ok, i'm writing more on wordpad now. i should post it soon. oh, and i have a week off school, so i should have plenty of tiem to write.

Anything ready yet?

this is all i have for now...

"the last battle?" Goldstar asked.
"indeed..." Illyria replied. "..but...that is all i shall say..."
"what? but i need to know more. i must know what happens to Fireflight"
"let fate reveal itself in time...i can not tell you now what is to come...you must go..."
"no. i must know more"
"you know what you must...though if you wish to know more...seek someone as ancient...and as wise...as i..."
"who? where can i find them?"
"he can be found far from here....follow the darkness....it will lead you to hir lair...."
"follow the darkness? but what dose that mean?"
"exactly what i said....follow the darkness....it shall be your guide...." she said. then there was a blinding flash of light. then Goldstar found herself standing outside Frostbolt's home. Goldstar looked around.
"but where am i supposed to go...?" she said to herself. then she heard a voice.
"just follow the darkness....it is the only way to find his lair...." a female voice whispered telepathically. then Goldstar walked off into the night.

I waited more, but this will hold my hunger for a while

Fireflight and Nightflight approached the mountain. all seemed normal, and there didn't seem to be anything to worry about. Fire looked at Night.
"this seems too easy. i don't see any traps, gaurds, or anything to keep us out" she said. Night stopped, and looked at the mountain.
"trust me, it'll be hard. you can't see what keeps you from entering. just start walking towards the mountain, and you'll see what i mean" Night said.
"ok" Fireflight replied. then she started walking towards the mountain. then suddenly, chains sprung up from the ground, and grabbed each of fireflight's legs. then more chains appeared, and grabbed her wings, neck, and tail. "Night, help me!"
"i can't. i'll only get trapped as well" she replied.
"than how do i get free?! i can't move!"
"first of all, calm down. freaking out won't help, trust me. just sit there, and wait"
"what?!"
"trust me"
"fine..." Firelfight replied. she just stood there, unable to move. then Nightflight spread her wings, and flew up into the air. he started flying towards the mountain. then suddenly, flaming arrows flew towards her, coming from the mountain. Night quickly dodged them, and continued flying. the arrows them flew towards the ground, landing close to Fireflight. the fire from the arrows started to burn through the chains. soon the chains melted, freeing Fireflight.
"quick! follow me!" Night yelled from the air. then Fireflight spread her wings, and flew after her. more arrows shot at them as they neared the mountain. they each dodged them. then part of the mountain opened up, and several dreadwings flew towards them. the dreadwings made schreeching sounds as they flew closer. Night flew over them, clawing at them. Fire followed her, and did the same. the dreadwings fought back, biting and clawing. as they continued to fight, more flaming arrows shot at them. "look out!" Night yelled to Fire. Fireflight just barely dodged the arrows. the dreadwings were hit by the arrows. their wings cought on fire, and they began falling to the ground. then chains sprung up from the ground, and grabbed them. the dreadwings schreeched as they tried to break free. Nightflight and fireflight flew towards the mountain, dodging arrows as they flew. then part of the mountain opened up again, and several black dragons flew towards them. they breathed shadowfire as they got closer. Night dodged the shadowfire, and charged at the dragons, raming them with her horns. then one of them grabbed her from behind, while others breathed shadowfire on her.
"Night!" Fire yelled, charging at the dragons. she ramed them with her horns, and fought with her claws and tail. she stabbed the dragon that held Night, freeing her. the dragons roared angerly, and then spit acid at them. Night dodged the acid, but some of the acid hit Fireflight. the acid began to eat through her scales. she grunted and groaned, and then began clawing at the dragons. the dragons then breatehd shadowfire at her, burning more of her scales. Night charged at the dragon, raming them with her horns. she then clawed at them, and attacked with her tail. the dragons blew Night away with wind, and then sent a tornado after her. Fireflight continued clawing at them as they breathed shadowfire on her. Night tired to avoid the tornado, but she was sucked into it. Fire saw she was in trouble, and flew over to help. then Fire flew straight through the tornado, grabbing Night, and pulling her out. the tornado vanished, and then the dragons flew towards them, breathing shadowfire. Fireflight and Nightflight dodged their attacks. then Night started to fly towards the mountain.
"come on!" she yelled to Fire. then Fireflight followed her, dodging the dragons' attacks. they soon reached the mountain. Night saw the opening. then Fireflight flew towards it. "wait! no!" Night yelled. then a forcefield kept Fire from going inside. the dragons flew towards her. Fireflight watched as the dragons neared her. they breathed shadowfire as they flew closer, but the dodged their attacks. the shadowfire hit the mountain's forcefield, weakening it. then Fire and Night pushed the dragons, making them hit the forcefield. the forcefield continued to weaken. "we have to break the forcefield!" Night yelled. then the dragons flew towards them, breathing shadowfire.
"i have an idea! follow me!" Fire yelled. then she flew towards the mountain, dodging the dragons' attacks. Night followed her. they continued flying towards the mountain with the dragons right behind them. Fire and Night were now in fron of the mountain. the dragons got closer, still breathing shadowfire. "now!" Fire yelled. then she and Nightflight flew upwards, dodging the dragons. then the dragons breathed shadowfire on the forcefield, and then crashed into it. the forcefield shattered, and the dragons crashed landed inside. "come on!" Fire yelled. then Fireflight and Nightflight flew inside the mountain.

Angelus had woken up from his nap, and was now flying over forrests. he looked down, an saw Evelyn, Targon, Talon, and Neona walking together. he smiled evily, and then landed in the bushes. he then began to follow them. he hadn't realized that he was in his own body. then Talon and Neona stopped. they looked around, as if looking for something. Evelyn and Targon stopped.
"what is it?" Targon asked.
"we are not alone..." Talon whispered as he got out his bow and arrow. Neona got out a sword. she then pointed it towards the bushes where Angelus was hding.
"there..." she whispered. Talon nodded. then he shot an arrow at the bushes. Angelus saw the arrow, and jumped out of the bushes to dodge it. the others looked at him. Angelus looked at them.
"ah, so our paths cross again" he said.
"you keep quiet! you killed my wolves, and now you must pay!" Neona growled. then she raised her sword, and charged at him. he then grabbed her sword, and broke it in half. then he grabbed Neona by her neck.
"you think you can stop me? you are a mere animal. if no dragon can stop me, what makes you think a powerless wolf such as yourself can?" he smiled evily. Neona looked at him.
"i am not a powerful dragon, but i am not powerless. i shall get revenge for my wolves!" she growled. then she bit his paw. Angelus groaned, and swung his paw around to get her off of him. then Talon shot arrows at Angelus. Targon shot fire balls at him. Evelyn spit acid at him. Angelus threw Neona into a tree. he was hit by the others attacks, but they didn't seem to hurt him. he then blew them away with wind.
"as much as i would love to stay here, and kill you all, i have more important things to do" he snarled. then Angelus flew off into the night. Targon got up, and helped Evelyn up. Talon got up, and then walked over to Neona.
"are you alright?" he asked. she got up, and looked at him.
"i am fine. though i am still furious with that dragon for killing my wolves. i will get my revenge" she snarled.
"yes, i am angry as well. but we must get to the artic. we can not stop him alone. we will need the others' help" he said. Targon and Evelyn walked over to them.
"we have to get moving" Targon said.
"yeah. who knows when that dragon will come back" Evelyn said. then they began walking towards the artic once more.

morning came, and Goldstar was finding it harder to follow the shadows. she flew over the ground below, looking for shadows ro follow. the morning sun shone brightly, and the only shadows were from trees when the sun hit them. Goldstar landed on the ground near a tree. she looked at the ground, and noticed that the shadow appeared to be pointing to the west. she looked west, and saw more trees. their shadows also pointed west. she looked in the distance, and could see a tall mountain. there were dark clouds above the mountain, and it appeared to be the only place in shadows. she then walked towards the mountain, feeling as though she was supposed to be going there. she walked, and walked, until she reached the mountain. there were large, iron, black, double-doors. Goldstar walked up to the doors, and knocked. the doors opened, but no one was there. there was only darkness inside. Goldstar walked inside, and the doors slamned shut behind her. now she only stood there, unable to see in the darkness.
"who dares enter my domain?!" a dark, thundering, male voiced asked.
"i am Goldstar, head elder, and member of the Council of Wyrms. Illyria sent me" she said.
"Illyria? what purpose would she have sending you here?" the voice asked. the voice seemed softer this time, and a little surprised.
"i seek information. that of which she was unable to give me. she said i could find answers here"
"i care not for giving out information to one such as you. leave, and do not return..." he said. the voice sounded distant now. then there were sounds of footsteps.
"wait! i need to know about Fireflight!" Goldstar blurted out. the footsteps stopped.
"Fireflight? the red empath?" the voice asked, curiously.
"yes. she was my friend, yet i did something terrible to her. i banned her to the Wasteland"
"the Wasteland? then there is nothing i can do..." the voice sounded distant again.
"wait! i just need to know if she'll be ok..."
"that is all?" the voice asked, sounding a bit irritated. "you come all this way to ask if someone in the Wasteland will be ok?!" he growled.
"i am sorry. she is like family to me. she is a protector of the innocnets. she has saved the world many times. without her, the fate of the world may be--"
"bah! i care not for the innocents, or the fate of the world!"
"please! i need you to help me!"
"nonsense. you do not need my help. you seek answers to questions that can not be given. although, deep down, you know what is to come. whether you realize it or not, you know what her fate is"
"then what should i do?"
"first of all, stop asking so many pointless questions. you're giving me a headache. second, leave. i do not want you here, disturbing my rest. just go home. stop worrying all the time about the fate of one dragon that isn't even you. you can not change destiny, so stop trying to fight it. now, go..." he said. the voice began to sound distant again.
"wait. can i at least know your name?"
"it is Zebulon. now, go..." the voice sounded distant again. the sound of footsteps grew soft.
"thank you" she said. then the doors opened, and she walked outside.

Fireflight and Nightflight landed inside the mountain. it was dark, and they could barely see. the inside of the mountain was big, and had many tunnels going in all directions.
"what now?" Fire asked. Night looked around.
"we pick the right path"
"and that would be?" she asked. Night looked at each tunnel.
"the wrong one will lead us to more trouble. the right one will lead us to more trouble, and then the portal..."
"ok, great. so which one is the right one?" Fireflight asked. Night looked at the far wall. there was no tunnel there.
"that way" she said. Fire looked.
"um, you know that's a wall, right?" Fire asked.
"trust me" Night said. then she walked over to the wall. she then put her paw on a part of the wall. then the wall opened up, leading to a long tunnel. "come on" she said, walking inside. Fireflight followed her. the tunnel started to go upward, and got brighter.
"well, at least we can see better now" Fire said.
"shh" Night shushed her. "you have to be quiet. we don't want them to hear us..." she whispered.
"them?" Fire asked. then suddenly, a loud rumble could be heard in the tunnel. it sounded as if there was a stampede headed their way. "what's that?"
"that's them..." Night said. then she looked to the ride-side of the tunnel. she put her paw on a part of the tunnel, and a part of the wall opened up to a secret room. "this way!" Night said, jumping inside. Fire jumped in after her. however, the wall was still open, and the rumbeling sound was getting closer. then suddenly, several giant, green orcs jumped into the room where they were. they wore grey armor, and carried battle-axes. they glared at Fireflight and Nightflight. then with a loud cry, they raised their axes, and charged at them.

*eat fingers*

Fireflight and Nightflight charged at the orcs, and rammed them with their horns. they knocked the orcs back into the wall. however, they got up quickly, and charged at them again. Fire and Night jumped over them, and ran out of the room.
"follow me!" Night yelled as she ran down and the tunnel. Fireflight was right behind her, but the orcs were following them. then the orcs started throwing daggers at them. Fire and Night ran faster while trying to avoid getting hit. Night looked at the end of the tunnel, and saw a small room. in the room she saw a black portal. "come on!" Night yelled, running faster. Fire followed her. the orcs continued throwing daggers. Fire barely dodged them as she ran. Night ran faster. then she jumped through the portal. Fire ran faster, and soon jumped through the portal as well. then the portal closed as the orcs ran up to it.

Fireflight and Nightflight got up off of the ground, and looked around them. the portal was gone, and they were safe for now. they contineud to look around, and saw many mountains, and cliffs. there didn't appear to be any forrests, jungles, or grassland areas nearby.
"where are we?" Nightflight. "i didn't think home would have changed this much" she continued. Fire looked around.
"that's because this isn't home at all. we jumped through the wrong portal!" Fire said.
"calm down. anywhere is better than where we were. besides, i'm sure we'll find a way to get home" Night said. then Night looked up at the sky. she then saw several creatures flying towards them.
"Night, what are they?"
"i'm not sure. they're too far away to tell. they kind of resemble dragons"
"dragons? can you tell the color?" Fire asked. Night strained her eyes to see.
"barely...they look...brown...? but it's hard to tell..."
"brown? that doesn't sound like a dragon i'm familiar with"
"yeah, me neither. lets just keep our distance, and we should be ok" Night said. they then turned their backs to see more of the world they were in. while their backs were turned, the creatures rapidly flew towards them. they did resemble dragons in a lot of ways. their basic body shape, head, wings, claws, resebled that of a dragon. however, they appeared to only have two back feet. they were smaller than average dragons, but could fly faster. there were dozens of them, and they continued to fly towards Fire and Night. Fireflight and Nightflight turned back around in time to see the creatures dive down, attacking with their back claws. Fire and Night put up their wings as shields while clawing back. then they started swinging their tails at the creatures to attack. the creatures eventually flew back a foot or two to avoid the attacks. Fire and Night observed their enemys.
"hey, they look like wyverns!" Fire said.
"yeah, you're right. which means we should be able to kill them easily. hey, lets try to use our elemental breaths" Night said. Fire nodded. then they tried to breathe fire, but nothing happened. "darn it! our powers don't work here either!"
"don't worry. we can take them" Fire said. then the wyverns charged at them, ramming them with their horns. Fire and Night knocked them back, but the wyvenrs just charged back even faster.
"they move too fast! we'll have to fly if we want to move that fast!" Night said.
"we can't! they fight better in the air! we need to get them on land!" Fire replied. then the wyverns charged at them once more, and clawed at them. they surrounded Fire and Night, biting and clawing at them. then a loud, eagle-like screech could be heard, as a large, eagle-like creature swooped down from the top of a mountain. it's head, upper torso, and forelegs were like those of a giant eagle. it was nearly solid black, with blood red eyes. it's wings with a span of twenty-five feet rose out of it's back. the inside of it's wings were light-colored, almost white. the lower half of it was that of a lion. it had muscualr rear legs, and clawed feet. a lion's tail hung down from it's powerful rear hunches. it let out another eagle-like screech as it charged towards the wyverns. it clawed at them with it's talons and back claws. the wyverns began to back off as the creature continued to attack. Fire and Night only watched as the creature grabbed the wyverns one by one, tearing at them until they died. a couple of wyverns began to fly away in fear of death. the creature let out yet another screech as it watched them fly away. it glanced at Fire and Night before flying after the wyverns.

"what in the world was that?" Fire asked.
"i don't know" Night replied.
"where did it come from?"
"i don't know"
"why was it after the wyverns?"
"i don't know"
"then what do you know?"
"that some big bird-like thing flew from out of nowhere, and somehow managed to save us from a bunch of stupid wyverns. that's what i know" Night said, sounding irritated.
"i know that, Night, and i'm upset too. it's not every day a dragon is saved from wyverns by something else. but i'm more concerned with what it was then the fact we were saved from it. i want to know what it is, and what it wants"
"well, i don't know, and i honestly don't care. i just want to go home"
"figures. you never care about anything but yourself"
"not true. i could of left you in the Wasteland, but i didn't. that shows i care at least a little"
"maybe..." Fire said. then she took a few steps towards the direction where the creature flew away. she spread her large, red wings, ready to take flight.
"what are you doing?"
"the only thing i can think of to find out what that was. are you coming or not?" Fire asked as she flew up into the sky. Night hesitated a moment. she looked up at Fireflight, and then flew up after her.
"alright, i'll come. but i don't care about this stupid bird" she said. then they flew off into the distance.

the creature had hunted down the remaining wyverns, and tore them apart. it left their lifeless bodys laying on the ground as it flew off into the distance. however, the creature flew a bit oddly because it had damaged it's wing in the battle. the creature flew to a large mountain. he landed on a clifside, and walked into a small opening to a cave. the air inside was cool, and it got cooler as the creature walked deeper into the cave. then there was another creature sitting in the cave. this one was snow white, with blueish-grey feathers on it's inside wings. it's mane, and tail were the same color. it's eyes were ice blue. it's beak and talons were light grey. it looked at the black creature who entered the cave.
"welcome" the white creature said, quietly, with a calm, female voice. the black creature walked closer, and sat down in front of her. he lifted his right wing, showing her the damage.
"i have come in need of your assitance" the creature said in a low tone, with a deep, male voice. the female grabbed a small bowl made of rock. inside were many diffrent herbs.
"relax" the female said. then the male layed down, with his right wing facing her. she then observed the damaged wing before grabbing another bowl. this bowl held some soft, cool mud inside. she took some of the mud into her left talon, and placed it on his wing. she then gently spread the mud all over his wing. then she picked up the bowl that held the herbs, and placed it on the ground in front of the male. "eat this, and you will feel better" she told him.
"thank you" he said before eating the herbs.
"tell me, what damaged your wing?" she asked.
"it was nothing" he said, quietly.
"well, then nothing certainly hurt your wing enough for you to come to me. tell me, what harmed you?"
"nothing you need to be concerned with" he said as he started to get up. she then placed her talon on his.
"not so fast. you need your rest"
"no. thank you, but i must go now"
"why? you have nowhere to be in such a hurry"
"it is not your concern"
"Omen, why must you try to hide things from me? i have known you since we were young. you can not fool me. you were hunting the wyverns again"
"it is not your concern, Aurorah. i can handle myself in battle"
"true. but even the greatest of warriors need their rest"
"i have no time for rest"
"then you have no time for life. if you continue to constantly hunt the wyverns, it will surely be the end of you. no one can hunt and fight forever"
"then i shall die in battle"
"then what? will ending your life somehow make you feel better?"
"what diffrence does it make if i live or die? my life is meaningless now"
"your life is not meaningless, Omen"
"i lost everything that mattered to me. how is my life meaningful?"
"i understand your pain for what you have lost, but that does not make your life meaningless. though your life will have no meaning if you continue to spend all of your time hunting"
"hunting is all i can do. i failed to protect what mattered most in my life. now i make those who took everything from me pay for what they have done"
"hunting down the wyverns will not bring them back. that will only cause you more pain"
"those wyverns ripped the beating heart out of my chest and tore it to shreds. there is nothing more they can do to me"
"they can kill you if you are not careful"
"then i welcome death with open talons"
"you are making a mistake, Omen"
"then learn from my mistake, Aurorah, and do not allow those beasts to take what matters most to you" then before Aurorah could respond, Omen ran out of the cave. then with a loud screech, he flew off into the distance. Aurorah walked to the cliff's edge, and watched as he flew away.

"we are not lost"
"ok, Fire, then tell me where we are" Night said. Fireflight was silent. "i knew it. we're lost" she said. Nightflight and Fireflight had landed on the ground near the bodys of dead wyverns. they assumed the creature had been there.
"no, we're not. i just don't know where to go from here, that's all"
"yeah, you don't know where we are, you don't know where to go, and you don't know how to get home, i call that being lost"
"ok, fine, miss know-it-all, we're lost. there. i said it. happy now?"
"well, lets see, i'm surrounded by dead wyverns that stink, i'm far from home, hungry, and i'm following my sister, who i hate, to find some creature, which i hate, instead of trying to get home, so no, Fire, i'm not happy"
"you don't have to follow me, Night. you can go wandering off in another direction, and get yourself lost if that's what you want"
"i'm already lost, so i mine as well stay with you. besides, maybe if we find that thing it can show us the way out of here"
"that's actually not a bad idea" Fire said. then she looked around, trying to figure out which direction the creature may have gone to. then she thought she heard something. it sounded like a faint roar. "did you hear that?"
"hear what?" Night asked. then Fire heard the sound again.
"that" Fire said. Night listened carefully.
"i don't hear anything. you must be losing your mind, not that you had much to lose"
"oh, very funny. i'm being serious, Night. i heard something"
"yeah, right. and i saw a flying warthog just two seconds ago"
"Night, be serious. i really did hear something"
"who says i was joking? i could have seen a flying warthog"
"come on, Night, a flying warthog? you obviously made that up"
"fine, don't believe me. but if you see a flying warthog, don't come running to me" Fire just rolled her eyes, and took a few steps away from her. she looked around, but see anything. then she thought she heard the sound again.
"ok, i really did hear something that time"
"like what? the wind? there's nobody here but us" Night said. then Fire closed her eyes, and listened closely. then she heard it again, only louder this time.
"no, not the wind. it sounds like roaring"
"roaring? you mean, more wyverns?"
"i think so..."
"oh, great. we won't have to be saved by super bird again, will we?"
"i don't know...but i hope it shows up..." Fire said. just then, she looked up at the sky to see about twenty wyverns flying towards them.
"well, if that thing doesn't show up, then we'll have to take on these wyverns" Night replied. then Fireflight heard a loud screech.
"i don't think so..." she said. then the wyverns turned around to see Omen flying towards them at high speed. "..look..." Fire continued. then Omen grabbed one of the wyverns with it's talons, and then slamned it on the ground. Omen then began ripping the wyvern to shreds. the other wyverns roared in anger, and flew down to attack. they clawed at Omen, leaving many cuts. Omen then let out a high-pitched screech. it seemed to hurt the wyverns' ears, because they flew back a little, shaking their heads. then Omen flapped his wings, and flew over to them, attacking with his talons and claws. Fire and Night watched as Omen tore at the wyverns' bodys. the wyverns fought back, clawing and biting at him. they began to surround him, leaving no escape route. the wyverns continued to attack. black feathers flew in all directions. Omen fought back, but he was greatly out-numbered. then Fire lowered her head, and charged at the wyverns, ramming them with her horns. the wyverns turned to face her, and attacked angerly. Fireflight fought back with her teeth and claws, occasionally swinging her tail at them. Night soon joined her in the fight. Omen also clawed at the wyverns. the wyverns were getting weaker, blood splashed in all directions. a couple of the wyverns started to fly away. others stayed behind, and fought to the death. Fire and Night killed many of the wyverns. Omen saw more were flying away. he screeched loudly, and began to fly after them. "no!" Fire yelled, flying after him. she then flew in front of him. Omen looked at her, curiously. he wondered why this red creature yelled at him, and blocked his path. Night killed more wyverns, and watched the others fly away in fear. Omen and Fireflight looked at each other. soon Omen landed on the ground, and Fire landed soon after. Night walked over to them, and looked at Omen.
"who are you?" she asked.

Omen looked at Nightflight. Fire and Night looked at him.
"i'll ask again, who are you?" Night asked. Omen only looked at her. Fire looked at Night, and whispered to her,
"do you think it understands us?" she asked.
"i understand perectly" he replied.
"so you can talk" Fire said.
"and you have good hearing" Night added.
"yes, i can speak, and my hearing is above average. tell me, who are you, and what brings you here?" he asked.
"hey, we asked first" Night said.
"Night, be nice"
"what? it's just a bird" Night said. Omen gave her an angered look.
"only a bird? does a bird have back legs with sharp claws, and a long tail? does a bird walk on four legs, and live in caves? does a bird hunt large creatures, tear them to shreds, and eat maybe eat them? is a bird as large as i, and as skilled a hunter?" Omen asked.
"ok, i get it, you're not a bird" Night said.
"then what are you?" Fire asked.
"i am a gryphon. though what are each of you? wyverns with four legs?"
"hey! i'll have you know that we are not wyverns! we are dragons! far greater than any wyvern!" Night snarled. Omen looked at her, then at Fire.
"your friend is short-tempered and rude. why put up with such a creature?"
"she's my sister, unfortuantely"
"you are family?"
"yeah, and are you as unlucky as we are? do you have family?" Night asked. Omen looked away.
"nevermind that. can you tell us your name?" Fire asked. Omen looked at her.
"i am Omen"
"hm, suits you. you certainly act--"
"Night!"
"what?" Night asked, getting irritated. Omen looked at her.
"you have the same name as the time when the sun sets, and the moon rises?" Night looked at him.
"if you mean the nighttime, then not exactly. my name is Nightflight. although my sister often calls me Night"
"i see," he said. then he looked at Fire. "and what is your name?"
"my name is Fireflight. though Night often calls me Fire"
"such strange custom. shortening someone's name to only half it's length"
"well, it's normal where we come from" Night said.
"i sense that you were not from around here. how far is your homeland?"
"well, we're from another world" Night replied.
"i do not understand"
"what she means is, there are other worlds beyond yours, and one of them is our home. you see, we came here through a portal, and we much get back soon" Fire explained.
"i still am not sure i understand"
"oh. well, we were hoping you could guide us to a portal" Fire said.
"i have not seen such a thing here"
"we're never getting home, are we?" Night asked.
"yes we will. i just don't know how" Fire replied.
"i do not know of the portal of which you speak, but i may know of someone who will"
"can you take us to whoever that is?" Fire asked.
"Omen!" a female voice called from above. they all looked up to see Aurorah flying over them. she then landed beside Omen. they all looked at her.
"i no longer have to" he said. "Fireflight, Nightflight, this is a close friend of mine, Aurorah"
"hello there" she said.
"hi. can you take us to a portal?" Fire asked.
"i have heard of what you seek. though i am quite busy at the moment"
"with what? catching up with your boyfriend?" Night asked.
"Night!" Fire glared at her. Omen looked at Night, angerly. Aurorah ignored her remark.
"we are not familiar with the term, 'boyfriend' " Omen said.
"well, a boyfriend is--"
"nevermind that, Night. what were you going to say, Aurorah?"
"well, as i was going to explain, i am rather busy. someone must insure that Omen does not get himself into trouble"
"Aurorah, i have already explained that--"
"oh, you don't have to worry about him. we've seen this guy fight. he tore up those wyverns" Night interrupted.
"Night!" Fire snarled.
"what?!" Night asked, irritated.
"just don't talk anymore! now, what were you going to say, Omen?"
"that is not any of your concern" he replied. then he flew away.
"Omen, wait!" Aurorah called, flying after him.
"ok, then..." Night said. "are they wierd, or what?" she asked. Fire only glared at her. "what? they are strange"
"they may be odd, but that's no reason to be rude around them. didn't you see the angry looks they gave you?"
"yeah, but since they arn't really a threat to us, i ignored them"
"careful, Night. they may not have powers, but they are skilled fighters. and without our powers, they may be a good match for us if provoked. as long as they agree to help us, we have to be nice to them. if we arn't they may refuse to help us, and then we may never get home"
"ok, ok. i'll be nice. but what do we do now?"
"what else? we go after them. we need their help" Fire replied. then she flew after the gryphons. Night followed her.

Fire and Night flew after the gryphons. Omen screeched as he flew faster. Aurorah flew faster to keep up with him. she looked in the distance, and a large valley.
"Omen, stop!" she yelled, but he only flew faster. Aurorah soon stopped. she knew she couldn't stop him. Fire and Night flew up to her.
"where is he going?" Fire asked. Aurorah looked at them.
"straight into danger. i must stop him before he makes a foolish mistake"
"danger? he's going to a valley"
"it is not just any valley. that valley is where the wyverns live. any creatures who dares enter their valley is immediately attacked by all wyverns who spot them"
"why would he go there?"
"it is a long story. now i must go before he gets himself killed" Aurorah said. then she flew away.
"we're going after them, arn't we?" Night asked.
"yep. prepare for battle, Night, we're going to visit some wyverns"
"oh, fun" Night said, sarcastically. Fire and Night flew after them. they flew faster than before, and flew right past Aurorah. they saw Omen fly into the valley, and soon flew in after him. Aurorah flew in behind them. they were soon spotted by wyverns, who flew out of their lairs to attack. nearly one hundered wyverns flew towards them, roaring in anger. Omen let out a high-pitched screech. they wyverns stopped for a moment, and shoke their heads. Aurorah screeched as well as she flew up to Omen. Fire and Night roared as they flew past the gryphons, and charged at the wyverns. Omen and Aurorah screeched again as they charged at the wyverns. Fire and Night rammed them with their horns, and began clawing at the gryphons. Omen and Aurorah soon joined in the fight, attacking with claws, talons, and beaks. the wyverns fought back, clawing and biting. Fire and Night clawed and bit back at them. Omen and Aurorah did the same. the fight went on, and soon wyverns' dead bodys fell to the ground. though, there were still some fighting, and more kept coming.
"we must leave!" Aurorah yelled. Fire and Night nodded. they each killed the wyverns closest to them, and began to head back. Aurorah did the same. however, Omen kept fighting. thw wyverns surrounded him, and attacked him brutally. "Omen!" Aurorah cried.
"we have to help him!" Fire yelled. then she and Night charged at the wyverns, raming them with their horns. they looked at Omen. "lets get out of here!" she said. Omen looked at them, and then at Aurorah.
"Omen, we must go!" she yelled. he then flew towards her with Fire and Night behind him. the wyverns roared, and flew after them. they all flew out of the valley with the wyverns still following them. they didn't know how to get away from them.
