Here in Canada, we pay far more for Skylanders: Giants than you lucky Americans! First off, availability in Canada of Skylanders' variants are next to nothing! So far, we can't get our hands on Molten Hot-Dog (maybe he's coming at walmart Canada), Granite Crusher and Jade Flashwing that are Target's exclusives. So we're forced the go the eBay/Amazon/Kijiji route with insane increasing prices! Also, we usually never get specials on Skylanders figurines except for a B2G1F promo on Giants, Lightcores and Solo Packs at Microplay... We never got the Frito-Lay's/GameStop's Skylanders promos here: Whisper Elf, Terrabite, Trigger Snappy, Gill Runt. But most important of all : we never got the wave 3 triple packs (ERUPTOR / STEALTH ELF / TERRAFIN ; PRISM BREAK / LIGHTNING ROD / DRILL SERGEANT) here forcing us to buy figurines in solo packs that are more expansive than the cheaper triple pack alternative! I'm starting to get nervous about the releasing Polar Whirlwing / Scarlet Ninjini and the others triple packs! Will we get here the Frito-Lay's Skylanders: Giants Sidekicks promo (MINI JINI, THUMPLING, EYE-SMALL, BARKLEY)? I don't think so! Why there's no such love about Canadians Skylanders fans? I twitted them but they never responds! Please fellows Canadians let's them hear our voices!

Y U double post the exact same thing?

Yeah I am right with you there Granite, but I dont think anything will change. Canada usually gets the raw end of the deal on a lot of video game bonuses, not all but a lot. It has gotten better in recent years but still kinda bites. What you posted is one reason I hesitated to jump into giants even after preordering ssa and owning all the ssa stuff, and part of the reason I wont be doing swap force.

In other news there is a chance we wont see disney infinity up here either.

Why you ask, well eb still isnt taking preorders because the toys have not yet passed canadian toy and safety regulations because they are manufactured in asia. (there actually made by the same company that made the kingdom hearts figs for square/enix)
If they do not pass that we will not get the game or figs at all.

On a side note some ebgames employees/managers as well as some tru ones I have talked to hope we dont get infinity and hope people begin too lose interest in skylanders.
reasons why
1) space (especially for small stores like eb/gamestop. They simply do not have the space for old figs, new figs, and figs from other games. Combined with the fact they soon have 2 new consoles to stock for, ps4 and new xbox)
2)consumers (sure they sell well but they constantly get calls and deal with questions everyday, about something most of them could care less about, only to have empty pegs , or pegs over stocked with product most people dont want or already have.
