White made freezing winds blow towards Fireflight. all the snow, hail, and freezing rain blew towards her. Fireflight covered herself in flames, and anything that got too close to her, melted instantly. then Fireflight used a fire fury on him. the fury hit him, but he seemed unharmed by it. he grinned evily, and used a powerful ice fury on her. Fireflight was hit by the fury, and was blown backwards. she started to fly back towards him, but the freezing winds made it hard to fly. Fireflight breathed fire on the ice and snow, to help her to keep going. she flew up to White, and grabbed him by the neck. she glared at him with glowing red eyes.
"now, lets see how well you fight on my territory!" she snarled. then she disappeared with him.
Fireflight still held onto White. she teleported to the ocean. she flew right above the water.
"i hope you know how to swim!" she said. then she dropped him. White fell towards the water. right before he fell in, he used ice to freeze the entire ocean. then he landed on his feet on top of the ice. Fireflight watched him from above. White looked up at her.
"looks like i don't have to know how to swim! but, can you swim in freezing cold water?!" he snarled. then he made a hole in the ice, right beneath her. then he shot large ice shards at her. the ice shards hit her wings, and froze them. Fireflight then started to fall towards the water, because now, she couldn't fly. White watched as she fell into the depts of the freezing cold water. he then sealed up the ice, making it almost impossible for her to get out. Fireflight swam to the ice, but she couldn't breaj through it. she tried breathing fire on the ice, but nothing happened. White just watched her, and laughed evily.

hey guys. sorry i wasn't online yesterday, i had alot of hw. i'm glad your enjoying the story. i'll post more.....now!

Fireflight tried hitting the ice, but it didn't even crack. then she tried shooting a lightning bolt, but nothing happened. her powers didn't seem to be working. she tried every element she could think of, but nothing worked. the water was freezing cold. Fireflight's body temperature was decresing. if she didn't get out of there soon, she would surely freeze to death. White enjoyed watching her try and get out. he grinned evily. Fireflight glared at him. she knew that he must of done something to her, to keep her from using her powers. Fireflight was getting weaker. she was starting to change to a ice blue color. she was getting too tired to keep swimming. she soon sunk to the ocean floor. she layed down on the ocean's floor, and stopped moving. her breathing slowed down. now, she could barely keep her eyes open. White looked at her.
"well, well, well, how the mighty have fallen!" he grinned evily. "your not so tough now, Fireflight! you can't even stand the freezing temperatures of the ocean! your no ledgendary dragon! your just a big weak firefly!" he said.
"who are you calling a firefly?! i have defeated many evil dragons, and have saved the world many times. i have more power then you realize! if you think you can get rid of me that easily, you really don't know who i am! let me tell you who i am, i'm Fireflight! the second empath to walk on this earth! and, if you think you can stop me by freezing me to death, well, you have another thing comming!" she growled. White turned around to see Fireflight. she was glowing blood red, and looked furious.
"ah, i underestimated you. it seems you can handle the freezing waters, but tell me, how did you get out? i thought i disabeled your powers" he said. Fireflight smiled.
"i have my ways" she said. "i've been around a very long time, i know you have too, but i know things you don't. you see, you were frozen for about five hundred years, while i have grown up, mastered all my powers, become an elder, became a Whitelighter, and i've learned many things. theres no way you could possibly know everything i do. as i grow older, i grow stronger, i learn more, i become something more, i may even gain more powers, and my family gets bigger, while you remain the same. you haven't gained any new powers, or knowledge over the years"
"whats your point?!" he asked, getting very impaitent with her speech.
"my point is this...i have the ability to defeat you...while you don't know enough about me to even come close to defeating me!"
"you have alot of nerve thinking i can't hurt you! i may not know you like your family does, but like you say, i've been around a long time, which means i know my history, and...i know yours! you may not know it, but i met your great grandma! but, i call her Flare!" he said. Fireflight looked a little shocked to hear this. "yes! i knew your great grandma! so, that means, i know your weakness! i know the ways of the empath! i know your powers, i know your strengths, i know your weaknesses, i may not know alot of personal stuff about you, but i know your powers, your history, and every dragon you've ever met! i have enough knowledge about your family to defeat you!" he snarled. Fireflight glared at him, and growled angerly.
"you couldn't defeat me even if you knew everything about me! but, i grow bored of this, lets see how well you fight agaist an empath!"
"thats fine by me! i always wanted to kill another empath!" he said, with an evil grin. Fireflight looked shocked.
"what?!"
"oh, i'm so sorry, did i forget to mention that i once killed Flare?! oh, where are my manners?!" he asked. Fireflight looked more confused. "yes, i killed her once...but she came back because the stupid elders brought her back! however, it was still fun killing her! i remember that day well...we were both rather young then...i think we were teens...but age doesn't matter...it was her destiny to save the world...it was my desire to destory it...we fought in one of the biggest battles of my life...she tried to use her empath furys on me...little did she realize that they had no effect on me...then it was my turn to attack...i used several powerful ice attacks...but she only countered them with fire...then...i jumped up, and lunged at her...i then pinned her to the ground, and attacked her...i remember how much blood my body was covered in...but...none of it was mine...no...all the blood was hers! yes...i brutally...viciously killed her...there was a large pool of blood beneath her...her body was...well...maybe i shouldn't describe that part...anyway...sorry to bore you with your great grandmas death...right...so...shall we fight?" he said. Fireflight wasn't much in a mood for fighting at the moment. she was shocked that this ice demon had killed Flare. she stopped glowing, and looked down. White looked at her. "whats the matter Firefly?! did i scare you with my little story?!" he chuckled. "and, i thought you were better than that. i didn't think a little old story about me killing Flare would bother you. after all, you are the ledgendary second empath to walk the freaking earth! its not like you get defeated easily or anything!" he chuckled. "so, come on Firefly, stop this nonsense and fight me! you know, i'm sure you could kill me with a empath fury, but you'd probally die in the process! or, maybe you'd have to have your own kid to come save you!" he laughed. then Fireflight's eyes glowed blood red. blood red fire covered her body. she glared at him.
"shut the He** up!!" she growled, angerly. White looked at her.
"what? you think you can kill me? well, then, go ahead! kill me! kill an innocent ice dragon! because, this is Frostbolt's body, kill me, and you kill him!"
"then i will find a way to bring Frostbolt back, but its my job to rid the world of evil...and theres some evil B**tard right in front of me!!" she growled. White smiled.
"you know, i kinda like it when your mad. you get this look in your eyes, it looks evil. the tone of your voice gets darker, and your powers sense your anger, and they grow stronger, and in a way, make you kinda dark. i know you feel the anger growing stronger inside you. i know you feel the darkness growing strong, as your rage, and powers grow stronger. rage, is one step towards darkness. the need to kill me, the desire to kill me, the want for revenge for the way i made fun of you, and who you are. unleash the rage, unleash your true power, unleash...the darkness within..." he said.
"i do feel the power...the rage...but i won't let it control me...i won't let the darkness consume me...i'm not like you...i'm not evil... everyone has rage...everyone wants power...and everyone has darkness inside them...but not everyone chooses to be dark...some can resist it...some want to resist it...some...choose to be good...and help rid the world of evil...and make the world a better place...i am one of those few...and its my job to rid the world of evil...i may not be the msot powerful, most noble, greatest source of good on the earth...but, i have the power to defeat you...and, i will defeat you...and, if you die...then you better believe that i will find a way to bring Frostbolt back to life, and if you even try to come back, i will kill you again, and send you right back to He** myself!" she growled.
"you know, for a dragon like yourself, who enjoy defeating evil, you sure do seem to enjoy talking thier ears off..."
"your point is?"
"shut up and fight already!"
"i couldn't have put it better myself!" she growled. then she ran towards him, ready to attack.

Fireflgiht ran towards White. she lowered her head, and charged at him, ready to ram him with her sharp, powerful, horns. White jumped up, did a backflip, and landed behind her just before she was about to hit him. Fireflight made a quick turn, and charged at him again. White jumped up once more, grabbed a dagger, and attempted to stab her in the back. Fireflight quickly made another sharp turn, and avoided the attack. White landed on the ground, and glared at her. she glared back. then White threw the dagger at her. Fireflight quickly cought it right before it reached her. then Fireflight raised her paw, and thursted the dagger into the hard, hard. the ground cracked, and shoke. she caused an earthquake, and it was heading for White. then White opened his mouth the unleash a sheet of ice over the ground. he had stopped the earthquake. the dagger was frozen in the ground. Fireflight used her fire breath to melt the ice around the dagger. she grabbed the dagger, and threw it at White. the dagger rapidly flew to him, and was about to hit him in the chest. then he grabbed it right before it hit him. he had cought the blade part of it, and there was a cut on his paw. he put the dagger down, and looked at his paw. then he healed himself. he looked at Fireflight, and grinned evily.
"you can't hurt me that easily!" he snarled.

"come on.....aren't you ever going to wake up...? get up you lazy dragon....!" a female voice said. a male dragon opened his eyes, and looked at her sleepily.
"huh....?" he yawned.
"finally you wake up! its about time too, because you've been asleep for some time now" she said.
"what are you talking about....?"
"Warclaw, don't you remember what happened? or did you get amnesia?"
"i think.....i remember......uh.....oh.....what happened to White....? and the herd....?" he asked.
"Fireflight is fighting White, after she saved the horse herd from the snow storm, and they're safe somewhere"
"and you....?"
"as for me, i had to see you when i heard what happened"
"oh....but.....how'd you get here....?"
"i have my ways.....so.....you need a place to stay...." she said.
"Sunfire, i'm not....staying with you......do you even have a place to live....?"
"of coarse i do, your in it!" she said. he raised his head, looked around, confused.
"what.....?" he asked. he was in a cave of a volcano. "no wonder i feel hot...."
"yeah...anyway....your staying untill further notice..."

hey, i'm back. sorry i couldn't get online yesterday, i had alot of hw, and i still have some to do.

OK, how about today?

"is she going to be ok? can you heal her?" asked Thunderhead, worriedly. he was sitting next to Blackpearl, and she was motionless. you could still see the black mark from the poison dagger.
"Thunderhead, i'm sorry, but there isn't much of anything i can do....i've already tried every healing spell i know....i even tried using my powers to heal her....i'm sorry....but theres nothing i can do...." said a dragoness, sadly, as she looked at Thunderhead. he looked down at Blackpearl. then he looked up at the dragoness.
"Goldstar, isn't there anything we can do? i'll do anything! just please, help her!" he begged. then a tear rolled down his cheeck. he had a worried, sad look on his face. Goldstar looked sad as well. she shook her head at him.
"i'm sorry....i don't know what else to do....i can't help you....i'm very sorry...." she said, in a soft voice. then she quietly walked out of the room. Thunderhead looked down at Blackpearl. he layed down beside her, as tears rolled down his face. Blackpearl remained motionless, with her eyes closed. she was barely breathing, and was really weak. Thunderhead wrapped a wing around her. he kissed her on the cheek, before laying his head down beside hers, and crying himself to sleep.
