A Scarfire ran at Marik.

Twilight morphed into her cat form and clawed at the Scarfire. It snarled, grabbed her in its jaws, and threw her against a tree.

The boy leapt from the trees and landed on the ground. He morphed into a muscular Rottweiler and snarled at the Scarfires.

Twilight was unable to move. She lay on the ground on her side, her eyes closed.

Dark ran through the forest looking for Sango. Sabrina had told him he needed to find her because she was in trouble. He made sure Sabrina was still behind him, then continued running.
"Sango!" He yelled.
