OoC: I know that, but Varedis was scared that it might also hurt the people who werent hurt as it was a heal and attack at the same time, it would heal those who were hurt, pass over those who were well, and knock back any who were evil at heart.

Dreth took a sharp inhale, his exposed scales rippling as he nudged into consciousness. His eyes rolled open and he peered around the group with a groan. "Woops." He said with a pained cough. He struggled to get on his feet. Feeling his head, now void of his glass armor, he chuckled. "Well, I guess that was quite a fall. It broke steel tensile strength." His red scales glimmered in the faint light of the cave. "Sorry about that guys."

"I'm sure everyone's glad you're safe," Skyward comforted, "but I'm assuming nobody has any idea where we are."

Chimera had gotten back on her paws, "Well, I guess that we are all back together now, let's go check this place out."

Twy looked around, "I think we should go this way." The wyvern pointed at a tunnel with his right wing-claws.

"Yeah, we should" Makil said

Isis looked at Dreth "Your scales look like rubies" She said

Dreth laughed, glad that no one could see him blush. He had always liked his scales, but he was taught to always hide them. His family had thought them as too glorious and that they threatened his work. Having a piece of his armor off almost felt refreshing. The rest of his armor began to shift and drift into his satchel, showing the rest of his scales. Freckles of amber scales dotted along his body, and he had the deepest gold lines patterning around his joints like bands. "They are just scales." He said skeptically. "Lets move on."
The new movement felt amazing. He had only ever had his armor off once before, and it was great. He couldn't wear armor now anyways, since it was half shattered. Dreth concentrated and let out a calming breath. The tips of his scales shimmered and tiny embers burst to life, lighting up the cave brightly. The small flames dancing on his body made his scales shine even brighter, reflecting deep reds and yellows down the cave.

Isis hugged Dreth "I don't see why you hide your beauty Dreth" She said with a blush

Flasheris chuckled a bit, "I think it's because male dragons don't like being connected with the word 'beauty'."

Sky was listening in the darkness, "Guys hush!" Sky whispered harshly, from the darkness there were echos within the shadows. Something was coming.

Chimera tensed up, having heard the echoes, and prepared for what was going to happen.

Dreth snorted at the word 'beauty'. Handsome would have been better. He was about to speak, but snapped his jaw shut, dimming the light from his scales. His piercing eyes glared into the darkness. "What do you hear, Sky?"

Skyward's four horns instantly shot up. "I can't tell what it is…"

Isis went behind Dreth

Makil and Kihei readed themselves

Varedis said, "There seems to be sand coming out of the cave... actually, it seems to be coming from all the caves, just sand, and asand, and sand. Why is it just pooling in here, and why is there sand in the middle of a mountain?"

"Not that!" Sky hissed silently, "Listen" he said as echoes of footsteps, suddenly a mummified dragon came from the shadows groan and suddenly started running toward them. Its bones were poking through it's decaying flesh."Shining Justice!" Sky said as he unleash a powerful beam of light blasting the dragon. The dragon hits the ground.

"Is that an undead dragon?" Skyward growled. "I thought those things were gone for good!"

Electra finally got Ebony calmed down. "Now where are the others?"

"Great! Mummies! Its always mummies!" Kihei said

"Dreth... I need to talk to you about this sand and something else..." Isis said

"Well, I hope they won't be too numerous." Twy shruddered.

Varedis went up to Sky, "One thing about about Undead dragons, is that if you silence the thing re-animating them, then it'll die, you may not necessarily have to kill the thing itself. Now, sometimes it#s their own energy, and in that case you do have to kill them, but there may be a Necromancer somewhere round here pulling the strings, I suggest we look."

"Your wrong. They aren't undead they're still very much alive" Sky said

"I still hate it" Kihei grumbled

"Wait, what?" asked Varedis, "How can something still be alive in that state?" He sniffed, "Oh my days, it smells like the Necrotic Plague in here, I still think there may be some Necromancer somewhere keeping them alive long after they should be dead. This thing looks like it hasn't eaten in years and was being eaten at the same time." he recoiled in disgust.

"They are under a powerful trace like spell. When a king or a lord dies in ancient times they usual put their servants in the tombs with them under a powerful spell. To keep the tomb clean and give part of their life force to the king so they may one day be awaken." Sky said, "Even if its willingly or not nobody knows" he said.

"So this may be the King's Tomb, the one whose Crown we're about to take." asked Varedis.

Chromatus walked up behind him, "I can sense a magical presence further in the mountain, it might be the Crown, but then again, I can also sense something else, another magical presence down there where the sand is coming from, either there are two magical items in this cave, or maybe the Crown is made up of two parts, like, maybe a crystal and then the actual crown, and they are in two different places, but since forward is full of those creepy dragons, why don't we first look in the sandy place, its just sand after all. Sand has never hurt anybody.

"Famous last words?" Sky asked him.

"Hopefully not," replied Varedis, "But we should be careful just in case, you never know, there could be sand elementals in there"

"Yeah the worst kind" Sky commented, "Sand Scorpions; They are the worst, you can't repel them with a Wind element which is the most common way to deal with Earth Elementals" he said

"So which one should we go to first?" asked Varedis, not liking the feeling that they were trapped between diseased dragons and Sand Elementals.

"If we go one way we only have to face the King's servants, if we go the other we have to face both the servants and the Sand Elementals" Sky said.

"But surely we must go both ways anyway, as there is an artifact in both places, and they may both be part of the Crown, and we are not sure there are Elementals there anywhere, it was just a probability," said Chromatus

"Half go one way, half the other, balance our strengths so one group isn't doomed" Makil said

"Wait, can't we use fire element attacks against the Sand Elementals?" Kihei asked

"So who is going what way?" Poleire spoke up.

"What are Sand Elementals' weaknesses?" Skyward asked. "We need to split up our groups like that."

"Water." Dreth chimed in. "Get a sand elemental wet, and they lose form. Too heavy." He was thinking of which way to go, measuring the energy of the area around him. "I say we split up to have an equal amount of elemental power. That way each group can have a handle on every situation."

"Water" Sky said, "I have the Water element anyone else?" he asked.

Atmos raised a green-feathered wing.

"Would fire work?" Makil asked

"I can't think of any weaknesses for sand" Isis said

"Fire plus sand equals glass, so I doubt it." Poleire remarked.

"Wind might also be able to help." Twy said next.

"I have ice, so if we're partnered up together, I can make ice and you can melt it," Skyward suggested.

"No I just said Wind won't effect Sand elements and Fire won't be very effective" Sky said.

"Ok, so we should split up strategically, Sky leads one group, Atmos the other" Makil said

"Alright, so who will be in my group?" Atmos looked around.

Chromatus said, "I'll be in the group going down into the Sand area as I have Ice, which I can melt into water with my flame elements, Nefarian and Varedis won't come with me as they don't have any usefel elements to combat sand."

Varedis and Nefarian didn't want to leave Chromatus, but they agreed and decided to go to the other group.

"If we are going to split up then be extremely careful there will be bunch more ancient and deadly traps here as well" Sky warned them

"Yes, that's why we are choosing our powers carefully, and should stick together with people we trust," said Varedis, looking at Chromatus, Chromatus laughed and said, "Why should you trust me more than anyone else, you only met me at the same time as everyone else and on top of that, I threw you through the Chaos Dimension into Hell."

"Just go, Varedis," said Chromatus then turned around, "Who else is coming with us?"

"I'll go with anyone who has the fire element," Skyward said before closing her eyes and concentrating. "There—I just sent a telepathic message to Electra, hopefully it's not too far."
