Xander had managed to sit up a little. He pulled Jay into a hug.

Myra swung her legs awkwardly and continued to look at the ground and her claws.

Jay gently hugged Xander with a smile

Xander sat Jay down next to him.
"I told you I'd make that pendent. You can watch." He says happily.

Myra smiles.
"I fetched the wood for him."

"Thank you" Jay said to Myra

Myra nodded happily.

Xander began carving, ignoring the dizziness in his head. He knew exactly what he wanted to carve, and as he lay his head against Jay's shoulder, he carved the heart and added the wings, carving each smooth feather into the wings. When he finished, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a gemstone in the shape of a heart. A ruby. He placed it in the indent in the heart and unlatched Jay's necklace, slipping the heart on and then putting the necklace back around Jay's neck. As Xander put away his small pocket knife, he looked at her.
"How's that look?" He asks.

"It's beautiful" Jay said with a smile as she kissed Xander on the cheek.

Xander smiled happily and blushed a little.
"Depending how long I'm in here, I'll carve you a whole statue." He jokes.

Jay chuckled "That'd be too much for you, wouldn't it?" Jay said with a small smile

Xander shakes his head.
"Not at all."

Jay rolls her eyes playfully "Sure" She said with a small laugh

Xander laughed happily.
"I mean it." He says.

Myra smiles happily and stands.
"I'll leave you two." She says, walking slowly from the room.

Jay laughed happily "But it'd be a little much, right?" Jay asks

Xander cocked his head.
"Do you think it's much? I would like to carve it if you want it."

"It's your choice. I love anything you make" Jay said with a small smile

"Could I give a suggestion?" asked Bushroot, as he made a sculpture out of vines in the form of Jay and Xander with a child hugging Xander's leg.

"well, y'all like it?" said Bushroot as he made another one this time of Xander kissing Jay on his lap.

Xander smiles.
"Well I'll be here a little, so I'll carve it." He says. He notices how late it has become. "You should get some rest Jay." He says.

OOC: Thank goodness I'm not the only one who found that awkward

"Nah, I won't be able to sleep. I'm too shaken up" Jay said. "I seem to always land you in a hospital or something" She said with a small laugh

OOC: oh don't worry, I did.

Xander laughs.
"That's not true." He says. He pats the bed beside him. "Come sit by me then."

OOC: Oh good

Jay laughs as she sits next to Xander, gently leaning her head on Xander's shoulder.

Xander smiles softly and wraps his arm around Jay.

Jay stares at the ceiling as she rests.

Xander sings a soft lullaby that his mom sung when he was a pup. He hope it would help Jay fall asleep.

Jay's eyelids became heavier as she tried her hardest to stay awake. She soon fell asleep on Xander's shoulder.

OOC: Stupid iPod making grammatical errors...

Xander smiled as Jay fell asleep. He kissed her lightly on the cheek. He carefully lifted Jay and laid her down on the bed next to his and then drifted off himself, soon starting to dream:

The cave was dark. There was roars and smashing paws. I knew it was Ragin. I tried to yell, but no sound came from my mouth. I could feel Ragin's claws ripping through my pelt, sending me backwards, my head hit a sharp rock...

"Xander! You're bleeding! How did you end up on the floor!?" Xander opened his eyes sleepily and wiped something wet on his cheek. Blood. The nurse ran out of the room and returned with bandage, wrapping Xander's head carefully.

Jay popped up as she heard the nurse. "What happened?" Jay asked, rushing to Xander's side.

The nurse turned to look at Jay as she bandaged Xander.
"Xander somehow fell out of bed and banged his head on the edge of his nightstand. His head is bleeding." She said worriedly.

"I'm okay. It was just a bad dream." Xander said.

"Some dream." The nurse sniffed.

"Xander.. What was your dream about?" Jay asked as she gently put a hand on Xander's shoulder

"Well, I'd better sleep to..." yawned Bushroot as Negaduck carved his art into two hearts and went to Xander's aid.

Xander looked up at Jay with wide violet eyes and shivered in fear.
"The battle with Ragin, the one where he killed me." Xander shuddered.

"Don't worry Xander" Jay said, giving him a gentle hug. "It's all over, you don't need to worry." She said with a small smile.

The nurse finished bandaging Xander's head and left.

Xander climbed back into bed and looked at Jay.
"Will you stay with me tonight, Jay? I sleep better when I know you're beside me." He says.

I'd better go with disguised... thought negaduck.

"I'll stay" Jay said with a smile

OCC: Can I add one last character or is two the limit?
"May I also come, I could help defend." offered Drake.

"Me too?" asked Bushroot.

Xander smiled and helped Jay up onto the bed next to him.

Jay smiled as she fiddled with the charms on her necklace.

Jake woke up, slightly startled

Xander wrapped his arm around Jay and hugged her to him.

Sachi blinked awake.
"You okay Jake?" She asks.

Jay leaned her head on Xander's shoulder.

"I could be better" Jake said weakly. "Have you seen Raziel around?"

Xander smiles and rests his head against Jay's.

"I'm here Jake. Do you need something?" Raziel says, appearing in the doorway.

Jay smiles.

"I wanted to see if you're well" Jake says with a weak smile.

Xander hums softly, running his hand gently through Jay's hair.

Raziel smiles cheerfully.
"I'm fine brother. It is your condition that worries me. Oh! Someone special came to see you." He says.

Jay smiles as she sighs.

"Who is it?" Jake asks, trying to sit up.

Xander looks at Jay.
"You okay?"

Sachi helps Jake sit up as Raziel gestures to someone to walk in.

She is a tall lady with long white and gold wings with feathers that reflect the light. Her hair is a light copper that rests past her shoulders a little ways and her eyes are a sparkling amber. Her robes are silver with gold trim and her shoes are a light silver.
"Jake. It's been so long." She gasps, and she strides to Jake briskly and embraces him in a gentle hug.

"Oh, yes" Jay said with a smile

"Mother!" Jake cried as he hugged his mother.

Xander smiled.
"Alright."

Raziel smiles.
"Mom heard you ended up in the hospital here and got really worried about you, brother." He said.

Sachi smiles softly.

"Oh Jake. I haven't seen you in so long. You've grown so much taller since. When I heard you ended up here, I got so worried. It's not the exact way I planned to see my other son again." Jake's mom chuckled. (We need a name for her.)
