Jason looked at her, shrugging when she said 'so.' "I don't know what to do either." He said, walking down the hallway a little bit, slow enough for the others. "This is all waaaaay too confusing."

Ember nodded, agreeing. "Well, this place is made of ice...couldn't I just...you know...melt a hole in the wall or something?"

Jason had been about to reply, but nodded after Erianna said her comment. "Agreed. If we melt this, it will spread, melting the entire castle." He said.

Ember's gaze flicked to her hands. Is firepower in a world of ice and snow a blessing...or a curse, if I cannot use it?

"Why are we doing this again...?" Hoshi asked, somewhat annoyed having opened the door to the third room she'd check, all of which had been broomclosets filled with nothing more than janitorial supplies.
"Even though there's a good chance of finding nothing, one of these rooms could have something useful inside it." Seiki said, opening yet another broomcloset.
"Does this qualify as interesting?" Shiori asked, holding open the door to the room she had just peered in.
Hoshi and Seiki walked over to her and saw the small room which was mostly empty had a hook on the back wall with a set of keys dangling from it. Seiki looked to Hoshi and simply smiled. She returned his gaze with a scowl in defeat.
"Fine, you were right." She admitted.
Seiki took the keys then the trio proceeded to fidn the stairs up to the next level of the castle.

The three went down the rather long hall until they found another set of stairs heading up, once again spiraling.
"This place doesn't seem to have much originality to it does it?" Hoshi remarked.
"It's posssibly because we're in the basement area which no one really cares about." Seiki replied.
They proceeded to walk up the stairs.

Ember shook herself out of it, and looked around. "You're both right. So... let's go, I guess? I don't want to get caught here..." She looked around for a direction to start moving in.
