Phosphora gave Viridi a small shock to wake her up.

Luckily for the girls, Henry decided to summon a Risen while everyone else was still sleeping, therefore waking up pretty much everyone. If anyone was still asleep after the Risen made its weird sounds, they were most likely woken up by Henry's maniacal laughing.

Viridi jumped up in pain, glaring at Phosphora. "What the hell was that for!?!" She yelled, hate in her eyes.

Meliodas was on his feet in seconds, his hand on the hilt of his sword, yet he still hadn't drawn it.

Natsu' eyes opened slowly before he stood. He beyond the Risen to a crisp before shoutin, "There's food!" and running out the door to the other building.

Ryuk floated awake, glancing down at all the commotion.

"I figured you'd want to eat before everyone else eats everything," Phosphora mumbled.

Soon everyone was in the meal hall thing, eating to their hearts' content, with the exception of Dark Pit. Eventually, Darkrai tried to bring this up with a simple "Dar."

Viridi glared at Darkrai before the realization hit her. "Where is Dark Pit!" She yelled, worry in her voice.

"He wasn't there last night when I went to sleep." Natsu answered, before continuing to stuff his face.

"Where would he go, anyway?" Lucina asked. "He can't be too far away, can he?"

Viridi rolled her eyes before standing up. "I'm going to go find him." She said, and began walking towards the exit door.

No one made a move to stop Viridi, though Phosphora considered going with her. She decided against it, she wasn't a fan of rain.

Dark Pit moved closer to the bush itself, rather than the branches. He was shivering, his clothes clinging to his body. His wings were waterlogged as well, making them heavy and cold.

Viridi walked out, and began calling Dark Pit's name.

Asuna stopped eating and looked around. "Does this all taste okay?" She asked, wanting to make sure everyone had something to eat.

There was a large amount of nodding to Asuna's question, and then Henry saying "It's deliciously delicious!"

Dark Pit heard Viridi, but wasn't sure whether or not to respond. He didn't dare leave what shelter he had, because he doubted he'd be able to stay in the rain. "Viridi," he said eventually, kind of quiet, but still audible.

Asuna smiled. "Great!" She responded cheerfully, before continuing to eat herself.

Viridi glanced around before rushing to where the voice had come from-a bush. "Dark Pit? Get out of there!" She yelled, trying to hide the panic she was feeling.

Dark Pit slowly made his way out of the bush, shivering uncontrollably. He wouldn't meet Viridi's eyes.

Viridi tried to glare at Dark Pit, but probably wasn't focusing hard enough to. "Gods, you need to get inside!" She muttered, unsure of where to take him.

Dark Pit sighed. He didn't have the energy to complain. He just tried to conserve what little warmth he had.

Looking around, Viridi saw the closest building was the girls room. She gently grabbed Dark Pit's arm and pulled him inside to the warmth.

Dark Pit felt relieved to be somewhere warmer, though he wouldn't let Viridi see that. He sat there, still cold, hoping to warm up soon.

Viridi sighed, glaring at Dark Pit. "Go...get dry or something." She said, feeling a mix of emotions.

"How exactly am I supposed to do that?" Dark Pit grumbled, flapping his wings and scattering droplets of water as he did so. He sighed.

Viridi paused for a moment before sighing. "I'll go outside for a few minutes and you can...um...take off your wet stuff and curl up in my bed?" She blushed slightly before looking down.

"W-what?" Dark Pit's eyes widened. "First of all, I am NOT going to take anything off in here. And second, my wings aren't exactly removeable!"

"Well, you're wings shouldn't be that hard to dry off, I think." Viridi paused before glaring up at Dark Pit. "See what happens when you don't listen to me! Why didn't you just sleep in the stupid bed!"

"I don't know, okay?" Dark Pit snapped, looking to the ground. "I guess I just feel so out of place. Like I'm just getting in everyone's way." He sighed.

"Why would you be in anyone's way?" Viridi answered softly. "You need to stop thinking that way."

"I don't know," Dark Pit growled. "I don't exactly want to think that way, I just do." The angel subconsciously pulled his wings closer.

"I know how that feels..." Viridi trailed off before continuing. "Just don't. Please. It's going to get you killed or something. And keep your wings apart, they'll dry faster."

"Sometimes I don't care," Dark Pit admitted, letting his wings fall towards his sides. "Sometimes I don't care what happens to me." He continued to look at the ground.

Viridi stood still for a moment, slightly shocked. "Well at least one of us does care. Honestly, what do you think I would do without you? Just...stop being selfish and..." She trailed off, closing her eyes. "Don't be stupid enough to not care."

"Yeah, because that makes perfect sense," Dark Pit mumbled. He wouldn't look at Viridi. He didn't want to. He flapped his wings again, hoping to dry them faster.

"I just...don't be stupid!" Viridi opened her eyes again, glaring at Dark Pit. "You have to care about what happens to you at all times!"

"Sure, okay," Dark Pit shrugged. He knew he probably didn't sound all that convincing, but he didn't care at the moment. Right now he was trying to warm up. Though he wanted to wrap his wings around himself, that wasn't the best choice considering they were wet.

Viridi paused, not believing Dark Pit, before sighing. "Do you want...help with that or something?" She questioned, not sure how to dry an angel off.

"I'm fine," Dark Pit said, finally looking up.

Viridi rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "No, you're not. You're freezing, wet, and upset. Now give me something to do so I'm not just standing here!"

Dark Pit didn't say anything to that. His wings twitched slightly, as though he was unsure of something.

"Great answer. Just...please, anything. I hate being useless..." Viridi trailed off, looking down again.

"There's nothing I can think of," Dark Pit shrugged. He looked away again, feeling slightly uncomfortable. "I uh, I'm going to the other room."

"No, you're not going anywhere." Viridi paused before continuing. "I can't trust you not to run off into the rain or...something."

"I'm not going to, don't worry," Dark Pit insisted. He moved towards the doorway.

"Don't worry? Do you know how much you've made me worry in the course of 10 minutes? Stay here where I can make sure you don't get yourself killed!" Viridi answered, walking to the doorway in front of Dark Pit. "It's not like anyone's going to come in here anyway."

"How do you know no one's going to come in?" Dark Pit took a step back, surprised by Viridi's actions. "Just let me go. I'm not going to do anything. I'm not going to get killed!"

"I don't care if you think you'll be fine. I'd rather you stay here where I can make sure you will be." Viridi paused, dropping her gaze. "Please? I hate caring about you, just make this easier for me!"

Dark Pit froze. Viridi had openly admitted to caring about what happened to him. He turned around. "If you hate caring about me, then why do you care?" he growled. "It's not like I'm anything you'd want to protect. If you're the goddess of nature, then why do you care about something as unnatural as me?"

"I-I don't know!" Viridi answered, clenching her fists. "Something just yells at me...telling me I just couldn't stand you being hurt or something. I just..." She paused, getting frustrated. "Is it so hard to believe you made someone care about you?"

Dark Pit was silent, facing the wall. He didn't know how to respond to what Viridi had just said at first. "Everyone seems to either want me dead or just not care. I guess I just find it hard to believe you because of that. Because... I've been lied to enough times that I don't know what to believe."

"I don't exactly blame you, from what I heard you went through," Viridi began, walking a few steps in from the door. "But why would I continue to keep you here, well and alive, if I didn't care?" She ended quietly, unsure of what to say to make Dark Pit feel better.

Dark Pit didn't move. He wasn't sure what to think, let alone what to say. Eventually he sat down. "I... I don't want you to care about me. I don't want you to get hurt."

Viridi hesitated before slowly walking over. She sat next to Dark Pit, but didn't look at him. "It's too late for that now, isn't it," she answered quietly. "And when did you start caring about whether I get hurt or not?"

"Does it matter?" Dark Pit wouldn't look anywhere but at the ground. "I don't even know. I don't even care."

"Then why won't you stop caring about me? What if I don't want you to get hurt?" Viridi finally glanced up at Dark Pit.

Dark Pit looked away. "I don't know, okay? I don't understand. It's... it's all strange to me."

"What do you think it is for me, normal? I know...caring about someone isn't something you do. Ever. That's...why I said you can leave." Viridi ended, her voice shaking.
