Um... I don't know Pokemon too well, but because of the fact that I once owned the video game and leveled up to Charizard...

Charizard is probably one of my faovrite from the whole sereis

Fourth! The 4th Elite 4 member is normally very powerfull, but not as powerfull as the champion

I have figured it out!It gives a tip about the dungeon,which is in this case probably mt. avalanche.And there's a lot of money in there and a door which can be unlocked by keys,and that contains the treasure(That is a deluxe box),and the mission is completed by getting the treasure.I did a mission like that in waterfall cave.The deluxe box contained a sun ribbon,which evolves pokemon that would normally evolve at day.
