Bryan made a stand over the fire, and found a stick. He pierced the fish with the stick, and mounted it on the stand, rotating it and roasting it over the fire. He watched it steadily, and kept both sides evenly cooked at all times.

Alyx watched Miles closely, getting worried on how far he was going to go.

Miles whistled a merry tune. Sitting down where he was. He was about 20 feet from the group and their fire. He observed how Bryan cooked the fish.

Alyx sighed with relief as she could still see Miles, meaning he wasn't far.

Miles fiddled with his thumbs. He walked back to the group and sat down. Something is weird here. I can feel it. Mabe it's just me...

Bryan stopped cooking the fish when it was dark and crispy. He cut it into five portions, and took the fifth, the head, and discarded it. "Food is done." Bryan said quietly as he placed them on the clean rocks he found, unable to find plates in the backpack.

Micky finished walking aimlessly, and found another large tree to climb about a mile from where she had to leave. She settled on a high branch, and started thinking. "I lost all my food, and all my supplies. How am I going to make it now? It took months to get all that. The matches, the rope, the water bottle. How am I ever going to make up for that before I'm dead? I should at least find food. I'm starving..."

Delgato sensed the presence of another person.
"I'll be back. Alyx, come with me." he said.

Alyx nodded and stood.

"Don't be too long, your food will get cold." Bryan said.

Delgato nodded. He grabbed Alyx's hand and sped to the tree where Micky was.
"I'm gonna climb that tree because I sense someone there. If I fall, you have to catch me." he said.

Alyx nodded.

Delgato began to climb Mickey's tree.

"What the ****? Not again. What now? Maybe, if I'm lucky, I can jump to that branch over there, on the other tree." Micky thought, running ideas through her head fast.

Delgato scaled the tree easily with his sonic speed. He spotted Micky.

Micky spotted Delgato and her eyes widened with fear. "Not now! I can't get in a fight now! I'm anywhere but prepared! What does he want anyways? Why is he here? How did he find me? I don't know, or care. I just have to get out of here fast!" Micky shot off the branch she was on, and tried getting higher and deeper into the tree.

Delgato shot after Mickey, keeping up easily.
"I don't want to cause trouble!" he called.

Miles ate his fish quietly.

Bryan grabbed his share and sat at the base of a tree, not really eating anything, just thinking and staring at the food.

Micky broke off a large, heavy branch, and hurled it down at Delgato in a desperate attempt to escape. She wasn't going to get caught.

Miles finished his meal. "Thanks Bryan." He said, lying down to take a nap.

Alyx saw the branch first and quickly levitated it, hurling it away.

Delgato kept climbing till he was on the same branch as Micky in the blink of an eye.

"No problem." Bryan said quietly.

Micky glared at Delgato, and threw a punch at his face.

Delgato ducked, almost losing balance.
"Look, I just want to talk." he said.

Miles, drifting off to sleep, asked another question. "What do you think they're doing?"

"Probably something stupid. Or dangerous. Or both." Bryan replied.

Micky stood on the branch, ready to attempt another escape if necessary. "About what." She snapped.

"Why are you always around? And you left your backpack!" called Alyx from below.

"Escaping is useless. I have sonic speed." said Delgato.

"I might drop you if you fall Delgato, so don't fall!" called Alyx.

"What do you mean always around? Are you a stalker or something?" Micky replied to Alyx.

Alyx sighed.
"No. It's just you're here now, and you were there when Bryan and I set up camp." she called.

"Thanks for assuring me that you have enough power to catch me, Alyx!" yelled Delgato.

"Why are you here? What do you want? I tried to stay out of your way, so stay out of mine!" Micky shouted.

Miles dosed off.

"We're here because our camp is here. We want to know if you're a loner. After that, we'll stay out of your way." Delgato said.

"Fine. I'm a Loner. Happy?" Micky replied with a scowl.

"Is she a power user, Delgato?" Called Alyx.

"I don't think so-" Delgato's voice was cut off as the branch broke. Delgato shoved Mickey quickly onto a different branch so she didn't fall too.

Alyx let out a yelp.
"Delgato!"

Micky grabbed another branch, and looked down at Delgato, concerned as he fell.

Alyx looked at Mickey.
"Can you do something please? I'm really useless!" She called in worry.

"You can do more then I can." Micky replied with a shrug. "You have a better chance of success then I do."

Alyx focused really hard with her levitation. She did well to catch Delgato until halfway through she got exhausted and dropped him the last two feet, causing there to be a sickening cracking sound as Delgato's arm snapped. Alyx winced.

"Good, for the most part." Said Delgato. he struggled to get to his feet with the broken arm.

"They've been gone awhile. Their food is cold. I wonder what they're up to..." Bryan whispered aloud.

Micky winced at the sound of snapping bone. She jumped out of the tree, and landed lightly on her feet on the forest floor. "Geeze, you okay dude?"

Delgato finally got to his feet.
"Sure." He said with a glare at Alyx.

"I tried! I swear I did!" Alyx cried.

Delgato sighed.
"Yeah, I'm fine. It's just that my arm is broken now." He said to Micky.

OOC: It's Micky, not Mickey. She not a freakin mouse.

"Hmmm. I had some first aid stuff, but I lost my backpack a while ago." Micky said with a shrug. "I should be going."

Bryan stood, and looked around the area where the two left. "What happened? They've been gone for a long time... I should go after them. Miles will understand, I don't need to wake him." Bryan started in the direction that Alyx and Delgato left in a while ago.

OOC: oh oops. Lol.

Delgato smiled.
"It's fine. I'll make a splint for it. See ya." He said. He started to walk away before turning back.
"Hope to maybe see you again, power user."

Alyx walked beside Delgato, slightly sobbing and apologizing even when Delgato said it was fine.

Micky raised an eyebrow. "Ummm, okay then..." She said as she walked deeper into the woods.

Bryan saw Alyx and Delgato and ran up to them. "What happened here?!" He almost said at a normal tone, but it was still too quiet. "Delgato? What'd you do?"

Alyx looked up at Bryan. Her face was red from sobbing, and tears still made paths on her cheeks.

"I tripped on a boulder and sprained my wrist." Said Delgato quickly.

"Then why is Alyx crying?" Bryan asked, very quietly.

Delgato couldn't think of anything quick enough to cover up that questions.

Bryan's eyes bore into Delgato. "Is tripping over a boulder still your answer?" He asked in a deathly quiet voice.

"Okay, okay. You got me. I broke my arm. But it's only because my arms are quite slim and boney even with the muscle." Said Delgato.

"Why did you lie? And how did you break it?" Bryan's face was expressionless, and his voice was even and quiet.

Delgato sighed.
"I fell out of a tree. Alyx promised to catch me if I fell, and she was doing fine, then she dropped me. That's why she's crying." He said.

"I'm sorry!" Cried Alyx.

"Oh my gosh. Momentai, both of you." Muttered Delgato.

OOC: Momentai...

"You aren't answering the question on why you lied to me." Bryan said.

"Delgato was a thief. He always lies. It's his nature." Sniffed Alyx.

Bryan seemed to have let off, but his eyes were as cold as ice. "Your food is cold, by the way." He said quietly.

Delgato nodded.
"That's fine." He said.

Alyx sighed, finally calming down.

Bryan turned, and walked back to the campsite, without another word.

Micky stopped at the base of another tree, officially out of energy. "I need food and water. But I also need sleep... I guess I should start with food, it's easiest." Micky decided to use some of her remaining energy to use her power, and moved off to hunt any nocturnal creatures.
