Quietfire and Fireflight were still looking at books.

Cynder found the bit they both desperatly needed. She closed her eye's and chanted the spell it read.

The libary door burst open .
'FIREFLIGHT!!!!'

Fireflight saw Cynder and Silro. she ran over to them, and saw that he was hurt. then she tried to heal him.

Silro hadnt been breathing when Cynder shouted, but Fireflight's healing seemed to be doing something.

Fireflight continued trying to heal him, hoping it would work. Quietfire watched.

Everything then went black. The room, the people in it, everything.

Quietfire knew something was wrong, but he wasn't sure what was going on.

After sometime, everything went clear again, but something was different. Silro still had his eyes shut, but he was breathing, but he wasnt alone.

Fireflight looked at him. "are you ok, Silro?" she asked.

Silro slowley opened his eyes. He looked to the dragon next to him.
'......I....Icefire.......' He said before passing out again.

Fireflight looked around. she didn't see Icefire. Quietfire walked over to them. he didn't see her either.
"i think..........."
"no! Quietfire, don't say it!" said Fireflight.
"........he might be dead......or dying........."
"no!! your wrong!! he'll be ok! hes not gonna die!!!" she cried.

'Wait....' Cynder said as the darkness that once surrounded them slowley moved away. It was revealing something white.

they both looked. they didn't know what was going on.

The darkness soon revealed a white dragon. Blue chest, wings and eyes.
'Fireflight.............you didnt just bring Silro back to life..............you also brought Icefire back too..............'

Fireflight looked at her. she didn't know how she brought her back to life, but she didn't really care. she knew that it would make Silro happy. Quietfire looked at her.
"how..........did this happen.....?" he asked.

'I.....i.........I dont know............only Silro would i guess.'

"then lets wake him up..." said Fireflight.

'No! He was just dead a minuet ago, and god knows how much strength he has, just leave until he's reader.'

"ok. i'll go check on the kids.." she said. then she left.

Cynder left the two alone. She then remembered how long they had until the gas returned.

Quietfire and Fireflight were with the kids.

Cynder worried about the gas. There was no one that could survive it, and no one that could stop it.

Quietfire left Fireflight alone with the kids, he decided to go look in the pool, to find out more about the gas.

Spyro walked in to see Cynder worried.
'Cynder, its good to see you, but why are you worried?'
'Where i was, a week from now, everyone, you, me, Fireflight, everyone, killed......'
'What?! How? How can they kill us? Legendary dragons?'
'Not them.............' She said as she looked at him. 'Gas..........purple........dark.....gas'

Quitefire looked in the vision pool, he looked through books, but he couldn't find anything.

'What? But how...'
'Can it kill us?'
'I was going to say how you knew it was purple......but, yes also that.'
'Because i saw it, Silro saw it, and we saw everyone killed by it.'
'So, how does it...'
'You breath it in without knowing, then you get blood fron your nose and mouth, just small streaks, then it beats you up, slowley killing you.'
'How do you know?'
'Because thats what happened to Silro....If we hadnt of found the book, he would still be dead...'

Quietfire looked for any info he could find on the gas, but he found nothing. he went to Spyro and Cynder.
"i have bad news.........i can't find anything on the gas........i've looked everywhere....and i can't find anything......." he said.

'So, a week from now, it'll all be over....'

"yeah......and i can't find anything on it........there may not be a way to stop it......" he said.

'All we fought for, everything we lived for, everyone we saved, it was a waste of time....' Cynder said as she began to cry.
'Cynder, there's always a way. As Ignitus once said, Even in the darkkest of times, there is always hope, and we are reminded that even the smallest amount of corage can save us all......'

"hes right. we can't give up. there has to be a way to stop it. i just wish i knew what it was......."

'Well, who unleashed it we should be asking.' Cynder said after Spyro's words of encoragement.

"then lets find out who unleashed it.......and stop it before its too late...."

'Thats it! We have one week to stop the person behind this............'

"but we don't even know who it is......or how to stop them......and we don't have much time to figure it out either....."

'Yeah, one week.....'
'Or five seconds....'
'What are you talking about Spyro?' Cynder said, looking at Spyro. Spyro pointed out in fear at dark purple fog approaching at speed.

Quietfire looked in fear. he suddenly ran inside to get Fireflight and the kids.

Cynder ran into the room where Silro and Icefire layed. Spyro ran around thinking what to do. Cynder burst out carrying the two on her.
'What...?'
'JUST RUN!!! We still have time!!' She said as she tried to escape.

Quietfire grabbed Comet, while Fireflight grabbed Starfire. then they flew away as fast as they could.

Spyro followed Cynder as they flew far away from the gas. Spyro stopped and warned everyone else about the gas. After waiting for ages for the fog to dissappear, Spyro flew back to the temple, then not long later came back.
'It's gone, all of it....'
'What do you mean?' Cynder asked. Spyro flew off to show them the temple distroyed.

Quietfire and Fireflight flew as fast as they could away from the gas, and they warned everyone they saw about it.

SPyro and Cynder found Fireflight and Quietfire. Cynder put Silro and Icefire down.
'It's ok now, the gas is gone, but it'll be back........'

they put the kids down, they were scared.
"what was that Mom?" Starfire asked.
"its a very dangerous gas. it will kill us, if we get too close and breathe it in" she said.
"can you stop it?" she asked.
"i.........don't know......" she said.

Cynder looked back at Spyro.
'Oh no....'
'What?'
'You.........you got....'
'Oh, the blood on the nose thing, dont worry, i wasnt near the gas, but i flew into a tree on the way......'
'Oh.......ok' Cynder said still scared.

Quietfire took care of the kids. Fireflight looked worried.

'But, it was meant to come in a week! Why did it come now?'

"i don't know...." said Quietfire. Fireflight still looked worried.

Spyro looked at Fireflight.
'Whats wrong Fireflight? Something scaring you?'

she looked at him. "Spyro.....you don't have kids......you wouldn't understand....." she said. then she walked away.

'Fireflight! Wait!'
'Spyro, just leave her, if she wants to be alone, well, let her....'
'Ok....' Spyro also looked scared.
'Whats wrong? There isnt any fog, so no need to worry.'
'Cynder, i could have lost you today, and if i did, well, i dont know what i'd do. And knowing that if we cant do anything within the time period before Doomsday, then you'll be gone, and i'd be lost about what to do.'
'Spyro, you dont need me to know what to do, if i was killed, you wouldnt need me to help stop this fog, you didnt have me before, and yet you beat me without my support........You dont need me, you want me.'
