Serge smiles at Jay and wraps an arm around her, kissing her on the cheek.

Xander nods.
"It was." he cried.

Jay kisses Serge's cheek as she rests her head on his shoulder

"Aww" Lia said, hugging Xander "I'm sorry to hear about all that"

Serge's face reddens a little in embarrassment and he smiles at Jay.

(Awwwwwww Serge blushed. The tough guy ~<3)

OOC: I feel like this would be some good foreshadowing soooooo...

Xander hugs Lia, crying softly into her shoulder. He catches the scent of other unfamiliar humans, but he doesn't pay much attention and pushes it to the back of his mind.

Jay smiles back as she falls asleep on Serge's shoulder

Lia smells the humans and lets out a small curse "Hey, Xander, I need to go for a little bit. I'll be back soon" Lia says as she gently pulls away from Xander

Serge hugs Jay softly. He hears Lia and as she leaves, he tells Xander to follow her.
"You know, so she has protection. But, don't let her see you." He says.

Xander looks confused, but he nods slowly, morphing to his fox form and following after Lia.

Lia, unaware Xander is following her, morphs to Lynx form and runs out to catch up to the humans.

Xander watches Lia catch up to the humans, and his eyes widen at the sight of their guns. He rushes into the bushes, creating a loud rustle. Xander winces.

Lia hears the rustle and motions for the humans to go there. "Sounds like easy prey"

Xander watches the hunters get nearer to his hiding place and he shifts uncomfortably. As they reach the bushes, he shoots out, copper tail sweeping the grass as he runs, listening to the clack of bullets being loaded.

"So slow" Lia growls to the humans. She chases after the copper fox, still unaware of it being Xander

Xander gasps for air as he runs, hearing paws chasing him as well as human feet, a bullet fires and nicks his ear. Yelping, Xander turns sharply and ends up at a cliffside. Paws scrabbling, he manages to recover footing before he topples over the edge. He turns to face Lia and the hunters with wide, frightened eyes, legs trembling.

Lia's eyes widen as she recognizes the fox she's been chasing "Xander!" She calls out in shock

Xander was hyperventilating now. He barely heard Lia call his name, and he trembles in shock. His mind wasn't processing anything and he stood stock still.
"L-lia," he whispers hoarsely, blood running down his cheek from the nick on his ear, "h-how c-could y-you?!"

"I.. I'm so sorry... I.." Lia takes off before she can finish her sentence

Xander watches Lia run away and he looks to the ground, waiting for the hunters to finish him off.

Lia continued running until she was deep in the forestry

"Xander's not back yet... Do you think something might've happened?" Jay asks Serge

OOC: Never mind my PM message. You replied just fine Allow me to facepalm *slams head on counter*

Serge nods.
"Something must have. I don't like it." he says.

Xander closes his eyes.

OOC:

Jay nods "Yeah.. Come on. I'll see if I can pick up his scent" Jay says, morphing to wolf form

As they step outside, gunfire echoes.

Xander yelps and crumples, his leg bleeding.

Jay begins running in the direction she heard yelp

OOC: She heard yelp

Serge dashes after Jay.

The hunters move closer to Xander as he can't move.

OOC: oh dang typos *the yekp

Jay hurries and finally reaches to where the hunters are. She knocks into one hunter

OOC: You wrote another typo *the yekp

Xander looks weakly at Jay as she tackles the hunter.

Serge snarls at the hunters and stands in front of Xander.

The hunters back away and retreat.

OOC: oh come oon I had a typo fixing a typo *the yelp

"Where's Lia" Jay asks, looking around

"She ran." Xander replies softly. "Right after she realized who I was."

Xander morphs back to human form and he winces in pain, his arm and a small nick on his right ear bleeding heavily.

OOC: "small nick" "bleeding heavily"
Inuyasha, what is your definition of small?

Jay morphs to human form to steady Xander "Why'd she run? Wait... No.. She's not a hunter, is she?"

OOC: I don't know anymore. Why u question my logic?!

Xander shakes his head.
"No, she just works for them. She never fired a gun." he says weakly.

OOC: Cause yo logic makes no sense man!

Jay wrinkles her nose "I see.. Anyway, are you going to be alright?"

Serge sits down suddenly, clenching his head in his hands painfully.

"I'm not sure. I don't think I will be alright with all this blood." Xander says, feeling dizzy. He looks toward Serge and his eyes widen. "Serge, you won't change, right?" He asks nervously.

"I'm trying not too." Serge grits his teeth in pain.

"We'll to get you back to Ada's, quickly." Jay walks over to Serge and sits down next to him "Come on, stay strong" Jay whispers to him

Serge looks at Jay with warning eyes.
"You shouldn't sit next to me. I might lose it-" his sentence is cut as he winces in pain.

Xander lies on his back, looking at Serge out of the corner of his eye.

"I'll stay here for as long as I need to" Jay says

Serge's teeth grow into sharp fangs.

"Jay. Get over here. NOW." Xander barks.

"I am not moving from this here very pla-" Jay was cut off by a silvery Lynx leaping out of the forestry and pushing Jay away from Serge

Xander looked at the lynx and smiles softly, forgetting about his bullet wounds for a few seconds.

Serge fell to his knees gasping, his skin burning to touch. He was trying hard to hold back his Hellhound side, but since the lynx had come in, the change grew stronger and he morphed into a sharp fanged hound with a pelt made of fire. He howled and his eyes gleamed, focused on the lynx.

"I may not like Jay all that much, but I don't want her getting killed" Lia grumbles She turns to face Serge "Come at me" she challenged

"Lia..." Xander says, tears coming to his eyes.

OOC: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww ~<3

The hellhound snarled and its fiery pelt blazed as it charged at Lia, tackling her to the ground and going all out with rapid ablaze claws.

Lia growls as she takes multiple hits, struggling to get out from beneath Serge

Xander watched in horror until he couldn't look anymore.
"Jay. Do something, please." he cries.

OOC: Serge's hellhound form won't stop until he's done damage to his target, or something that triggers strong emotion. If he happened to hurt Jay or Xander, that would be pretty rough for him...*winks*

Jay nods as she morphs to wolf form and runs toward Serge. She attempts to stop before she hits Serge, but fails and crashes into him.

Lia scrambles out from under Serge as Jay knocks into him

Serge growls as Jay crashed into him. His target changed, and he lashed out with his fiery claws.

Jay falls back, whimpering from Serge's attack

The hounds eye's widen at Jay's yelp. It stands still, horrified, and the hellhound side releases Serge, who runs to Jay, looking at the burning gashes and blood on Jay from his claws.
"Jay." he says in horror. He turns away quickly, staggering from Jay before falling to his knees. "I'm a monster. That's all I am." he cries.

Jay limps over to Serge and gently shakes her head "N-no... Yo-you're n-not" Jay says, struggling to get out the words

"You're having a hard time saying those words. I'm scared you, Jay. I could have killed you." Serge cries. "No one should be near me. I'm a monster."

Jay shook her head "It's o-okay Serge" She says

"It's only getting stronger, Jay. You should just finish me here." Serge says in depression.

"No, I won't d-do that" Jay says

Serge whimpers quietly.
"Why not." he states.
