Fireflight saw him. she could tell that he didn't find him.
*ok. now, its my turn..* she thought. then she walked out of the cave.

'Where would he be...?' Silro said upsetingly. 'Why would he be like this...?' He continued.

Fireflight flew around looking for Nightfire. she used her powers, to look like fire, so she could stay warm. because of the firey glow, it was also easier to see where she was going.

Silro sat worrying. He thought long and hard about why Nightfire was like this. He then thought about one idea. He sat in fear if it was true. He then realised how Nightfire could have gotten to that decision. Silro then sat in fear.
'.....He.......he.......' He then looked up. He flew out quickly and flew off to find Nightfire.

Fireflight was looking for Nightfire. she hoped that she would find him. she didn't like seeing Silro all upset.
"nightfire?!!" she called, hoping for an answer.

Silro flew past. He was in complete fear. If his theory, which he feared was right, he might be too late. He flew on.

Fireflight flew around, still looking for him.

Silro flew around the mountain tops, yelling Nightfire's name. He waited for any call. None came. Silro began to go into tears as he flew to different mountains yelling. He then began digging in one of them, with him not finding Nightfire.

Fireflight flew around, also yelling his name. she was trying to keep warm with her powers, but the blizzard was too cold for her. she was having trouble flying, and she realized that she wouldn't be able to find him. she then decided to head home, before she became a block of ice.

Silro continued to look. He cried as he yelled, with no answer. He flew to different mountains digging with no finding Nightfire. He burst into tears as he began to beleive more and more his theory had come true.

Fireflight went home, and walked into the cave. she knew that Starfire would still be asleep. she hoped that the guys were ok.

He then flew to the last mountain as he dug there.

Fireflight paced back and forth, worried about them.

Silro continued to dig. He didnt find Nightfire. He then yellled his name once more before falling into tears.

Fireflight continued to pace. she hoped they were ok.

He then banged the snow as he realised his fear had come true.

Fireflight kept pacing.
"where are they? are they ok? i hope they're all ok...." she said.

As Silro banged once more, a small hole caved in. Silro, now in tears, looked down and saw a small hole, around Nightfires size, but he wasnt there.

Fireflight was still pacing. she was worried sick about them. then Starfire woke up, and walked out of her room. she saw Fireflight pacing.
"mom, stop pacing. your gonna wear a hole in the floor" she said. Fireflight looked at her.
"i'm just worried........"
"i know.......me too......."

Silro looked in as he tried to reach down. He could see there was ice. He also saw a crack line round it. He realised the crack he heard before, was from Nightfire.

Fireflight continued to pace back and forth. Starfire watched her.
"mom, please stop. you can worry without moving, you know"
"i know, but i can't. i'm just......"
"acting like a worried mom again. your always worried about something. maybe its time you stop worrying, and let them take care, and worry about themselves. they'll be fine" she said. then Firelight stopped and looked at her.
"your right....." she said.

Silro tried to reach down, but the hole in the ice had recently been replaced. He saw more ice had frozen over. He then tried hitting the ice to break open.

Fireflight layed down to rest. she had stopped pacing, but she was still worried. Starfire layed down next to her.
"they'll be fine, mom. just try not to think about it" she said.

The ice didnt break. He could see it was almost pure white. It was deeply frozen. He yelled once more. He waited, before bursting into tears once more. He flew off.

Fireflight and Starfire eventually fell asleep.

Silro stopped, looked back, then thought. He then flew up high in the air and hovered over the hole from high up.

the two contined sleeping. Fireflight dreamed of the times she has spent with her family. Starfire was dreaming about Nightfire and Comet.

Silro looked down and braced him self as he charge with extreme speed towards the ice.

the girls continued dreaming. they dreamed of thier familys, and everyone they care about.

The ice broke he plunged through and entered the deep ice cold water. He then swam down the icey water getting colder as he went.

Fireflight dreamed of being with Quietfire, and having another kid. the son that he has always wanted. Starfire dreamed about being with Nightfire and Comet. she wished that she could have both of them in her life, without anything bad happening.

Silro went further and further into the water. As he went further, the water was going below sub zero temperatures.

the girls contined dreaming. they smiled as they dreamed.

Silro was freezing but he wouldnt give up. If Nightfire was down there, he would go as far as his body would let him, and if he still didnt find him, he would still go on, even dying. He swam further andfurther before he began to see the water bed.

the girls continued to dream. they had good dreams. they dreamed they were with everyone they care about.

Silro soon reached the water bed and looked around for Nightfire.

the girls still dreamed. Comet was getting warmer. he eventually could move around a little.

Silro looked around till he finally found him. He found Nightfire laying there on the floor. He swam over to get him, only to find Nightfire not breathing.

Comet got up, and looked around. he flapped his wings, and they felt fine. then he decided to fly back home. he had enough adventures for awhile.

Silro panicked as he pciked Nightfire up as he began to swim back up. But he had no idea how far down he was or how long he had before he ran out of air and drowned. But what scared him the most, was that he didnt know how long Nightfire had been under.

Comet went back to the cave. he walked in, and saw the girls sleeping together. he decided to sneak into another room to sleep.

Silro then felt he needed to breath. He looked up and saw he still had a long way to go.
'Wether i die or not! Im getting you out of here Nightfire!' He though to himself.

the girls were still sleeping. Comet went into an empty room, and layed down. then he started to sleep.

Silro still continued to swim to the opening. He needed air imediatly, but still had some water to go. He could feel the effect of the ice cold water and his lack of air slowing him down.

Comet started to dream. for some reason he actually wished that Nightfire would be ok.

Silro was nearing the water surface, but now he feared he wouldnt make it.

Comet was now hoping that Nightfire was ok. he wasn't sure why.

Silro had almost made it, but he was out of air and needed to breathe. He burst through the water surface, but only half way. He put Nightfire down on the snow so he wouldnt fall down. Silro looked around as he gasped for air. He was still fealing extremly weak. He looked back at Nightfire before he became unconcious. His half emerged body soon slipped into the water as he slowley fell to the gound. He hit the ground at the water bed.

Starfire slowly woke up. she looked around, and then got up.
"i wonder if Nightfires ok......" she said. then she walked over to the cave entrance. "maybe.......i should go find him....." she said. then she left.

Nightfire still wasnt breathing. He just lay there at the top of the mountain with the strong winds pushing him towards the water. The winds were fast and strong up at the mountain.
