"What are they keys?" Vexx asked

"The Elemental Keys are stones that control the world's elemental magic. Something has gone wrong with them, and that's why these disasters are happening." Glare answered.

"Ohhhhhhh. That explains a lot." Vexx said in realization.

"Yeah." Avia mumbled, preening at her feathers "Anyway, I-"

"Avia!" Aneithas voice rang out, sounding frantic, and immediately the Ice Dryphon landed before the group in a gust of cool wind.

"Hey, what's going on?" Avia asked, puzzled.

"Who are you?" Isis asked

"I am Aneitha Icewing, afternoon everyone." The other Dryphon said with a polite nod, quickly turning back to Avia.

"You need to come quickly, I went out and found Velia but she's hurt."

Avias heart fell. "How bad?"

"It didn't appear to be fatal, but it's notable that whoever did it was not intending for her to get away." Aneitha replied, shuffling her paws.

"Do you need any help?" Vexx asks the two.

"Maybe I can heal her" Isis said

"Don't worry, I was too, what's your name? Mine is Silon" Silon said as he looked at Zera

Avia gave Vexx and Isis a grateful look. "That'd be great, thank you. Where'd you find her Aneitha?" She added as she looked back at her white and blue friend, flaring her wings.

"In a cave in the northern woods, not far from here infact." She said quickly, noting Avias impatience.

Chimera looked at Glare, "We'd be glad to help. Glare, you go to the library and get that map, then you can meet back up with us."

Glare nodded, "Alright." And flew off.

"Then lets go" Isis said as she got off the ground

Silon carefully hugged Zera "Nice to meet you Zera, though I wish it was under better circumstances" He said

(Well, all that's really happened was continuing to meet (StormDragon21 needs to reply but hasn't.), and now, the group has learned that Velia is hurt and will be going to save her, while Glare goes to the library for a map to find the Elemental Keys, and will likely meet Trydan.)

(You could have it be that Ura has been at the sidelines and is joining the group.)

"Yeah, let's go." Vexx said

Ura looked on, she had been hiding in the shadows. "How can I help?" she asked, stepping out to join the others.

"We'll have to get there, for starters." Avia replied, flying up. "Lead us there Aneitha."

Nodding, Aneitha flew upward aswell and took off in the direction of the north part woods. "This way!" She called.

'Well, I've certainly made better decisions...' Velia thought as she leaned against a cave wall, the pain of her wounds hardly registering at this point as she struggled not to black out.

Vexx flew up and followed

Isis followed the group as well, flying next to Vexx "Are you ok buddy?" She asked

"Ok, I will tell you the one thing you need to know, none of this is your fault, I'm not sure about myself, but you look like someone who would never do anything to hurt someone" Silon said

"Yeah, just a little confused." Vexx replied

Chimera glided to Isis and Vexx, "Well, you won't be confused much longer; whatever happened in your past, is just that, your past. You've got friends, and we'll be there for you if you ever need us."

"But you all said that I'm sorry for what I did or I regret what I did. I never said that." Vexx said

Chimera scratched her head, "I don't remember saying that, but I guess the question is, do you?"

"No, they deserved what they got. At least that's what Drakses told me." Vexx said, he said it like it was the most normal thing to say.

Chimera blinked, "Drakses?"

"He's my friend." Vexx said. "When my parents were killed... That was an accident."

Chimera looked at Vexx more, "What more can you tell me about this?"

"There's nothing more to say. Those who I killed got what they deserved." Vexx said.

"Including your family?" Chimera asked.

"No. That was an accident." Vexx said.

Chimera nodded, "Okay, but if you ever want to tell anyone anything, you can tell me."

"I don't need to talk about it." Vexx said harshly.

"I know, but I'm saying that if you want to tell me anything at any time, you can do so." Chimera replied.

Vexx rolled his eyes. She was just like everyone else he met, trying to learn everything about him.

Ura looked up, lonely. "What about me?"

"I... I don't know..." Vexx said, his mind was clouded and thoughts disorientated.

'let me take over... I can dispatch them easily...' A dark voice told Vexx.

Vexx shook his head and focused on flying.

Glare soon arrived at the library, "Hello, can anyone help me with finding a map?" ( cue The Nova Kid)

Chimera looked over at Ura, "Yeah?"

Ura smiled. "Nevermind." She flew up to join them. "Oh, and to the newcomer, check an atlas."

*Oh hang on I thought Glare just came in I can change that*

(No, Glare is at the library, where Trydan will likely appear, and we are all going to rescue Velia. )

"Hey Chimera, mind hitting me?" Vexx asked, he sounded dizzy and his head was spinning.

Chimera looked at Vexx curiously and gave him a light punch.

"I mean hit me. Hard." Vexx said drowsily.

Chimera didn't know why, but she guessed he had a good reason, and so she did so.

Vexx's mind cleared and he shook his head. "Thanks."
