"ok....bye to you too...." she said. then she layed her head down.

Nightfire opened his good eye.
'You ok?'

she looked at him.
"yeah....i am now....Fireball just tried to kill me....Zenith killed him...and he...healed me..."

'He did? Well... '

"yeah....i expected Fireball to try and kill me.....but i never thought that Zenith would actually....heal me...."

'I didn't... but maybe he's serious about this blood relative thing..'

"maybe.....i told him that it seemed a little odd that he healed me after everything we have tried to do to each other....then he said that i was one of you or something like that....he also said that Fireball wasn't...."

'Atleast you're ok...'

"yeah....i am immortal now...i doubt he could have killed me..."

'When did he give you his blood?'

Starfire was about to say something, but then she heard a voice. she looked around.
"Starfire......you must return to the side of good...." a male voice whispered.
"stay out of this Dad! this isn't any of your buisness! i'm a dark dragon now!" she thought.
"no....your a dark empath...there is a bit of a diffrence...."
"yeah right! you just want me good again!"
"no....i don't want you to lose part of who you are....you know nothing of what a dark empath is really like..."
"really? then why don't you fill in the blanks for me!"
"very well....a dark empath only has certain powers and emotions....you main emotional powers now are....anger...death...sickness...pain...an any dark emotion you can think of....your powers work diffrently...instead of you feeling certain emotions....you can make others feel them...like pain..you may not feel it...but you can make someone else feel it...you can also cause someone else to be sick...and though these may seem cool to you....you lose certain emotions....you lose one very important emotion....love...this emotion is taken away from your empath powers...a dark empath doesn't need love as a power....plus the actual emotion is harder to feel....do you really think you could live with that...?" he asked. Starfire didn't respond. then she felt a sharp pain in her chest. she put her paw over her chest.

'Star? you ok?'

Starfire felt more pain. then some purple orbs came out of her chest, and floated away. they disappeared in the distance. Starfire watched them disappear. then she looked down sadly.

'Whats wrong? What was that?'

"that....Nightfire...was one of Strfire's emotions....things have changed now that shes dark..." whispered a male voice. Starfire just looked down sadly.

'Quietfire?! Oh let me guess, love, but do you know what? Darkness doesn't make you lose love!! Gabriella! She loves Zenith and vice versa!!'

"dark empaths are diffrent......thier empathy relys on thier emotions for power....love is one powr a dark empath doesn't have....she has lost her empath power for love....and has gained a new power to replace it...death...for a dark empath...death replaces love in power...." he whispered. Starfire just looked down sadly.

'Your just doing this so she'll go walking back to you!! She's dark, just accept it!!'

"its her destiny to be good....now that Fireflight is gone, its her turn to fight evil....we've had too many good dragons in our family for one to change sides now...." he whispered. then Starfire looked up. she looked angry now.
"you know what, Dad?! i don't care! you think you can control my future, well guess what, you can't! your dead! you can't control what happens to me! i made my choice, now you just have to accept it! you still have Frostfire! hes got Mom's empathy power! why don't you make him the stupid hero, and leave me alone! why don't you get a life, and stop ruining mine! i'm sick and tired of you controling my life! not once has anyone asked me what i want! not once has anyone thought that i can take care of myself, and make my own decisions! well, guess what, Dad! this is all your fault! you, Mom, and eveyone else made me change! don't say that i made a mistake when you helped put me here! so, just back off and mind your own dang buisness!!" she roared. then there was silence.

Nightfire felt light headed again.
'Oh great.... Wait, if that was love.. Then i can get it back!'

Starfire then looked back down. she growled angerly, and started to glow dark red.

Nightfire felt like he could pull through his power unlike last time.

Starfire's eyes glowed red. she was pretty mad.

'Wait, what if this doesn't work?'

Starfire continued to glow red. she looked mad. Quietfire had left.

'Wait... Was Gabriella right? Was that what this power did? Was it love? Or was it something else'

Starfire started to changed to a dark red color.

'Star?'

Starfire looked at him with glowing red eyes.
"what?"

Nightfire moved his head back slightly.
'Whats wrong? Your glowing dark red!'

"oh....i guess i got a little carried away earlier...."

'Oh...'
'So it isn't my power... Is it even working?'

Starfire looked away. then the purple orbs floated towards her. they got closer, and went inside her chest. Starfire then started glowing purple. she noticed she glowed diffrently.
"huh? how am i glowing purple? dark empaths don't have that power..."

'I..I don't know...' Nightfire let his power continue.

then Starfire's eyes glowed purple.
"whats going on.....?" she asked, a bit confused.

'If i knew i'd tell...' Nightfire was feeling light headed again, but continued his power.

Starfire continued glowing purple. her color started to change to purple.
"what....? now....my color is starting to change....!"

'Welll...'

"well what? do you know something?"

'No...'

Starfire was turning more purple.
"well....i guess i can't make you say anything...."

Nightfire didn't say anything. He looked up at the sky.
