"Where are we?"Gary said.

Midnight, who is with Gary and his sister, Twilight speaks. Swishing her black mane and tail she looks around. Her sapphire blue eyes gleam in the light.

"I'm afraid this is the work of a necromancer. A powerful and evil one. Where we are is a living hell with The Dead."

The changlings see Discord and hear him ask his question. Making sure Luna and Celestia are comfortable, the leader of the group speaks. His yellow eyes gleaming in the light.

"You're in an abandoned factory with The Princesses and us. We are trapped in a living hell where The Dead are everywhere. Anyone unlucky enough to be caught by them, suffers a terrible fate. Only by sticking together can we get through this hell," he says wincing due to his injuries. Him and his friends lay in a circle around the others, covered in nasty wounds.

Back at the palace, Applejack holds me close to her chest and rubs my back, trying to soothe my fear. Rainbow runs a hoof through my mane and tries to soothe me as well. The two mares and myself are alone in the palace, except for The Dead. We need to get out of here and find a shelter free of The Dead, to rest and gather ourselves, before starting to tackle this new threat.

Back at the warehouse, the general easily dodges the bolt of magic you fired. He quickly reseals the entrance with new, stronger wood. Once he is sure that is dealt with, he turns to you, holding out his hoof.

"Come young one, we need to find another way out of this place, but first look for anything that might be useful in surviving this hell. Food is a necessity as is water. Anything else that may be helpful gather as well. I found two saddlebags that were unused. We will use these to hold what we find. Now if you find yourself in trouble just holler and I'll be there, okay," he says tenderly stroking you with a hoof.

"Can I at least know your name first" I said as I searched the warehouse

"Who would do this?" Discord asked "I hope Austin's ok" He thought

The general smiles and nods.

My name's Jezar, young one. Now we must quickly find what we can and get out of here. We'll find another more comfortable place as our shelter and buffer against these Dead."

"I hope mom is ok" I said to Jezar as I searched, I found some food and water "I found some stuff, it's not much, but it's all we got buddy" I said "Where should we go?"

Jezar returns with some supplies of his own and nods.

"That will do. I've got some stuff of my own as well. We can worry about that when we are find our true shelter. We should head toward the back, there is a door we can use to escape this place," he says leading you deeper into the warehouse.

I follow "Maybe we would be safe back at that shack Discord took me to, it's in the middle of Evertree Forest, it should be safe" I said

Jezar turns to look at you.

"Have you seen how dark it is out there? If you think you can find your way there in it, than we can try. Otherwise all we can hope is to run into a place to rest as we struggle to survive this living hell."

"Well, I might be able to light up the area or clear a path through the Dead, I think I can find it if we can fly over those... things" I said

Jezar looks around and nods.

"I suppose we could try, but we have no idea of the extent of The Dead. Still its better than hoping for safety to come to us. Alright we can try it," he says leading you to a back door which he opens as you two slip outside.

"Ok, just follow me buddy" I said as I started flying toward the Evertree Forest, the Dead couldn't reach me! "Yes! I knew it would work"

"wait,you fly with me"Gary said when he flew.

OOC: Gary is with his sister, Twilight and Midnight.

Jezar follows you through the forest. He is glad that the forest is so thick for he can see flying dead. Once they reach the shack and lock the doors behind them, he collapses on a sofa to rest.

"Are you ok buddy?" I asked as a zebra entered the room

"Who are you? I don't want trouble from you two" She said

"I'm Austin, and this is my friend Jezar, we had nowhere else to go because of the Dead" I explained

"Zecora, what's going on," a male zebra that looks exactly like the other. He is wrapped in newly applied bandages. His eyes are light blue and have slashes over them.

Jezar sits up looking at the two.

"I apologize for the intrusion. We were looking for a place to escape The Dead and came here. If you two know of another place we can rest, it would be very appreciated. To answer your question young one, no I'm not, I ahh, he places a hoof on his chest and blood drips onto the floor. The Blood Queen tortured me for information but I refused to give her any," he says gritting his teeth due to the pain.

"It's ok Jezar, the Dead are a problem" Zecora said, she was trying to get away from her usual way of communication "I'm Zecora by the way, and we haven't left our shack since Discord came by for a potion, so we don't know about any safe places"

"Nice to meet you Zecora, who's your friend?" I asked

The male zebra trots over to Zecora's side and leans against her.

"I'm her little brother, Zendral. Its nice to meet you two. I do know of another place for you two to rest, but you won't get very far tonight. Tomarrow I will draw you a map," he says.

Jezar nods politely, cringing and clutching his bleeding chest.

Zecora looked at Jezar's wounds "Zendral, could you get my medical supplies?" She asked

"You're going to be ok buddy" I said

"I got medical suppile in my bag pack"Princess Luna said.

OOC: The Princesses are elsewhere with Discord.

Zendral nods and walks off, before returning to his sister.

"Here you go big sis. If you need help, I'll be resting in a chair. I've got to sit down," he says, before easing slowly into a leather chair.

"Ok" Zecora said to her brother before looking at Jezar's wounds "Austin, can you help me with this?" She asked as she handed me the supplies "Whatever I ask for, give me it"

"Ok" I said as Zecora started treating Jezar's wounds

While Jezar is being treated but Zecora and Austin, in the Everfree Forest. The other groups are having their own problems. The Dead are everywhere and there seems to be no end to the darkness.

In the factory after successfully driving back The Dead. The changling warriors collapse badly wounded around Discord, as well as my big sises, Celestia and Luna.

Midnight's party have found themselves in a clearing with no protection whatsoever. Midnight's horn drips with blood as she spears one of The Dead through the neck with her horn before it can harm her charges, the Sparkle siblings. She blasts two more back as they ambush them on the road. The Royal Guard Mare remains wary and alert as they search for a place to rest and think.

"Hi Midnight"Gary said.

"Guys! Is there anything I can do to help you?" Discord asked

I help Zecora and she finishes treating the wounds "Ok Jezar, just be careful until your exoskeleton heals over" Zecora said

"how my brother?"Princess Celestia said to Zecora.

OOC: Gary are you doing the main six as well? My character, Astrello is currently with Rainbow Dash and Applejack.

Midnight blasts another two Dead before turning to speak to Gary. Her light blue eyes sparkle as she gazes at him. Without her armor there is no doubt in anyone's mind that she would look gorgeous. With her armor she looks both gorgeous and fierceom.

"Well hello, I doubt think we have met. I'm Midnight, personal bodyguard of the Princesses and Astrello. You must be Gary Sparkle, Twilight's brother. It's so nice to finally meet you," she says swishing her mane and tail.

Midnight smiles and bows politely. Her coat is a deep, dark violet, while her mane is as black as night. Her armor only adds to her beauty.

Back at the palace I tremble clinging tightly onto Applejack and nuzzling Rainbow.

"I'm scared, Applejack and Rainbow. What is going on? It's so dark," I say fearfully, but trying to be brave for my Aunts.

"I'm scared Jezar, but I might know how to stop the Dead" I said

"this place make me creep and scary"Gary said when his ear down

Jezar shakes his head as he rests.

"The only way to stop the Dead is to find their master and defeat him or her. Without knowing that more and more will keep coming. Besides even if we were to find their master, I fear she would be far too powerful for us," he says cringing in pain.

Midnight wraps her wings protectively over Twilight and her brother, Gary as they find a big tall tree surrounded by thick thorny bushes. Laying down with the two beside her, the guard mare watches her two charges. Her light blue eye gleam in the light of her horn.

"I think I can use my powers to destroy their master, we just need to know who it is, my guess is the Blood Queen" I said

Zendral looks at his big sister, Zecora.

"Should we tell them, sister," he asks.

Jezar shakes his head.

"The Blood Queen can not be the source. This magic is far too powerful and great, plus there is something ominous about it. A presence that makes me shiver," he says.

"We really should" Zecora said

I looked at Zendral "Tell us what?" I asked

"What has been interpreted from my visions? How far the expanse of this darkness is? How ponies everywhere are struggling to survive what has become to be called The Night of The Dead? How this darkness is no coincidence, rather a large shadowing an even larger one? That this darkness is a distraction, shrouding its master's true purpose, the kidnapping and torturing of Prince Astrello, to make The Prinesses suffer," Zendral says.

Then without warning, Zendral's eyes glow brilliantly lighting up their entire home in white light. Zecora knows what this means, her brother, Zendral is having a vision. She must get him in a chair and prepare.

Zecora put Zendral in a chair "Guys, be careful, my brother is having a vision, we cannot disturb him or else we could get hurt" She said as she led me and Jezar upstairs

"Wait, a stronger force trying to kidnap Astrello... I know who's caused this, before I found out about why I was sent away from my hive, there was this evil pony that Astrello fought and made him unable to absorb other's magic, if only I could remember his name" I said

Jezar laughs.

"You think Tirek is behind this? I don't think so, young one. This is old dark magic, that has not been seen for centuries ."

Though His blood shall paint the battlefield, He shall bury his horn in Their heart and free the land, with His stroke." Zendral then returns to normal. Sweat covers his entire face.

Zecora looked down at her brother "This Tirek had to have teamed up with The One, we need to Him" She said

"Could Him be... me?" I thought out loud

Jezar drapes a wing over you and shakes his head.

"I don't think so, young one. You are far too young. I believe the He Zendral is referring to is the Prince Astrello, The Gem of Equestria and Beyond," Jezar says, his violet eyes sparkling in the light.

The wounded Changlings struggle to remain standing. Blood drips onto the ground but their determination to protect The Princesses and Discord, remains strong. The leader, a changling with marmalade eyes speaks for all of them.

"I don't think there is anything any of you, The Princesses or you, Discord, can do. If Your Highnesses, Celestia and Luna wish to try feel free. However I know not if we can be saved. Still it was a pleasure serving you, Princesses and Discord, it will be an honor to die in service of saving you," he says with a bow, soon to be followed by the others.

"get royal medic to heal wounded changling"Princess Twilight Sparkle said.

Discord looked at the leader "No, No soldier left behind, you will all see your loved ones again, I have a plan. We are going to go out there and fly to my domain. We will be safe there" He said

"It would make sense, Tirek and The One both want revenge on Astrello, but I can't shake the feeling that somehow... I'm involved in this in a bigger way than we think" I said

Zecora looked at me "I fear for your subjects, Zendral had a vision yesterday about a mass slaughter of your kind" She said

"old dark magic? me and my brother Gary learn that"Princess Twilight Sparkle said."ok,we wil fly with you,Disocrd"Gary said.

Back in Canterlot inside The Royal Palace, Applejack, Rainbow and I find ourselves trapped by The Dead on all sides as we search for a way out. Then violet and black smoke swirls in the middle of The Dead. As the smoke clears an undead unicorn mare with glowing gree eyes stands before them. She points a hoof at me, trembling in Applejack's hooves.

"Surrender, The Prince Astrello! You are brave mares I am sure but you two cannot hope to win against me and my Dead. Now give Astrello to me. He is Mine," the undead unicorn mare demands.

Evil laughter echoes within the darkness.

"Magic can't escape or enter the darkness.

"what are we in outside ponyvile?"Princess Twilight Sparkle said.

"We need to find Astrello then, we need to make sure he's safe" I said

Zecora shook her head "Astrello will find his way, but for now we must help your subjects and the Princesses" She said
