Mitch rolled his eyes, stretching his stiff muscles. "Uh... what exactly does the Master expect us to find out?" He wondered aloud.

Ooc: Um... Did everyone leave the cafeteria, or just you guys?

Ooc: Thanks.

John finishes eating, and sits at the empty lunch table, blankly.
The others are still eating, and suddenly got quiet.

Mitch let out a quiet humph. "Something special about her listening to some guy play a piano?" He was bored, and so his annoyance was coming across. He knew Elvira was right. There was something special about this girl, or the Master wouldn't have told them to keep an eye on her. He also knew whatever it was wouldn't present itself right away, otherwise it would be too easy. They'd have to be patient. It wasn't going to be easy.

"Long indeed," Mitch agreed, trying to get comfortable as he listened to the music. He had to admit, it wasn't the worst thing he could've been forced to listen to. Actually, he kind of liked it, and it caused his mind to wander to far-off places of great beauty and mystery.

Mitch was so distracted by his thoughts, he almost didn't notice the change in music. But once he heard it, he drew himself back to the scene before him. The angel was playing the harp. And she was really good.

Mitch turned to her. "What's so special about playing a harp? Unless it's a way to control people or something..." he paused, glancing back to the magical music he was listening to. "But would an angel do that?"

"Ah, that's true..." Mitch said, his eyes drifting to the harp.

"Yeah," Mitch said, suddenly very interested in the harp. His mind was galloping a hundred miles a minute with fascinating ideas and theories on what the harp could be, or do, or posses. He was thrilled mostly because all of these ideas could be used in his stories. He couldn't wait to find the time to write them all down!

"Yeah," Mitch agreed, slightly saddened that the music was done and that he was pulled from his amazing daydreams. He turned to go back the way they'd come, then stopped, looking to the music room. It was empty. "We should go through this way. If we go back the way we came, we'll lose them!"

Mitch nodded and pushed his weight against the vent. It popped out easily. He leaped to the floor of the music room and waited for Elvira.

"Come on!" Mitch shouted, eager not to lose the trail. He ran to the door, peering around the corner to look for the angel, but keeping back so that she wouldn't see him.

Mitch watched the two as they headed down the hall. He pulled back and looked to Elvira. "They're headed toward the field. I say we give it a few minutes, then they should be there and we can catch up!"

Mitch glanced around the corner again in time to catch the angel and her friend disappear through the main doors. "Okay," he whispered to Elvira, wondering why he was keeping his voice low. He moved down the hall, holding his breath. Again, he wondered why. He must have watched too many spy movies.

Mitch watched the angel. He turned to Elvira. "Any ideas? How should we keep an eye on them without being suspicious?"

"Okay," Mitch said, "But we should start up a conversation or something, to make it look more natural."

"I have no idea," Mitch sad, slumping his shoulders as he walked beside her. "I'd hoped you'd have something to say..."

"Nope," Mitch said, putting his hands in his pockets. He wasn't really one for talking much, and had no idea what else to say.

Mitch grew excited as he watched the two before them. "Forget talking!" He shouted. "It'll be easy to spy on them in the forest!" And with that he took off toward the forest at a run.

Mitch ignored Elvira, rushing into the trees. He always felt so at home among them. Sighing in content, he stopped, crouching low to watch for any signs of the angel and her friend.

Mitch blinked, suddenly realizing where he was. "You're right!" Then he leaped up, ready to rush off into the trees. "We've got to stop them!" Without another word, he rushed into the trees, ready to intercept the duo before they got too far along the path.

Mitch glanced back, then slowed his pace, rolling his eyes. He eventually slowed to a stop beside the path and glanced around. He couldn't see the angel and her friend, but he could hear them. They were coming. He glanced to Elvira. "What should we do?"He asked. "How should we block their path?"

Mitch glanced at her, not sure he agreed. "Okay... But do we really want them to see us? Won't they wonder what we're doing out here?"

"Perfect!" Mitch said, a grin spreading across his face. He stepped onto the path. "Does the school really have students like that?" He asked. He really never paid attention to what went on in the school besides his classes, and even then, he didn't always pay attention. Only as much as he had to.

Mitch hesitated again, unsure. "Won't an angel know we're lying?" He heard them getting closer and glanced to the path again. "Sounds like we're running out of time. Guess we'll have to give it a shot!"
