my current method to stop me from constantly looking at you is turning into avoiding you and the realisation of that is killing me ugh (NOT TO MENTION THE SIDE-EFFECT OF ME AVOIDING LOOKING AT ANYONE ELSE'S FACES AT THE SAME TIME TOO RIP)

i'm really ****ing conflicted about this and tbh i wish there were two of me so i could vent and give myself advice - i always feel confident giving other people advice but when it comes to me, and this matter in particular, I'm just a mess ;;;
thinking it might help if i start venting in a journal or something to figure out everything... i don't feel like this is something I'm ready to talk to others about at this point in time, but then again i have no experience in situations like this so I'm finding myself reading tons of online articles to try and figure out what I'm feeling and it's just not helping sobs
i wish emotions weren't so complicated sighs
