"I suppose that is was a conspirator for this apocalypse we're going through?"

"This happened years ago. I doubt he had anything to do with this." Grey looked around, frowning. His voice had a tone of finality in it. "Look, this chat has been nice and all, but I think you should get going."

Patriatic's look was now under a calm sense, "...Very well then," said Patriatic starting to turn around, "But first, question: how long does it take for three to be exterminated in a wasteland?"

"Depends who. Either way, a while." Grey replied stiffly. "And expensive."

"Ah indeed," he agreed, "there are still possible threats out there, who knows...maybe even manticore's or even dragon's," Patriatic's horn glowed so he could illuminate the darkness, "And maybe...just maybe, Tartarus could have awoken to doom us all an everlasting hell."

Raptor turned to the guard with anger and sorrow, bent eyes of fury and tears of anguish, "What do you care!?" she stamped and ran up to the guard, pressing her head against his with fearlessness. Her teeth shown through her spread lips, "I'm not asking for your life story am I!? Just because you think you saved me doesn't make me obligated to tell you who I really am."

"No..." the guard was not moving, but his gears within the armor churned some, making small clank sounds just under the plating, "But it would help me understand why-"

"Why what!?... What could you, a soldier of some force with training in killing, understand about a girl who has been through so many tests that she cannot even tell the difference between a filly or a door!" she crumbled under her vague black memories, "I dont know how much longer I'm going to live with all the drugs they put in me," she was, and obviously for the first time, sobbing through her voice, "They... placed and took out different parts of both organic and inorganic things to see how the body reacts. Do you want to know why they brought me in? Because I was unwanted by society, my teeth were my choice, a concealed weapon against any unexpecting attackers, but it did not help me make amy friends. My family moved away somewhere without telling me, and then those black armored guard threw me in a cage to fly me off to that place... Very rarely do I have any type of emotions, I cannot control what I care for," she slowed. Taking a deep breath, standing and wiping her face, "When I thought I would die in those labs, a guard snuck me out, brought me to the higher levels and put me in as a 'guest' mover. Bringing in new ponies day and night... That guard was there all the time, watching me, ensuring I was in a better place, but not telling the outside world of the tortures preformed her... I worked my way up to a researcher, almost earning the doctor tittle, but my body reacted most strongly," her eyes cleared, and she was now speaking in her blank, emotionless tone again, "And then the fall happened, when Rainbow Dash and the others took up arms against the factory itself... Only to have very few get out... I dont know how or why she stays there now," Raptor then turned away again, "I have no emotions... What you saw just now was an act. Believable by so many," her voice heightened with self accomplishment, "But the story was fairly true... I never saw that guard after the breaking day... Not after I ripped his neck apart with my own teeth," she opened and snapped her mouth shut making her teeth click together.

"R?" the guard's low voice called again, "I still..." he paused as his visor rose, the red glow was no longer there, and his red(I forget what I said earlier if I gave him am eye color) irises stared both sharply but softly at the back of her head, "Nevermind," he grunted softly. Clearing his throat, "Lets just get into the forest before we get spotted out here."

Rainbow Dash looked glumly at the ground below, "Oh... Well they are together somewhere either looking or waiting for you. Hay, while we are there, we can ask about them," she still had enthusiasm, attempting to lighten the mood just as Gulaven had for her. Gulaven and the guards soon joined the two in the air, leading the way toward the locomotive station below.

Red heard everything and for once had nothing he could say. He never could comprehend the fact an earth mare like her went through so much. So he just refused to comment on what she told him and stayed quiet, hopefully trying to go to sleep.

"I appreciate your optimism, Ms. Dash." Luminia replied, managing a small smile as she dipped slightly. "...Perhaps. Cosmo has always been the night owl... Maybe he felt something was up."

"Possibly." Grey stated simply and shivered, feathers fluffing up.

"And if it has," Patriatic continued, "the one behind this may even be Tirek. It's possible he could have escaped again."

"Hh, anything's possible." Grey yawned, before quickly adding in a cold voice. "Get on with it. What's your point?"

"Alright then, to make this quick and sum up my theory is this: Tirek could have escaped and possibly may have been the cause for this by destroying the Mane Six. By doing so, he may have also killed Celestia and Luna explaining why the sun and moon is gone, and now he is exterminating everypony he can, one by one," explained Patriatic, "To quote Matthew 20:16 in the Holy Bible: '...The Last shall be First, and the First, Last...'."

OOC: we need to pause this RP for a moment, Sandman hasn't been on recently and you two are getting ahead a little in the area most of his characters are in

OOC: I'm talking to Sandman today about the RP... And the whole speed of sound thing, someone misplaced the decimal in their info, its actually 767.2_ but it doesn't really change anything that has happened :)

OOC: Sorry for the wait guys. I have been super busy with things. And the there is a blood red moon, usually caused by a solar eclipse, on one side of the sky and an eclipsed sun on the other. Please forgive me if I was not clear enough.

The unicorn slowed to a stop in front of the flames. Dusten was grateful for Hellena's assistance. He would have to give her some money as a thank you later, it didn't mean much to him anyways. He didn't want money, he wanted adventure, but right now he wanted blood.

With couple more yanks and curses he pulled the arrow out with a yell. Now that his adrenaline was flowing much like the blood from his wound he could step freely. The once friendly and playful light that shined in his eyes, that seemed to last even during the most bloody of time was replaced with pure fury.

He walked towards the nurse. The anger felt like it was going to burn a hole in his stomach, but Dusty knew he would have to practice patience. If she did not return the item, then he would kill her, otherwise it was unnecessary and he did not want to hear a lecture from Jedidiah.

He had limped up to the white unicorn extending a hoof "give it back" said a voice that burned hot with the coals of hate. The nurse looked around nervously like a schizophrenic and then tossed the chest into the air.

Anger was replaced momentarily by shock until a few nightguards swooped down and caught the deadly treasure, then the anger was back.

"tch" exclaimed a frustrated Jed noticing the arrival of new foes. He took of with a sounding boom from his big wings followed by the usually gust of dirt. He quickly caught up to the guards who flew into the clouds. From there they began to maneuver trying to avoid Jedidiah and tossing the treasure between each other in a sick game of monkey in the middle.

All the time the guards where flying in the opposite direction of Ponyville out-maneuvering the larger Jed.

Dusten turned to the nurse "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!?" he shouted furiously. The white mare let out a laugh that was strange from her usual quiet and timid demeanor. She then proceeded to step into the flames until she was completely engulfed her, where the laughter became shrieks of pain. They died down with the smell of burnt flash and a black smoke hanging in the air.

Dusty stared wide-eyed in shock until the realization struck. He took on a dark demeanor "I am going to kill him" he mumbled to himself all forms of accent gone.

The purple filly looked down "why should we?" she said to Argaent "He isn't coming back"

"come on Side Swipe" Sicolus said "We got an appointment. I promise it will cheer you up". Sic began walking to a clearing not far into the woods. It was the Rendezvous point for the night guard team he just sent out.

Barkis stopped and his eyes darted to where Sicolous' voice had trailed from, "Appointment...? That's interesting to note..." he muttered, "A little peaking couldn't hurt I presume." he began to search for where Sic's voice was coming from until he had stopped somewhere near the rendezvous area and began to inch near a tree to get a closer look.

Hellena winced at the mare's suicide and the horrible screams she let out.

"I'm sorry, I should've done more." she sighed. "That aggression it needs just hasn't been there since Loony left."

Grey's wings flared out, the half-blinded stallion crouched back to take off. Everything was still so blurry, but the shouts...

"Uhhuh, that's... cool... and all, but I think this is my call," he growled out quickly, taking off shakily. Grey grunted, straining his wings. No amount of stretching simulated real flight, something Grey had avoided for the last few weeks. He wasn't fast, definitely not on par with any athlete, his wings just not being built for speed. Regardless, he prided himself on his ability.

A couple of dark shapes, and one white... Was that what he was supposed to be looking at? Clouds... Get a nice, dark cloud...

"Uh- hmm." Argaent shifted, scratching at a spot under his scarf. He quite wanted to keep going, but the silvery unicorn didn't want to just leave her there.

Patriatic watched as Grey flew off into the distance and charged after him, "Come back here! You realize that no matter what you don't succeed easily in life unless you're born with talent right?! Those that do have it like Celestia and the Mane Six have it easy, but what about us? Aren't you sick of being boxed in reality realizing and knowing that you can't do anything about it?!" he yelled following him faster.

Grey's hackles raised, but didn't shout back a response. Hah, he was better than that.

Hellena's ears pricked, looking up to see Grey shooting past somewhat shakily, and Patriatic running after him, spouting nonsense. Her head held aloft, the mare's horn gleamed a brilliant orange.

"You! Stop."

S turned away from the tree rather quickly and followed shortly behind Sicolus. When they came to the clearing, he did not stop, just continued to make a big circle around the spot, "Do I not look happy or something?" he added as he watched his hooves while trying to keep them aligned in a specific circular path. He only looked up due to the though of being too close to a tree. He had stopped momentarily, right out in front of Barkis, where he was quiet for a second, "Is that?" he said turning his head toward the tree Barkis was behind, but he did not look all the way up, "It is!" he jumped over quickly, "A bit!" he tossed it up from the ground, it flipped backward toward the open area. Before it could hit the ground, he had dived out to catch it playfully.

Raptor was the first into the trees, finding no expression besides just completely relaxed facial muscles, "The Everfree forest. Hm," she scoffed a cough of laughter, "I remember a story about ponies who go in, don't come out. Never believed it, not once. The place has been quite the grounds for food really. Strangers pass by and all, testing the story. It seems I'm the only one who ever really come out," she brushed away a thicket of leaves and mud to expose broken and hole filled bones of at least three ponies. A unicorn and two earth ponies are what they looked like, but it was hard to tell when they were mixed in suck a way, "They were a fun trio. We didn't get along too well though."

The guard was really quiet about the whole thing. The only sounds were his steps and the occasional clicks and turns from the small gears under the metal plating.

"See, we'll figure it out when we get there," Rainbow noted as she flew down to land on the train platform. The train was vandalized with graffiti, trash, and other vile thing one would prefer to stay were they came from.

"Torch," Gulaven called as he landed on the engine, "Release the cars, leave only one car for us. Would be pointless to clean out more than we need. Cauldron, start on bathing extra burnables, the coal probably won't be as good with the gore someponies decided to leave."

As Torch went to open the first car door, originally to start clearing it out, a blade of some sort and size lunged out and hurried itself into the pegasus' chest and beyond. The force of the attack threw him into the window of the platform building, where he disappeared behind the wall. Cauldron ran out and flew up over the car. Leveling out with the car windows, "There are four bandits in there," he then dropped down really fast to avoid multiple projectiles that flew faster than one could see. "And they've got a shotgun."

Red sleepily opened his eyes to look, "The forest...? Oh, right. Isn't that where Zecora lives that...voodoo doctor?" he asked confused.

Patriatic continued to go after Grey to convince him to help, "Listen to me dear boy!" he yelled, "I thought it would be fun working a job as a studier on clothing, but that was a wash. Everypony around me was such a half-witted idiopathic chump, and the only reason I took it up was to get closer to Rarity! No matter what you pick or what you choose in life, it won't matter unless you're special! Also, no matter who you are, you're lifespan's only 80 years or so right? Wouldn't it be better if life wasn't like that anymore for anypony?"

"'Special?'" Grey repeated the word in a scathing hiss, but neglected to add more as he angled himself upwards, a small cloud set within his sights. He'd heard Hellena's sharp yell, and guessed that she would probably take care of it. Reaching the small cumulus, Grey struck his hoof along the edge, very much like how one would light a match. Lightning shot out the cloud, twisting and arching before dissipating.

No, no... Unsatisfied with the results, he continued on, leaving the significantly lighter cloud behind.

"Mind if I go after him?" Hellena turned to Dusty, a hindhoof kicking at the dust impatiently. "My dear friend up there is a little on edge, for lack of a better term. I wouldn't trust that he wouldn't, eh, 'accidentally' aim down with that lightning thing he has going on."

Luminia landed heavily, swearing under her breath. "How do you propose we proceed?" she asked quietly. "The guard never saw much use for firearms."

"Come down Grey!" Patriatic shouted seeing Grey on the cloud, "I know you have to hide away because your surly and hateful, but this is annoying!"

"I think I made myself clear. I don't care." Grey finally broke his silence, repeating the process and subsequently leaving a larger cloud, but didn't continue on with what could've easily turned into a rant.

"go ahead just put out these flames real quick, when they drop that chest I want to be under it" Dusten said looking at the flying guards and Jed. 'he is wrong' He thought to himself 'I was a weak timid little colt, but now I am a warrior.'

Meanwhile Jed took notice of the lightning. 'Either back ups on the way or there are more traitors' he thought 'I will take my chances with the idea of back up but still I might get hit.' He flew after one who quickly tossed it away. "that's it" Jedidiah said sick of this game. He kept heading after the night guard who was obviously surprised by his actions as Jed drew his sword.

The dark night guard fell down in two pieces and Jed set his sights on the other one a little disturbed by the fact he had to go so far.

Sic looked in the sky patiently, all those years in a cell taught him that time was relative. "sounds like their close" he said hearing the thunder "and like they have run into trouble". There was thud behind Sic as the upper half of the dead guard landed in S's hooves. "HEY!" Sicolus shouted sounding angry "no laying down on the job".

He let a roar of laughter.

"please take me with you" the little filly said "I am scared of being alone."

Patriatic turned away in anger, leaving, "Someday boy! You'll learn that what I see is the right path for all!" he shouted

"Uhhuh." Hellena stated simply, drawing the magically-fuelled flames back into her horn, letting out a short hiss as a few flares backlashed upon contact with the appendage, charring the tip and burning a few stray hairs. Leaving the last few fires to smoulder at the base of trees, the mare continuing on after Grey and Patriatic, a grim smile upon her face.

"I haven't heard much, but you seem the perfect lunatic." she commented idly. Even from the ground, she could tell how agitated her comrade was.

"Of course, of course." Argaent beckoned the filly forward with a flick of his head, continuing on his path.

Barkis peered at the dead guard, but stayed hidden from Sic's sight, Now I hope he doesn't see me... he thought holding on to his sword.

Patriatic stopped and turned over to Hellena soon approaching her, "Perfect lunatic?" he asked, "for what?"

Hellena snorted. "Do I need to list the reasons? Okay. Running after after a known killer and spouting nonsense about your perfect world order, for one."

"True, but the new world order is something everypony will know." said Patriatic, "what else interested you?"

"Two, your little comment about, uh, Rarity, was it?" Hellena shifted. "Granted, that one plays more on my amusement than other things, but, hhhaha."

"Yes that's true," Patriatic replied, "she inspired me, actions as a 'hero' and designer. I wasn't like other ponies in my past."

"Yes, yes, I know infatuation when I see it, but that's not the point."

"It isn't infatuation, but what is your point then?" he asked.

"Fine, lust. Your pick." Hellena shrugged. "So, yeah, down to business. What exactly did you want with a sniper, aside from idle chatter? Yeah, I saw. It intrigues me."

"It was no attraction, I promise you that," he replied, "and I wanted to see Grey to ally with him in finding her. She holds great...potential."

"A sniper." Hellena repeated. "Not a tracker. Not even a spy. A sniper."

"As a sniper he has the potential of silent murder, quiet, fast, and with good aim I knew he would be a great ally to me in exterminating any rodents," he explained

"Hhch, fair enough." Hellena back, frowning. "That changeling creep more suitable for the job is dead, anyway. Unique case, he was... Wonder how his mother's doing... should go talk to her..."

"Changeling? Those ugly cretins are still murking this world even after an apocalypse? If that's the case, I'll have to kill off more than."

"Touch my lot and I'll make you regret it." Hellena's voice was even, but the flicker along her horn and the look in her eyes betrayed the tinge of anger she felt. "Hm. If you've heard of Grey, surely you've heard of Achilles?"

"I don't recall anything about Achilles, is this another one of your friends that you're searching for as well?" Patriatic asked

"No, he's dead. I watched him die." Hellena shook her head, holding up her injured hoof with a sigh. "We done here? You can get up and leave. Neither of us are helping you."

"...Very well than," he replied walking past Hellena, "as you wish your elegance. Though your injured hoof may be a problem."

Hellena snorted. "Flirt with the pyromaniac. I'm sure Rarity would just love you, ladykiller." she grinned with smug satisfaction, cocking her head to one side. Hoping Patriatic would rise to her bait, she continued on. "The Nightmare sure liked the pretty ones, didn't it?"
