Birch heard leaves crackling behind her. She perked her ears up and hid behind a bush. Was it a small cat or prey?

*bump*

"We are going to be the best warriors ever if we can catch a rouge before we're even warriors!" Ashpaw purred. She tasted the air again. "I don't smell any, do you?"

"Then you must not have a nose!" Scarlet leaped out of the tree. "Go back to your nest, you soft-hearted Nofur pets!"

As Dawntail stalked a fat mouse through the forest, she saw a bunch of cats to the left. She lowered herself to the ground and tried to "spy" on them.

Cloverpaw yelped as Scarlet revealed herself from the tree. "The rogue!" Her eyes turned fierce as she crouched in a defensive position. "I'm no Twoleg pet! I'm a ThunderClan apprentice! You're the one who should leave this place."

Frisk hummed to himself as he skipped through the tall grass, sneezing if a particularly long stalk brushed his nose. A slight flutter in the bushes revealed a butterfly, and with a purr the rogue set off after it.

Dawntail decided whether to approach the cats or to leave their problems to themselves. if things get worse, I'll go over there. She thought, keeping an eye on them.

"What makes you think that I wasn't here first?" Scarlet purred. "Nw run off, little itty bitty kitties, before I make you."

"The Clans have existed forever!" Cloverpaw spat, baring her claws in case combat was initiated. "Don't try your tricks, rogue, or Ashpaw and I will make mouse meat out of you."

Ashwhisker walked outside of the camp and lazily caught a slow, lazy mouse. He sighed, walking back to camp and fetching a sleeping mole on his way. He put those pieces of prey into the fresh-kill pile and took no food. Ashwhisker fell asleep in his den as a blanket of dreams covered him.

Uh oh. Dawntail noticed that it looked like a fight was going to break out...

Birch turned around as she heard trouble.

"Forever?" Scarlet purred. "Everything that has already existed seems like it lasts forever to a kit like you."

Birch decided to sprint to where Scarlet was. "What's going on?"

Dawntail narrowed her eyes at the sight of another rogue. Where were they coming from?

Something distracted Frisk from his chase. Birch? He abandoned the butterfly to follow her, and realized that Scarlet was in sight, too, as well as two younger cats that were spitting at her. And what was this? Frisk smelled another cat, but wasn't able to tell if it was friend or foe. He was somewhat fearful as the group grew and grew. "Birch, what's happening?" he whispered to the rogue leader.

"I'm not a kit! I'm an apprentice," Cloverpaw hissed. Her eyes became thinner amber slits as another rogue emerged from the foliage. Her gaze flicked to Ashpaw. Should we take them on, one-on-one?

OOC: oohhh this is going to be good lol

"These apprentices are threatening our rogues" Birch whispered back. "They're just young cats, though, maybe we should leave."

Dawntail decided to walk over to the group of cats. "What's going on? This is ThunderClan territory, you know!"

OOC: I'm thinking about having some conflict between the rogues and ThunderClan.

Dawntail stared at the rogues. Were they going to attack the little apprentices? Dawntail would not ever let this happen.
