Shadow darkness got hit by Aqua. She went down

Serah glanced at the real Darkness. "It has transformed back, you have to accept it, or it will go berserk again. You must do it, no matter how much it hurts."

Pierce checked everyone and healed there wounds, and Saffron helped him.

Rocky looked at Darkness
"Im just so confused..." Rocky said to herself

Darkness went over to it and started to accept it. She went down and yelled in pain. It was so mich pain that tears came to her eyes. "I-It hurts so much" She said as she yelled in pain again. The pain stopped from her accepting it but she still felt pain and was crying from it.

"You must hurry and accept it! It is gathering other shadows to form a giant mass again, HURRY!" Saffron yelled to Darkness.

Serah summoned Oceana again

Darkness had finally accepted it and laid on the floor still awake but in a lot of pain. She had tears running down her face.

"Darkness... are you okay?" Rocky asked

"C-can't m-move. the pain is too much" Darkness said.

Serah looked at the shadow Darkness, transmorgrifying into her Guardian. "Look." She pointed out to Darkness' shadow.

"C'mon we have to get her back to the dorm, let's go!" Saffron shouted.

"Um, Rocky, you look really REALLY pale." Pierce noticed. "Are you alright? Maybe we should call it a day. We can't explore with two people down. Let's head back like Saffron suggested." He picked up Rocky and carried her out while Serah put Darkness' arm around her neck and helped her out.

"C-can't w-w-walk" Darkness said as she winced from pain and knocked out while tears fell from her face.

Serah picked up Darkness and carried her out of the gates but something blocked them.
"What the heck is going on!?" Serah panicked.

A giant warrior figure was floating in front of Serah and Darkness.
"Is this someone's guardian? Could it be Darkness'?" Serah mumbled

"Myriad, they seem like they have had enough, let them through." A voice echoed
"Who's there?" asked Serah.

"My name is not important, but this is my Guardian, Myriad." the voice echoed again

Serah looked around, "What is this place called?"

The voice once again echoed, "This outer gate is called, Yomotsu Hirasaka, the entrance to Yomi."
Myriad had disappeared. "Now leave, it is too dangerous, but I look forward to seeing you again."

Serah carried Darkness out along with Saffron.

Darkness felt pain all over, even if she was knocked out.

"I-im fine... not really actually" Rocky said a little weakly

Day : Saturday
Time : 2:38 A.M.
Weather : Cloudy

Saffron, Pierce, and Serah brought Darkness and Rocky inside and put them in their dorms.
"I will tell the attendance office that Rocky and Darkness are sick today, they need to rest after what happened. They deserve a rest. After all, Darkness just awoke to her Guardian, and I don't know what happened to Rocky, do you think she confronted her shadow self? It seems weird as she was fine during the fight, but maybe it was all mental based?" Saffron explained.

"We can just ask her when she gets up, but it will take time, I mean look how long it took me to recover. Hopefully they can tell us something." Serah smiled.

Darkness layed on her bed. Every time she moved it hurt her. She managed to grab the TV remote and turn the TV on to her favorite movie channel. It had all of her favorite movies on it. She sipped on a soda that had a straw in it. She decided she would sleep later on after she watched a movie.

Rocky lay asleep, her head was pounding after last night

Serah and Saffron walk inside the dorm. "I wonder how the two are holding up, I hope they are feeling better." Saffron said worriedly.

"As long as they are getting plenty of rest, they should be okay in a day or two. C'mon, let's go make some dinner for them." Serah said with a cheery voice.

"You're right, let's go!" Saffron said as she walked into the kitchen with a bag a groceries.

Serah and Saffron had cooked some soup and vegetables for Darkness and Rocky.
Serah knocked on Rocky's door. "Rocky, you awake? I brought you some dinner!"

Rocky slowly opened her eyes
"C-come in..." Rocky said weakly

Serah opened the door carrying a tray with a bowl of chicken soup and some vegetables and fruit on the side with a glass of water. "How are you feeling Rocky?" Serah asked

"Horrid" Rocky said weakly

Darkness had woken up after her two hour sleep and was feeling pain as she tried to reach for her journal. She tried to fight back tears as she reached. Every muscle ached in her body.

Serah smiled wryly, "Well, if you can eat a little bit, and get some rest, you should feel better soon, here, have some medicine too, I will be back later to get your dishes. G'night"

Serah walked out of the room and gently shut the door.

Rocky senses Serah's determination to help her get better

Darkness had finally gotten her journal and began to slowly but painfully draw.

"Thanks" Rocky said as Serah closed the door
She barely could move herself but got to the food, she ate some

"That should be plenty of time for them to rest." Serah mumbled to herself.

Rocky was starting to feel a little better
She started to walk around her room a little

Darkness was asleep, still in pain but not so much.

~Backstory~ : Freija was born into a wealthy family, who actually funded the cooperation to build the dorm for the school. Freija attended Guardian High for a short amount of time before leaving to go work on research involving a captive creature from Yomotsu Hirasaka. She doesn't seem to talk about it much though, regarding it as "Personal."

"Sure" Rocky said standing up

Darkness had gotten the strength to stand. "Why was no one checking on me. did they forget about me already" She wondered in her mind.

Saffron was walking into the hall when she noticed the food for Darkness was still in the hall. She quickly knocked on the door, "Darkness! Darkness! Did you eat your food!? I placed it on your nightstand last night, did you eat any of it!? You must've been sleeping when I placed it, there was a note saying it was for you!"

Serah walked into Rocky's room. She smiled, "Alright, you know where Ichigo Coffee house is right? Meet me there, and if you get lost, ask Saffron where to go. I will meet you there. I have some business to attend to first, we have an old student returning today, her name is Freija, she came here once before and guess what! She has a Guardian too! It's called Pentheselia. Oh ya, by the way, since you guys need support I have been training with Oceana mentally to try and analyze enemies and their weaknesses and resistances. I mean, you have Pierce, Darkness, Freija, and yourself, it seems Saffron will be supporting me in this affair and it seems the Darkness is recovered quickly, but I don't wanna take chances so it would be best if you both got another day of rest before going to school. Well, I will be going now, see you soon." Serah waved goodbye as she closed the door.

Serah walks in to the coffee house and sees Rocky sitting alone at a table. She walks up to her and asks if everything is okay. "Did you get lost on your way here? It can be complicated sometimes especially with all the traffic."

Rocky hears 2 voices, Serah's and a voice in her head
"Oh no, i found my way eventually" Rocky said

"I'm sorry that I wasn't able to help you get here, glad you made it, I was helping my old friend, Freija, register for school as a senior, and she will be moving back to the dorm, but isn't it amazing how she has a Guardian too? She told me she went to Yomotsu Hirasaka (Yomi gates) and found her shadow self, she battled it and accepted it and transformed into her guardian, Pentheselia. Cool huh? But the main thing is, I won't be joining you guys further into Yomotsu Hirasaka. I will stay at the gates with Saffron and try to analyze enemies that you encounter, I have been training with Oceana to do so. I am sorry I can't join you, but hopefully with Freija, it won't be too hard, and it seems that Darkness is recovering too, and maybe Pierce and you will get your Guardians too!" Serah had cheered.

Rocky chuckled nervously Should i tell her about the voice in my head.... She thought in her mind
"Oh okay, more battling for us, i love to fight so, yay!" Rocky saiid

Serah laughed, "Haha, I will miss that part alot, but determining a good strategy to defeat an enemy. I think that is more valueable for now. Hey, I will go grab you a cup of coffee, since you had to wait for me here, it is on me." She smiled and went up to the counter to order two cups of coffee.

Rocky nodded and smiled happily

Darkness felt the pain go away as she took another two painkillers. "This should help for a while" She thought as she got up from her bed.

Serah walks over to the table where Rocky was sitting. "So did you hear that we are supposed to be getting three (3) new students within this week? Obviously we know Freija but I didn't include her as one of the three. I have right to believe that maybe these recent rumors of more and more shadows attacking the city are occuring. I mean, this group has been working with the police to cover this up, they claim that thieves are really overruning this town. I don't believe that is the case. It has to be something more then that, they must know about Yomotsu Hirasaka, I mean, remember that one Guardian thing, Myriad that lady called it. Maybe she is in with that group that is working with the police. If only I could find out what they were called. I will perhaps go investigate that later, but let's drink our coffee for now."

"Wow..." Rocky said shocked as she sipped her coffeee

Serah looked at Rocky, "I know, it's cra--"

A Boy with a Guardian High uniform walks in the coffee house. He walks up to the counter.
"Excuse me, is a girl named Serah here? Someone told me to come here and find her. I have urgent business with her here." he asked in a calm voice.

"Uh, yes, she is over there." The waitress points over to Serah and Rocky's table

"Thank you miss." The boy said as he walked from the counter to the table, he pulled over a chair and sat down. "You are Serah I take it?" he asked.

Serah had a dumbfounded look on her face, "Y-yes I am. Who are you? You seem to go to Guardian High."

"My name is Ward. I'm a transfer student here. Tomorrow will be my first day at Guardian High."
"Ah I see, my name is Serah and this is Rocky." Serah smiled, "So, what can we do you for?"

"Well I came to ask you a few questions." Ward said clearing his throat.
"Oh, well, ask then." Serah said.

Ward crossed his arms. "Well, first, I would like to move into the dorm since I will be attending Guardian High. I already know of the rates and charges and I can easily afford it. And what do you know about Yomotsu Hirasaka?"

Serah gasped when he said Yomotsu Hirasaka. "How do you know it's called that? Well, for starters, yes I guess, you will have to talk to Pierce about moving in, since his father co-owns the place. But, about Yomotsu Hirasaka, what do you know about it?"

"Well, I heard from a group of people that your school shifts and that shadows and monsters appear and some people have special powers. I want to investigate this if you don't mind."
"Our group needs more members so... Welcome aboard." Serah smiled shaking Ward's hand.

"Alright then, well, I will go talk to Pierce and his father about moving in, I will leave you now." Ward said as he stood up and pushed the chair back to the empty table and left.

"Strange he knew so much, maybe Saffron or someone told him. I don't know but we could use more help though, I mean, Darkness, Freija, and I are the only people with Guardians so far, so maybe we will get more people who can use them." Serah had thought to herself and her and Rocky went home.
