Koren flapped up to a top shelf, skimming.

Chloe stared reading the book.

Patchouli opened her book, and waited for Chloe to finish hers.

Chloe read and read and so on... Until she finished the book. "I've finished!"

"So, have you decided on anything?" Patchouli asked, closing her book.

Koren glided down. "yeah."

"I liked the dark spells," Chloe said with a smile.

Koren raised her eyebrows. "darkness, huh..?"

Chloe nodded, "They seemed most effective... What?"

She smirked. "thats my element."

Patchouli almost immediately slammed her hand down. "No! Do not use dark magic!" She shouted. Patchouli hardly even slightly raise her voice for days.

Chloe thinks, "Then I may need to change that... I actually think light would be most effective again everything here... No offense."

Koren glared. "offense taken."

Patchouli shook her head to Koren, "Dark magic is completely different from your darkness Koren. It consumes and corrupts people with little sense of morals or compensation. All it knows is to devour." She stated.

Ooc: i gotta go eat food. Be back soon.

"What about Light magic?" Chloe asked.

Koren made a face. "All this talk about magic. No talk about element control. What's the deal with that?"

Patchouli sighed, "Magicians and Witches aren't just limited to one 'element' of magic, Koren. although, it is easier for beginners to start with one.... " She said, then turned to Chloe, "Choose what ever you wish, but I will not allow you to learn dark magic."

"Oh, okay, light then!" Chloe smiled.

Koren sighed, and shrugged. "bluh."

Patchouli nodded, and pulled several more books out, "These are a few books I have one the topic. If you want a teacher, ask Marisa. I'm not very good at teaching... " She said.

"Oh that's okay, I'm am better at learning if I read anyway," Chloe said with a shrug she took the books and began reading.

Patchouli sat down and started reading herself, "If you become strong enough in magic, you may even become a youkai. Although, others detest the idea. Like that annoying human magician... (Marisa)."

MEANWHILE!
Marisa slammed the end of her broom against Remilia's side, Remilia shooting backwards, "Why you..! " 'Scarlet- " "MASTER SPARK!" Remilia took a direct hit, let out a loud yelp as she fell back wards. Marisa whistled, tilting her hat, "Are you done? A shame, I was have fun do this, Da Ze!"

"I see," Chloe said still reading.

Koren left.

*starts singing reading rainbow* *shot twice*

Marisa landed after a few seconds of silence. "Remilia's all taken care of, Da Ze!" She said, walking back towards Will, "There!" She said, grinning energetically.

Koren popped up again. Lyren was currantly a dog because puppies are adorable. Koren waved. "hi."

Marisa waved at Koren, "Hi, you just missed Remi getting beaten down!" She said.

"okay then. Whaaatever. I just got my little plan shut down. Bluh..." she muttered.

"Little plan?" Marisa asked, holding her broom over her shoulder.
Remilia sat up after a second, putting her slighty scorched bonnet cap back over her now messy hair. "Stupid human magician... " She muttered.

"none of your business." she said, sitting next to lyren and scratching him behind the ears.

"Whatever. I just got to have a good danmaku fight, so I'm happy!" Marisa said, grinning. Sakuya waked back towards them, pushing a cloth covered cart of food. "The snacks have been prepared." She said, stopping when she reached the group. She looked over at Remilia, "Would you like me to prepare a bath for you, Lady Remilia?" "Yes... please, and make some cookies while your at it." Remilia said, standing up and looking for where she dropped the gungnir.

Sozinta walked into the living room, her hair up in a pony tail pulled behind her right horn, as usual. "Hey, Levana, I'm going to go down town to meet up with an old friend of mine. Do you want to come?" She asked.

"uuum... Sure. I geuss so." he said, shrugging. "i need to bathe first, or, um... Shower, you said its called?" he felt slightly grimey.

Koren snagged a few of those chocolate blood cakes again, hiding them away in her void. Then she just settled in a chair, disipating the shelter.

"Go ahead. The bathroom is back there. Careful, though, the hot water comes out pretty fast." Sozinta said, motioning towards the bathroom.

Sakuya held a glass of iced chocolate out to Koren. Marisa grinned, "Oh, snacks! Can I have some?" She said, not waiting for an answer as she grabbed on of the human safe treats.

koren took it, sipping it. "Sakuya, youre a miracle worker with food." she said, licking her lips.

Levana smiled and headed up. "thanks."

"Thank you." Sakuya said. "If you need anything else, please let me know." She said, leaving the cart of drinks and snacks for the group as she left.

Sozinta nodded after him, going and sitting on the couch to kill time until he was ready to go.

Levana was a little scared of the shower, so he simply took a quick bath. He didnt take long. He was just happy to be able to bathe at will.

Koren snuggled against Lyren, who had turned into a full grown tiger. He was comfy, apparently.

Chloe finished reading, "Now what can I do?"

Sozinta was watching TV, waiting for Levana to come out.

Patchouli looked over at Chloe, "Practice, read... that sort of thing. Learning magic takes time, after all."

Chloe looked over one of the spells, she murmured some words and waited for something to happen.

Ooc: she could always have a natural ability for magic. Thats a good thing.

Levana came downstairs in his same clothes of dark green pants and jacket with the lighter brown t-shirt on and his combat boots. His hair was damp and he was starting to show signs of a beard. "i feel better. So, um... I really need new clothes." he admitted.

Patchouli looked up at Chloe again, "Be sure to use your kind of magic too... Some people don't have to use 'magic words'." She said.

Sozinta nodded, "Yea... Well, I guess we'll have to buy some when we're out. And a razor for you, at that." She said. standing up and clicking off the television. "Let's go." She said, heading for the door.

He rubbed his chin. "what? Dont like the beard?" he winked.

Chloe made an angry look and she thought really hard on what she wanted to happen. She envisioned a beam of light.

"No, but unless you want to look like a hobo, I suggest you get one." Sozinta said, jokingly.

"Hmph. Fine." He said, and poked her arm because.

Sozinta looked back at him, and rolled her eyes. "Come on. She's going to wonder why I'm late if we don't hurry." She said, walking towards her car.

"Alright... fine..." He grimaced, and got into the metal box of death. ()

Sozinta took off driving, rather slowly, though. She kept watching the side walk for something. It didn't take her too long though, she plling over and stopping at a pretty empty street. The only person there was a red headed girl, messy hair falling into her eyes as rough, loose pony tails swept her shoulders. She was wearing pretty modern looking clothes, and holding a scythe over her shoulder.
"Levana, fair warning, Fraya isn't human... I'm sworn to keep silent on what exactly she is but... just, keep that in mind." Sozinta said.

"Oh. Okay. So far no one I've had a legitimate conversation with these past few days has been human, so that's not really much of a surprise." He admitted, getting out of the car, managing to remain calm looking. When he wasn't spazzing out, he was actually quite good looking.
