It's doesn't really give a feel of "use this thread to find new friends" though. I am certainly findable. Are you sure you're typing it in correctly, because I've had that happen before?

Don't be put off if you send invites out & they don't accept it just means they have reached their 100 friend limit. They still might accept it eventually if you keep playing. Every now & then I'll go into my activate & cull the ones who haven't been online longer than 3 weeks. When I add new ones, I'll check how long ago they were last online before I add any.

About removing friends to quickly, as a rule now I dump people who have not played for 2 months, because my game went MIA for just about 6 weeks, as I not so patiently waited for them to fix it.
Just saying because I do read of this very thing still happening to others, and I feel for them.
I was really lucky and got my game back just as it was, others not so lucky and have had to restart.
