I'm not the only one who dropped Elfen Lied then. Swell.

i think those are the only two that i've really "dropped", instead of just randomly seeing it on tv and not seeing it again like most of the others on the list.

Elfen lied sucks, I wish I didn't finish it Worst anime ever

I may have a bad taste in anime (and manga), but even I know that Elfen Lied is a sucky anime.

I just felt the over the top gore stuff was driving the series whilst the plot (which I can't even remember what it was ._.) took a back seat. Usually a bad sign.

To be quite honest this is the first time I've seen other people say it sucks too. XD Everywhere else I go it's always "ZOMG ELFEN LIED IS THE BEST ANIME EVER!!!111" sort of thing. :/

Yeah, there was way too much unnecessary gore and nudity in it, and the characters were all bland and unrealistic. I hate when people say it's a deep series too because really it's the most pretentious thing I've ever seen.

I agree. :/ I hate that too, I felt literally nothing (apart from feeling a tad sick of some of the gore scenes) from that series. I've watched other series that aren't as popular as Elfen Lied but are far more deep than anything I watched from that series.

The only thing I really liked about it was the opening theme. I thought it sounded really pretty. The rest of the show was... Meh. I don't see what the hype is about. Plus it was also too full of nudity for my liking.
