to be patient again.

And like i said earlier, it would be much appreciated if someone filled me in on everything i'm missing so that i can catch up with what's going on.

"Did they say precisely where they would be in New Angeles?" Cameron asked.

"They didn't say exactly where.", Conner answered Cameron. Just then, there was a sound like a stampede. "Oh no, Heart, Soul Crystal, Tika! The sound came from the city! Something has gone terribly wrong! We have to find them!", Conner yelled. He then dashed off into the city, sincerely hoping no one was killed.

Calia and the others dashed after Conner.

OOC: @zookinator- not far back, just as far as my post before the one I posted today, if you know what I mean. Also, the group is in the abandoned Apple City, not New Angeles.

also, I do have some time to continue a bit of my story now.

Soul's vision was getting blurrier. he saw a faint image of a blue figure blowing back all the Pokemies back. Was that Heart he saw? What was going on? His head was aching. Was Crystal okay?

HOURS EARLIER...

Soul snuck up to the last Pokemie and knocked it out immediately. "That's the last of them," he said.

"Alright, let's head into the city." said Tika.

The group managed pass the Pokemie nest just fine, not alerting any undead.

"Okay, let's split up." said Heart. "Soul and Crystal, you search the east side of the city. Tika and I will search the west side. Do not alert any Pokemies. avoid large hordes of them. report back here in 2 1/2 hours. We have a lot of ground to cover."

"Got it!" said Crystal. "Let's go Soul!"

The group then split to find the Outlaws in the city.

Later...

Soul and Crystal were searching the main street of the city for any signs that something living was here. Except for a few Pokemies, they had found no life for the past 2 hours.

"Ugh, are we going to find anything here?" asked Crystal.

"Hopefully we will. We didn't risk our lives here for nothing." said Soul. "Besides-"
"Shh, I hear something!"

Soul heard it too. they walked quietly and found a small hut. Soul and Crystal heard the bandits from the attack. They hid from sight and eavesdropped.

"So, where do we strike next?" asked Noctowl.
"Well, Labyrinth is getting a full shipment of goods tomorrow. We could strike there!" said Mismagius.
"Excellent!" exclaimed the Salamance. "We will strike at dawn! Let's set out for the Pocket!"

The bandits went out of sight, most likely to get supplies. Soul ran up to the hut and started searching it.

Crystal panicked. "What are you doing Soul?"
"Looking for the mutated cure! If they don't have it, they'll be powerless and they can't strike at the Pocket!"
"Soul, we don't have time for this! We already have a working cure from those Outskirters, we can fight the mutated cure off! Now is not the time to look, we have to meet Heart and Tika!"
"I don't care. They aren't doing any harm to my city!"

Soul eventually found the mutated cure samples, just by pure luck. "Found them!!!"

Soul then felt something get grabbed from his side. When he turned around, Noctowl was holding the cure.

"Oh boy, look what i found! a working cure, did you say?"

Soul used Iron Tail on Noctowl and grabbed the cure.

"Crystal, run!" he exclaimed as he ran towards her.

Migx ran as fast as his paws could take him. Eventually he came to an area where they met up with the bandits, and Soul and her friends were running. The bandits chasing after them. Migx tried his hardest to help by shooting Ice Beam to distract or slow the bandits down.

OoC: Okay pankakesparx. MugoUrth, amazingSpyro, As I was confused where pankakesparx was going, let's just change the location of where we are. To Apple City, as I wanted to find pankakesparx's characters in the RP.

Another OoC: Basically, Conner, Migx, and amazingSpyro's characters left Vern at Everest for him to talk to his long lost friend. The other posts were about the journey over to Apple City.

"Soul! Crystal! Are you all right? Where is Heart and Tika!?", Conner quickly said to Soul and Crystal. He then saw a cloud of dust a mile or so away. "Oh no. That is an extremely huge hoard. I hope no one is over there.", Conner said.

OOC: Another dumb question, is it alright if my Malamar character is in coalition with the bandits? I dunno, I just want a Malamar villain cause Malamar just looks so... so badass. So sinister, so evil, so infectious.

Heart and Tika were holding back the horde of Pokemies when he saw Conner with a bunch of other Pokémon. Heart didn't question them at all. Soul and Crystal were knocked out. "Guys! We need to get Crystal and Soul out of here now! grab them and let's get out of here!" Heart yelled. Heart ran over and picked up Soul, near unconscious.

EARLIER...

Soul ran as fast as he could with Crystal, the bandits hot on their heels. Until suddenly, Soul had an insane idea.

"Crystal, take this and find the others!" Soul threw the bag of mutated samples to Crystal.
"What about you?" Crystal asked.
"I've got a crazy idea. just go!"

Crystal hesitated, but then accepted. "Be careful, Soul!" Crystal yelled.

OOC: that's all I can post today. and just to clarify, the parts not involving events happening in-rp hours before are currently happening. So right now the characters should be helping Soul and Crystal to safety.

I just have to do this whole Hours Earlier thing so that you guys know what happened while I wasn't here. If that makes sense.

OOC: Also, will probably use Varmy again soon. Plan on killing him off as well. Also, the bandits must not be where Soul and her friends are. Sorry bout my last post. One more thing, is it alright if my character has an immunity to the virus?

Migx looked at Crystal and Soul and looked at the Pokemies. Migx ran over to help pick up Crystal. "You want me to use Ice Beam to help slow the Pokemies down while I'm at it?" Migx asked.

history: Erynil is a high-ranking member of a large group of bandits who are looking for the cure to the virus for their selfish needs. Erynil is also of a recently discovered Pokemon known as Malamar. Erynil is involved with the same group of bandits who are after Heart, Soul, and Crystal. Although her actual rank above the Noctowl, Mismagius, and Salamence is unknown, she often treats them as lowers.
She rarely gives away any secrets about herself, but has a reputation. It's hard to say whether the reputation comes from actual evil doings, or the fact that Malamars look downright devilish. Regardless, she is not a creature to be taken lightly. Her only known relative is Rin, an Inkay who used to be one of Vern's friends.
personality: She is the type of character who always wants to get her way. When something doesn't go as planned, she likes to shout at people for ruining her plan. But when it all falls into place, she smiles and laughs. It's hard to say whether she's pure evil or not. However, there's a rumor that Erynil has a soft spot for her daughter, Rin.

"Heart, everyone! You have to hurry! They will become too much soon!", Conner yelled through the fray.

OOC: @MugoUrth- the level can't be that high. Remember, I need to keep things balanced in this RP.

Crystal was about to pass out. she looked around. She saw Migx come up and sweep her just as a Pokemie almost got her. Her mind was completely blank. she had no idea if Soul was okay...

Heart, running with Soul, managed to get out the main entrance, the rest of the Pokémon right behind him. "Guys, quick! get to New Angeles!" he shouted towards all the Pokémon. "Conner! Tika!" Heart paused, looking at the Pokémon he didn't recognize. They were a Leafeon, Espeon, Poochyena, and Grovyle. "You guys!" cover Migx and I while we get Soul and Crystal to safety!"

EARLIER...

Heart and Tika were walking along the alleyways of Apple City, hoping to find anything that would lead them to the bandits.

"We've been at this for a while. shouldn't we find Soul and Crystal?" Tika asked.
"I guess so." said Heart. "We've found nothing except a few Pokemies and a Pokemie nest. Let's go-"

"HEART! TIKA!" Crystal yelled, running up to Heart and Tika.

Heart looked at Crystal in terror. "Crystal, are you okay? How did you find us? Where's Soul!?"

"We found the bandits, but Soul tried taking their mutated cures and they caught us! Soul's being chased by Salamance, and i'm-"

just as Crystal finished, a shadow ball came and hit Crystal, knocking her out instantly. Heart and Tika looked over. it was Mismagius and Noctowl.

"Well, look at what we have here!" said Noctowl. Got ourselves some fresh testing subjects!"

Heart got defensive. "You up to fighting Tika?"

"You bet!" Tika said with confidence.

Conner managed to flee from the fray of the Pokemie horde, and get to the rest of the group.

"Heart! Where is Tika?", Conner asked.

OOC: Okay, she's level 20 now. ...I wonder how Inkay evolves into Malamar. Since official sources say it's not by level.

Migx kept blasting the Pokemies with Ice Beam. He was unsure what other moves to use.

Vern was talking to his friend Francis still, when suddenly something struck Vern. Vern started to look around. "I sense a disturbance in the force," Vern said. Francis perked up and looked around. "I sense it too." Vern decided to go outside of the room and eventually freaked out. There he was, back for another round, his own father. "Well well, haven't we been naughty today. You probably don't feel proud of yourself. Why don't you give daddy a hug?" Vern squatted down, stretched his arms out and got ready for an attack. "Don't even think of coming close, you cretin!" Vern yelled. Like his father, Vern knew how to use Hypnosis. Vern decided to try it on his father to put him to sleep.

...An unwise move, as he forgot that Drowzees and Hypnos were both immune to sleep. As Varmy got close to Vern, he quickly swiped his arm and started to drag him out of the building. "You slimeball, LET ME GO! Francis! Historian! HELP!!!" But soon, they were gone.

(OOC: Don't help Vern out, I got a plan for the two alone.)

Calia and the others ran over to help Migx. Calia smacked a couple of the smaller pokemies with her leaf blade attack, sending them flying.

"Don't forget to use the Elixir!", Conner yelled. Even if he was still waiting for an answer, he gone back into the fray, and started holding back the Pokemies.

"The Elixer, right. ...Huh?" Migx looked around and saw a tiny squid-shaped Pokemon he had never seen before. "What's that little guy?" Migx asked, pointing to the tiny squid.

"I believe it is a newly discovered Pokémon called an Inkay, though I don't know how it got here. Use that Elixir!", Conner answered Migx.

"Ummm, right," Migx responded "Who has the Elixir?" Migx looked around for who had it.

"We don't!" Calia yelled, smacking more pokemies out of the way.

"Migx, I gave you a bottle, it has to be somewhere!', Conner answered, spraying and smacking Pokemies left to right.

"Oh, it's around my neck," Migx said with a chuckle. "You know, we Bibarel aren't exactly known for our intelligence." After grabbing the bottle, he grabbed the Inkay and poured the elixir into its mouth, eventually reverting it to normal. The Inkay started at Migx's smiling face for a few seconds before saying "Hello?"

Eventually, Varmy brought Vern to a cave in the middle of nowhere before locking him up in a cage. "You've been a very naughty boy, Vern," Varmy said before walking up to a table covered in potions and apparatus. "Are you proud of yourself?" Vern ran to fathers end of the cage and grabbed the bars. "Why yes I am, thanks for asking," Vern exclaimed loudly. "After what you've done to my friends, you should be ashamed of yourself, Father."

While Tika was zapping away at the Pokemies, Heart was constantly spurting Hydro Pump at both the Pokemies and Soul, hoping he would wake up.

"C'mon Soul, open your eyes!"

EARLIER...

Tika used Thunderbolt on Noctowl, knocking him back against the wall of a nearby building. Heart was busy using Grass Knot on Mismagius, barely doing anything.

"You think that hurt?" Mismagius said, as she cast Shadow Ball on Heart. Heart slid across the concrete.

Noctowl got back up, slashing at Tika using his Fury Swipes attack, Tika barely dodging each one.

Crystal got up from being hit. "...Guuuys..."

Heart Razor Shell'd Mismagius and ran over to help Crystal up. She was hurt, near fainting.

"Crystal, where's Soul? And what's that bag?" Heart asked through the fray.

"Heart, forget the bandits, them and the other question can wait. Soul is being chased by a Horde of Pokemies!"

"WHAT?"

Heart unleashed a powerful Hydro Pump, knocking out both Mismagius and Noctowl.

"C'mon! We have to help him! Crystal, Where did he go?"

Soul thought he could use the Pokemies to his advantage to make Salamance go away and buy Crystal some time. He made as much noise as possible, making the Pokemie Nest nearby notice him. Now he was running for his life, wondering if Crystal made it okay.

Heart's Hydro Pump had finally gotten through Soul. He was weak, but at least conscious.

"Oh Soul, thank Arceus you're okay!" Heart exclaimed.

Soul studdered. "Where... am I?"

"After the Pokemies knocked you out, we got you and Crystal out of there. We need to find a safe place, the Pokemies are after us now!"

"...Heart, I-"

"Soul, just rest. We can talk about what happened once we reach New Angeles."

Soul sighed. He at least knew everyone else was okay.

Eventually, the Pokemie horde left, and gone back to their nest. "Thank goodness that they all left. And Soul, great to see you awake. Do you still have the Elixir me and Historius gave you?", Conner said, tired.

(OOC: Is it alright if Erynil converses with the bandits soon?)

"Hey there little guy, what's your name?" Migx asked the Inkay. "My... my name is Rin. Who... Who are you? Where are my friends? Where's Edgar? Where's Francis? Where's Bentley? Do you know where they are?" Migx stood up and tilted his head at Rin. One of those names struck his mind. "I... I do know of a Francis. He's a Mr. Mime, and..." The Inkay jumped up and smiled. "Yay! You know Francis. Take me to him." Migx started to stutter. "Well... We... he's all the way up in Everest." The Inkay started to pace about. "Everest is too far from here. Can you take me with you?" Migx stuttered. "Well... I don't know..."

(OOC: Anyone can control Rin if they want. She's a bit childish.)

Calia and the others stopped, panting. Emily and Pete collapsed on the ground. They weren't used to this much fighting.

OOC: @MugoUrth- yeah, we'll work something out, since the Outlaws aren't exactly RP characters, if you get what i'm saying.

Soul was weak, and about to pass out, so he quickly said to Conner "I... got their rations... of mutated cures, but..." Soul winced.

"Soul, easy." said Tika, coming up with Crystal after grabbing her from Migx.

"I can't..." Soul said, and he looked at Conner miserably. "Conner, in the fray... Salamance took the Elixer... The bandits... have the cure now... I'm sorry..." Soul then completely blacked out.

Migx smiled. "I suppose I can take you there," Migx said before picking Rin up.

And somewhere a creature layed awaiting the return in an abandoned building. It waited in a shadow till they arrived.

"Is everyone all right?" Calia asked.

"Yes, I think everyone is alright. Soul, it is a terrible loss that you lost the Elixir to the Outlaws, but let us just hope we can get it back before they alter it, making another mutated cure. Let's head back to Everest, if everyone agrees.", Conner said, exhausted.

Migx smiled. "Yeah, I agree. That might take a while, but they say the return trip is never as bad as the arrival trip."

Back in the cave, Vern watched his father Varmy start to work with the potions. "Dad, why are you making potions?" Vern asked. After pouring a concoction into a big flask, he started to chuckle. "You've been a very bad kid. I'm just making something nasty for you to drink as punishment." Vern stood up. "Wait... you're not trying to poison me, are you?" Vern asked. Varmy turned around and opened his arms up. "Verny... My own son. I would never be that irresponsible. You're my flesh and blood. But even flesh and blood needs to be taught a lesson every now and then." Vern started to get angry. "But dad! You're INSANE! You tried killing my friends. Why shouldn't I have ran away!?" Varmy turned back around to mix potions. "Verny. You wouldn't understand. You would never understand." Vern stomped his foot down in frustration. "Now you listen here, daddy dearest! I..."

Vern stopped to think for a moment. Even though his dad was insane, he still valued his son enough to try and help him with fatherly things. Vern started to make a diversion. "Owwww, my trunk. My trunk hurts!" This caught Varmy's attention right away. "Daddy, I need medicine!" Vern's trunk started to puff up. Vern wanted Varmy to think his trunk was swelling. "Hurry daddy, hurry!" Varmy put his flask down and looked through the table for some medicine. Vern's trunk kept getting bigger and bigger as he scurried for a bottle. Varmy eventually found some and a spoon and then went inside the cage. He poured some medicine in a spoon then held it out to Vern, who's entire face was practically obscured by his trunk right now. "Here, Verny. Take some of this. It will make you..."

But what Varmy didn't know was that Vern's trunk wasn't swelling, Vern was charging up an attack. In a short instance, a huge cloud of poison came spewing out of Vern's trunk and shot directly at Varmy, who behind his Drowzee mask still had his mouth exposed. Vern just used Toxic. "Did... Did you just..." Varmy started. Varmy rushed out of the cage in a panic and started to dig threw his potions. "You very naughty boy. I will punish you good after I've drank my antidote." Eventually, Varmy grabbed the potion he was making before and drank it all down. And then started heading back inside the cage. When in the cage... he started to shake uncontrollably. He didn't drink an antidote, he ended up drinking another poison. "Wait... that wasn't the antidote. ...Oh dear... Verny... You..." Varmy started to creep towards Vern with his hands stretched out. Vern backed away to the edge of the cage as Varmy got closer. Eventually, Varmy grabbed Vern's shoulder and started to grip as tight as he could. "I don't believe... my own son. Verny... How... How dare you..." Eventually, Varmy drooped down till he was completely on the ground, his body littering the floor of the cage. Vern started to remove Varmy's Drowzee suit. Afterward, he kicked his body over, placed a hand on Vern's chest and found out what happened. "He's... he's dead. ...I killed my own father."

(OOC: Dun dun DAAAAAAAH!))

Heart and Tika, both carrying Soul and Crystal, looked over to the Leafeon, Espeon, Poochyena, and Grovyle they didn't recognize. "Who are you guys, if I may ask?" Heart asked them.

"I'm Heart, and this is Tika. Our friends are Soul and Crystal. They got knocked out during the fray." Heart said to them. "Do you guys know Conner and the others?"

"Yes, we met them while we were traveling to Hillside." Emily piped up. Calia nodded and added, "They said they had a cure, so we decided to help them."

"Yeah, Connor was the one who found them after we decided to sleep at Hillside for the night," Migx remembered. "...That was not a pleasant night."

"Yeah, it wasn't pleasant. Should we head off to Everest once again to tell Historius what has happened here?", Conner asked the group.

"I think that would be smart," said Heart. "We really need to get help for Soul and Crystal."

While they were walking, Tika noticed two shadowy figures in a nearby abandoned building. She thought she was seeing things and shook it off.

The figure on the left side of the room in the building watched the Travelers walk in secret. "We strike at Everest tonight," it said.

Migx carried Rin and followed the others to Everest.

The other figured smiled. "And with our loyals doing their job, elixir in hand, they will soon come to know us. ...But wait." The other figure looked out and saw Migx holding an Inkay. "So she's with them too. Nevertheless, she won't be a problem."

"Well, let us set off at once. Let's go.", Conner said. And with that, he ran off, heading to Everest, going to Historius as quickly as possible.

As they were getting closer to Everest, Vern found his way out of his father's cave. Vern was still kind of shaken up. His father was a lost cause, but he had never killed anyone before.

((OOC: I kind of want Vern to rendezvous with the others.))

OoC: I can make that happen.

The Lucario dashed all the way towards Everest, with the intent of getting to Historius as fast as possible. He was dashing along until he spotted Vern outside of a cave. He stopped, and asked Vern, "Vern! It is good to see you! Is Historius all right? And what are you doing outside of that cave?". He was in a hurry, so he hoped he would answer soon.

Soul and Tika noticed Vern as well, but didn't have time to see what was going on. they needed Soul and Crystal to get help as soon as they could. Both of them barged into Historius's hut.

"Historius, quick! Crystal and Soul need help!" Heart cried.

"We stay here until nightfall. Those Travelers won't know what hit 'em." he said.
