Sapphire thought for a bit. "Hmm. Ok, sure. We'll take the pass."

"Great I guess we should go now" Mallory said. She gripped her staff and picked up her small bag of herbs and potions. Viruto and Faruto grabbed their bags as well and gripped their weapons.

Sapphire, Kitty , Sasha and Ty grabbed their stuff and made their way towards Karu.
"Hey, where are you all going?" Etna asked.
"We're heading to Overlord Zenon's palace," Kitty said.
"I thought you already knew that," Sasha said.
"I already told you that I'm going to beat Overlord Zenon!" Etna paused. "Well...I guess you could weaken him a bit for me...so...yeah, you go on ahead. We'll meet you there."
"Hey!" Etna jumped up. "Flonne and I are so much more powerful than you! We're demons! You're half humans half monsters! You don't stand a chance against us!"

Karu growled to both of them. "You all are nothing." He roared, his anger reaching a boiling point. "Nothing but bugs before him! "Do you REALLY think you have a chance of beating him? At all? No! You all are nothing more than mere flies to him. Stop deluding yourselves and face reality already!" He roared. "It doesn't matter what race you are or how powerful you think you are. You're nowhere NEAR his level. You don't even stand a chance. You'll just become his mindless slaves or worse when he's through with you." He ranted on, taking out his spear. "I never cared about anyone after I lost anything. And if you are all so eager to throw away your lives, fine! But you'll have to get through me first." He said, dropping his stuff and taking a battle position. "I'll show you how futile your quest really is. I'll take all of you on." He growled.

In Karu's eyes though, saying he was not worth it. His anger would not just let this pass. He rushed forward jumping up as he did, his momentum carrying him to deadly speeds as his spear point was aimed at Etna.
