i have one cuz i have like 70 same pages in my PM inbox and 80 in my outbox what about a thing were u can check mark all the boxes instead of having to check mark them all one at a time witch takes 4ever it would be nice if u can do that if not then i geuss i will end up with 400 pages of PM's by the end of this year xD probley not but may end up going that far.....

i have an idea the idea is that you can remove posts but only if the topic was made by you.

i have one i know that ppl keep making topics about there post what about were u can see ur post number on post except it wont work in spam *cuz it already dosen't or u can just make a sticky topic if u don't agree with my other idea or u can disagree with all of them i rly don't care it's just an idea*..

I would imagine it's something to do with people spamming to get their post counts up. I used to see it all the time on SF.

We used to have ranks, the highest being Spyro Senior. Eventually, though, we decided on removing the ranks because people were abusing them.

You know thoes new 'New Post' icons are Dragons will there be any time that they could be changed back? I heard it was for the 10 year anaversary but will it only be this month or will it be kept that way?

A few suggestions:

- put a PM link next to the user when viewing his/her posts instead of going into your PM Inbox and typing the user's name then finally PMing the person. [Let's say for example I wanted to PM someone a link to another website. I have it copied and readied to paste onto the PM but WAIT! I can't remember the member's generic username, so I have to copy and paste that too. But I already have something in my ctrl+c, so I actually need two web pages to copy and paste the link I want to show as well as the username of the recipient. This just shows the current system's inconvenience.]

- perhaps make different text colors a possibility? For example, [color=green]hi[/color}* would show "hi" as green.
*replace "}" for "]". The coding won't even show if you do this properly as of current.

- lastly, perhaps can you widen the width of the forum so we can post more without creating seemingly bigger paragraphs (eye sore) and pictures that end up hidden behind scroll bars? (I'm assuming this would mean the layout of the forums and link bar on the right would have to be recentered as well.)

There's a PM link between the Reply, Quote and Report links in the bottom of one's post, if you meant that.

I thought the forum could be hosted elsewhere, like Proboards. It's completely up to dark52, not me, I dunno.

Also, do you think Favourite Threads should be disallowed? There are just too many popping up in my opinion. It usually seems pointless and repetitive. 'What is your favourite color?" "What is your favourite Spyro game?" "Favourite *insert item here*?"

Suggestion: allow for the underlining of text using [u][/u] tags. There's no reason why this shouldn't be allowed. It doesn't create extra bandwidth nor is an eye sore like colored fonts (I still think colored fonts should be implemented IMO - it's only stupid misuses that makes anything like this an issue*).

*I also have just discovered the annoyance of the no all-caps (or mostly caps) rule. This is probably pointless, but I want to say that I'm highly against it, especially since it's an impediment to proper usage. Again, the stupidity of misuse and overuse of caps makes this rule that never should have been imposed actually happen. Both the color and caps issue that's present here is never ever present in any of the many other forums I participate in.

"okay" is not postworthy in itself. That's more for chatrooms and IM conversations.

Just trying to post "okay"? That's not really the point of forums.

Chances are, if it's not long enough to go through the short-post filter, it's not worth saying at all. Forums are for discussion, not random conversation. Agreed with bmah.

dark52 said that if you want to report a PM, send a PM to him and he'll take a look. As long as you don't delete the message.
